It is actually the shade of your dentine. If your teeth is dark from out side den it can b done easily. If it is not then v have to see it clinically.

you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects

Take sanjeevani ras vati twice a day with warm water. Take pranacharya jwar nigraha capsule and punarnavadi mandoor 1-1 twice a day with warm water. Avoid salt as more as possible. Drink luke warm water. Wipe your body with clean towel.

Dark circles are bcoz of following reasons. 1) low hb or iron content, 2) lack of sleep, 3) genetic 4) in front of system or tv for long hrs. Genetic reason cannot be corrected. Try using chilled greentea bags ie used ones on your unde eyes. Use almond paste once in a while. Meet a dermat for further medication.

I am 25 now and been having lower back pain for a few years now. In 2007 I was involved in a car accident where we rolled a car 5 times and got ejected from the vehicle and ever since then the pain has slowly worsened but was manageable for awhile but now it hurts to sit or stand for long periods of time. Lying down lessens the pain but it doesn't fully go away. I've been taking tylenol and ibuprofen for awhile and it used to help but it doesn't help much anymore. What could be the cause of my pain and how can I fix it?

Congratulations for having survived the accident. This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. I would like to examine & investigate you in detail. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac 100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Avoid direct flow of AC or Cooler. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. I'll suggest to go for stress test & heart care checkup. Exercise & diet along with medicines will work better. Avoid oily, outside food avoid stressfull conditions.

I have kidney stones problem last year. ( 0.54 mm in left ureter and 0.58 mm in left calyx). Doctors gave 15 days tablet course. After completion of course. I felt relief. but a complete year of course I am again suffering with same problem. what will be the permanent solution please suggest.

According to Ayurveda, improper diet and lifestyle leads to aggravation of all three doshas (Ayurvedic humors) and impairment of the digestive fire, causing formation of toxins (ama) in the body. These toxins travel down the channels carrying urine, where aggravated doshas combine with it, causing its crystallization and leading to the formation of kidney stones. Tips for removing kidney stones:: 1. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, cold drinks, pickles, fish, poultry, meat, spinach, and chocolate. 2. Avoid sour, heavy, and dry food. 3. Increase intake of liquids like water, juice, soup, lime water lemon soda etc. 4. Be sure to drink enough water each day. Usually 1 to 2 liters of water per day is adequate. 5. Drink more if you are perspiring heavily, working outdoors, the weather is hot, etc. 6. Increase the use of barley, horse gram (a type of bean), ginger, and brown rice or parboiled rice. 7. Avoid suppressing urges to urinate and defecate. 9. Boil 10-12 basil leaves in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey in it and take twice a day. Pls send ur USG report coz herbal medicines for removing stones can be given according to size and number and location of stones.

Hye. Thank you for your query. Trying to get chubby cheeks does not mean piling up fat on your face. You can achieve it by toning your facial skin. Also, a good balanced diet is crucial to healthy looking skin. A few natural techniques, exercises and home remedies can give your cheeks a plumper and chubby look. 1. Facial yoga is the best way to get chubby cheeks and tone sagging skin.  2. You can also blow balloons to work out your cheek muscles. You can even perform this exercise by blowing into imaginary balloons. 3. Olive Oil, shea butter and ghee works as the perfect moisturizer for dry skin and ensures soft skin. It also helps prevent wrinkles, tightens skin and makes cheeks look younger. 4. Fenugreek can also help you get chubby yet firm cheeks. Apply methi powder paste as a mask for 10 minutes a day. 5. Rose water should be applied on cheeks before going to bed, and leave it on overnight. The next morning, rinse it off with warm water. Repeat this remedy once daily. 6. Honey helps the skin retain moisture so it looks healthier and plumper. Adding honey to your diet or applying as a pack on cheeks, both are beneficial.  7. Massage your face with cold milk to make skin appear fuller. Avoid smoking and drinking as these habits can cause skin to lose elasticity and make you look older than your age. Drink an ample amount of water throughout the day to keep your body well hydrated. Put sunscreen on your face to protect the skin from harmful ultraviolet rays. Eat foods like nuts and seeds with healthy fats to get smooth and healthy skin.
