Symptoms of Dengue are same as any other viral fever... Like High grade fever Bodyache Headache Weakness. Etc. The thing that differs is complications like hemorrhage from internal parts because of less platelets. You may take homoeopathic treatment to cure or prevent it.

If she is gone for good, you have to plan ahead and think with your kids priorities utmost in mind. I can understand your grief, but many times things in life happen to our surprise and dejection. Learn to live with the situation, introspect the reasons why she left. Another life partner might be difficult for your kids to adjust. Think well and plan wisely. All the best

I love listening songs and I listen to the songs most of the time but I experience day dreaming while listening to songs, after I listened songs my mind become restless while working and throughout the day my mind is very restless, I find myself distracted in songs while working or daydreaming, so what impact does songs have on my mental health, I listened to english songs and rock songs with loud music in, but I never listen old songs I do not like them much, so my point is while I am writing to you my mind is still wandering ini songs and my legs are shaking as if I have restless leg syndrome, but one thing is for sure my concentration power is very less, And my other question is why do people in ganpati visarjan, dance on listening to the beats of the music. What changes does occurs in the brain which causes the desire to shake legs, hands or perform body movements and dance, is it daydreaming or some imagination, what science is involved in it.

Use this home remedy:- Tomatoes are great for oily skin due to their cooling, clarifying and astringent properties. The high vitamin C content in tomatoes is very helpful for acne prone skin Plus, the natural oil-absorbing acids in tomatoes help get rid of excess oil. Cut a tomato in half and rub it on your skin. At the age of 20, under my eyes it looks horrible. Suggest something please!
Hello, Everyone wants to age gracefully! It is that phase of life when we start losing internal as well as external health and strength of the tissues and cells. If we want, we can delay this process of aging which is in our hands! Which is achieved by following few tips: 1.Avoid the sun. Apply a good sunscreen with SPF-30 and apply a good moisturizer before application of sunscreen. 2.Don't smoke. Cigarette smoke ages skin -- mostly by releasing an enzyme that breaks down collagen and elastin, important components of the skin. 3.Get adequate sleep. When you don't get enough sleep, the body produces excess Stress Hormones, a hormone that breaks down skin cells. Get enough rest and you'll produce more Happy Hormones, which helps skin remain thick, more elastic and less likely to wrinkle. 4.Sleep on your back. Sleeping on your side increases wrinkles on cheeks and chin, while sleeping face-down gives you a furrowed brow. 5.Wear sunglasses. It will protect skin around the eyes from sun damage. 6.Eat more soy. The soy has properties which may help protect or heal some of the sun's photoaging damage. Soy-based supplement (other ingredients included fish protein and extracts from white tea, grapeseed, and tomato, as well as several vitamins) improves skin's structure and firmness. 7.Eat more fruits and vegetables. They contains antioxidant compounds which fights damage caused by free radicals (unstable molecules that can damage cells), which in turn helps skin look younger and more radiant, and protects against some effects of photoaging. 8.Be Happy. Last but not the least, if you are genuinely happy that would reduce the levels of stress hormones in your body which is responsible for tissue damage! Use Bakson’s Papaya Pack and Anti-Wrinkle cream regularly.

Decoding the Vata, Pitta & Kapha Doshas!

Decoding the Vata, Pitta & Kapha Doshas!

To say the very least, the age-old body of medicine that is Ayurveda is very different from conventional and contemporary medicine. So, when a person gets to know a little about it, he or she is likely to hear the term ‘dosha’ quite often. Wouldn’t it be interesting to get to know more about what exactly this term means and how important it is?

As per Ayurveda, each person has a unique constitution in terms of the physical and mental constitution. There are generally known to be about two or three forces which come together and determine a person’s constitution. The various forces are in accordance with the elements such as fire, water and earth. So, it could be said that these forces are elemental forces and the constitution of a person depends on the interaction of the elements.

There are three types of dosha, which are Vata dosha, pitta dosha and Kapha dosha. When these doshas are in balance, a person would be in good health and content. When there happens to be an imbalance, it will lead to various conditions which can only be sorted out for the long term if an effort is made to regain balance.

The Vata dosha pertains to controlling the bodily functions. It reflects the elements of space and air. So, when a person has issues with the circulation of blood and breathing, it relates to the Vata dosha. The pitta dosha is responsible for the processes of the body with relation to its metabolism. What this means is that a person’s digestion and absorption, as well as the temperature of the body all, have to do with the pitta dosha. When the pitta dosha is not balanced, what is very likely to happen is that a person would develop ulcers. In addition to this, he or she may become angry without the need of much of a cause to be so. Not good things, are they?

The Kapha dosha is the dosha which is responsible for the growth of the body. So, it is the Kapha dosha that is to blame if the skin is not moisturised to a sufficient level! While it is true that every person is in possession of all three of the doshas, what does happen in most cases is that only two, or sometimes only one, dominate. As a matter of fact, our doshas make us who we are and can determine our preferences and habits. Isn’t that amazing?
