If it was reduced properly there is no issue. You can check for any problem in union of the broken bone. If it is get advice from orhto doctor or physiotherapist.

I am 38 years old male. I have been suffering from GERD since the last three years. I had mild hiatus hernia when the endoscopy was done. Since the last two months I have severe chest pain on the upper part of my chest and underarm on the left side. I got my TMT Echo and ecg done which was ok about a month and a half ago. I can still walk and do some jogging and I don't really feel uncomfortable. The persistent pain has put me under a lot of stress. What should I do.

If cardiologist has completely evaluated you for ischaemic heart disease, then its a good initial step. Coronary angiography may be able to give right picture about the bloackages in the vessels. Gerd patient is expected to receive antireflux medicines for fair period of time to know the results of treatment. Follow up endoscopy and 24 hr ph study will be of immense help to know the efficacy. Meantime if you are a smoker, quit smoking. Avoid going to bed immediately after taking food.

Dear Lybrate user, In this teen age it is very common due to harmonal changes. Dip a cotton ball in the lemon juice and dab it generously on the dark spots. Leave it to air dry. Once dried, rinse with lukewarm water. Do it twice a day for one month. Control yourself. Keep yourself in other jobs.

apply raw tomato on skin daily for 15 min., combine one teaspoon each of honey and lemon juice, one tablespoon of powdered milk, and one-half teaspoon of almond oil. Mix them well and apply it gently on the skin. Leave it on for 10 to15 minutes and then wash it off with cold water. Do this every other day..

Kindly show me photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then contact me again.

Hi, Do regular care of your skin along with intake of healthy food. Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves your skin with a greyish complexion and unhealthy skin. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your skin darker and unhealthy! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this daily or every other day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. Make a paste of 'Kasturi Manjal' (wild turmeric) with rose petals, saffron and raw milk (which is very effective.

Being Ambitious is not bad but it should be subject to natural limtation of oneself. I feel Brahmi based combos, practice of Pranayam and Meditation are useful for u. U will start feeling better in a month.

Are you in habit of chewing regularly some thing? there r many causes of white patch in oral mucosa most of them r considered precancerous if not proved otherwise please consult a maxillofacial surgeon.

You should take berberis aq. Q / put 10 to 15 drops on cotton and apply on the affected area twice a day for two week and you have to take orally 10 drops from this medicine in half cup of water thrice a day for two weeks. Revert back after two weeks with feedback.

Spider bites are usually not dangerous to life of a person but needs proper care and treatment. Following measures are advised in case of spider bites soon after 1. Clean the bite with mild soap and water. 2. Apply cold packs to the bite, to reduce pain and inflammation. 3. If the bite is on an extremity, keep it elevated. 4. Take over-the-counter pain relievers as needed. 5. Observe the bite for signs of infection. The presence of redness and warmth in the area can be due to an infection. This needs consultation with a doctor and prescribing a broad spectrum antibiotics to prevent infections and control it. Your may also require a tetanus booster shot if you have not taken in the last five years. Thank you.

Increase weight. Eat healthy and stay healthy. Eat extra food than before. Eat more frequently. Add ghee, butter, cream etc with foods. Take nuts, seeds. Use dense fruits, vegetables. Use extra meat, fish, egg etc. Use more healthy fat in cooking. Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take proper rest at night. These are basic but for more quick and effective result consult me privately on lybrate.

Hi dear lybrate-user do not worry avoid stress and take high protein diet and fruit and juice. Do proper exercise and take same medicine 3-4 month, ashwagandha-powder and shatavari churna 3-5gm twice a day with milk after breakfast and dinner. You will feel physically fit very soon.

Do hot fomentation keep a pillow under the legs at night &/when resting. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days caldikind plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10days do knee exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. You will need other supportive medicines also. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don? t ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hello, Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Do regular light exercises (never take any supplements provided by the gym!). It should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take Schwabe's Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. - both thrice a day for 1 month. Write to me after that.
