My face has a number of pimpels or boils. How can I remove them and their marks ?

Most common skin disease due to wrong feeding habit such as irregular hours of eating, improper food, excess of starches sugar food n bakery products. Excess of fatty foods, chronic constipation and menstruation disorder in female are some of common cause in this also it? s found in cases of excessive use of tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco and hence only depend on ointment? s / otc products n medicine? s does not serve your any purpose, but suppressed a symptom n same re-appear after some time with brutal symptoms particularly in skin diseases issue so find out where you have to correct? fresh juicy fruits, such as apple, pears, grapes, pineapple, lemon, or plan water either hot or cold should be drink. Vitamin a, e, nutrition and zinc to be consider part of treatment. Treatment: 1. A teaspoonful of coriander juice mixed with pinch of turmeric powder is effective home remedy for pimples / acne. Mixture should be applied to the face at night after thoroughly wash every day. 2. If you have constipation or menstruation in case of female, then remove a same, or go for treatment 3. Cap. Neem guard - 1 daily in morning after breakfast 4. Cap garlic pearls - 1 daily after breakfast 5. Steam on face buy using neem patti / leaves thrice in a week 6. Avoid cosmetic cream available at otc and use pure chandan and other herbs made paste along with non side effect face wash 7. Stress management 8. Steam bath twice a week diet: 1. Upon arising: a glass of lukewarm water with half a freshly? squeezed lime and honey 2. Breakfast: any fresh fruit and fresh milk. 3. Lunch: a bowl of freshly-prepared steamed vegetable, one or two whole wheat chapattis, and glass of butter milk or curd. 4. Mid afternoon: a fresh fruit or juice 5. Dinner: a large bowl of raw vegetable salad, with lime juice dressing, sprouted mung beans 6. Bedtime snack: a glass of fresh milk or fresh fruit note: we have kit for pimples and acne contain home made pure chandan with kesar, kasturi, baras etc. Cream, saffron facial bar contain neem, turmeric, sandal wood & cow urine - made from cowpathy, neem - turmeric face wash? made from cowpathy, panchagavya moisturizing cream, 1- month pills of homoeopathy/ biochemic non side effect remedy. Thanks for your query. You can do following things to cure and prevent bad breath- 1. Practice good oral hygiene. Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste to remove food debris and plaque. Brush teeth after you eat (keep a toothbrush at work or school to brush after lunch). Don't forget to brush the tongue, too. Replace your toothbrush every 2 to 3 months or after an illness. Use floss or an interdental cleaner to remove food particles and plaque between teeth once a day. Rinse with an antibacterial mouthwash twice a day. Dentures should be removed at night and cleaned thoroughly before being placed in your mouth the next morning. 2. See your dentist regularly -- at least twice a year. He or she will conduct an oral exam and professional teeth cleaning and will be able to detect and treat periodontal disease, dry mouth, or other problems that may be the cause of bad mouth odor. 3. Stop smoking and chewing tobacco-based products. Ask your dentist for tips on kicking the habit. 4. Drink lots of water. This will keep your mouth moist. Chewing gum (preferably sugarless) or sucking on candy (preferably sugarless) also stimulates the production of saliva, which helps wash away food particles and bacteria. Gums and mints containing xylitol are best. 5. You can also use some home remedies such as elaichi and saunf.

The first thing you need to understand is that when you gain weight you’re either gaining muscle or you’re gaining fat. So the healthiest way to gain weight is by putting on lean muscle, which means while you’re going to be eating more, you need to be conscious of what you’re eating. Take foods high in protein, fat, and carbs (carbs on days you’re working out) and trying to stay away from foods high in sugar, especially added sugar. This being because a lot of the sugar we eat gets metabolized into fat, and high-blood sugar levels have been linked to metabolic syndrome, cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, memory loss, and even premature aging. Here are important foods for weight gain.... Soya, lean meats, salmon, tuna, egg whites, sprouts, pulses, rajma, chole, tofu, beans, whole grains. Take expert advice. Thanku.

Hi, * take salad with your meal * take oats, green tea * take plenty of water to get rid of toxins * avoid sweets and junk food # homoeo care# @ cina 30-5 drops @ santonine 3x, 1 grain thrice a day. @ filix mas q 10 drops thrice a day with2 tsfl of water. Take care.
