Yellow stains could be due to tea, coffee or regular usage of syrups. Some stains will not go with brushing, only professional bleaching can remove.

Tooth pain can be due to cavity. If pain is continuous at night then tooth may need root canal treatment. Pepsodent germi check.

Don't go for tooth removal as the tooth can be saved by root canal treatment. Remember no other artificial tooth can replace a natural tooth.
