Night Fall or Nocturnal Emission is the discharge of semen from the penis while the man is asleep. Semen is being manufactured continuously and cannot be stored indefinitely even if one wants to. If a man does not indulge in coitus or masturbation then semen will be expelled as sleep emissions.

Hey, my girlfriend had periods from 12-17 of this month and we had sex just 6 days before her periods. On the 3rd day of her periods she told me she has a severe burning and itching inside her vagina near the opening. Today it has swollen and there is redness all over the area. Its hurting a lot. There is a little white discharge not much. One more important thing, when we had sex we used a random moisturizer for lubrication. Can it be the reason? Any over the counter medication recommendations?

Dear user. FERTILE PHASE is the phase of a female's menstrual cycle when an egg (ovule) is released from the ovaries. In humans, ovulation occurs about midway through the menstrual cycle, after the follicular phase. The few days surrounding ovulation (from approximately days 10 to 18 of a 28 day cycle), constitute the most fertile phase. So if you have ejaculatory sexual inter course from day 10 from the first day of period and to day 20, the chances of pregnancy are much more. There are many determinants of pregnancy. You should be sexually matured. Your partner should be sexually matured. The period of your partner should be in the fertile stage. Female egg and male sperm cells should be healthy enough. Then female uterus should be capable to get conceived. If all these are satisfied, the pregnancy could be a result. Take care.

PGAD Can Lead to a Sore Penis!

PGAD Can Lead to a Sore Penis!

Many men dream of sporting a constant erection as proof of their virility, but as men who have experienced priapism know, an erection that goes on for too long results in a sore penis -and can be dangerous to penis health as well. Similarly, men who experience the condition known as PGAD know that a sore penis - and many other issues - can result from being in too heightened a state of arousal too frequently.

What is PGAD?

PGAD is short for persistent genital arousal disorder and is also sometimes known as RGS (for restless genital syndrome). It's a relatively new condition (or, to be more accurate, it has only in recent years been given an official name) and there are some who dispute whether it is an actual medical condition.

So what is it? Basically, it's exactly what the name suggests: a feeling of sexual excitement in the genitals that is long-lasting and recurrent. In other words, in a man it means he has long stretches during which he is in a heightened state of arousal even in the absence of sexual thoughts or desires. Most often in men, it includes the presence of an intense erection, often painfully erect. In cases in which the erection wanes, the penis still feels a sense of throbbing or sensitivity.

PGAD was described in women before men, possibly due to the societal view of men as being "always ready" for sex.

Is it hypersexuality?

Some think PGAD is simply another way of describing hypersexuality, an overactive sex drive. But the key difference is that PGAD often occurs when there is no active interest in sex on the part of the affected individual. For example, a man may be working feverishly to finish a deadline project, but experience an intense arousal which creates a sore penis that keeps him from working. This is different from a case of hypersexuality, where thoughts of sexual activity are the reason for the state of arousal which gets in the way of his work.

Relief

Men with PGAD often find themselves masturbating or engaging in sex, not because they feel driven to by their desires, but because achieving release may be the only thing that grants relief - although that relief is often only temporary. Thus a man with PGAD may end up masturbating several times a day in order to relieve the discomfort. And often the frequent masturbating can make the sore penis feel worse.

Causes

Very little is known at this time about PGAD, and so doctors don't really know what might be causing it. It seems, however, that it is a neurosensory issue; something makes the nerves in the penis even more heightened and sensitive than they are normally.

Treatment

Other than engaging in sex (alone or with a partner) frequently, is there anything a man with PGAD can do? Again, because the condition is so poorly understood, treatment options are still being determined. Among the common medications used are certain antidepressants, anti-seizure medications, and drugs that increase the hormone prolactin. Relaxation therapies sometimes provide relief, as does applying ice packs to the sore penis.

PGAD is fortunately a rare disorder, but a sore penis can occur in any man for a number of reasons. That is one reason why having on hand and regularly using a top flight penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin) is so valuable. Often that soreness relates to raw, dry penis skin, so a crème that contains both a high-end emollient (such as Shea butter) and a natural hydrator (such as vitamin E) can help moisturize and soothe that skin. Penis skin is also strengthened if the crème contains alpha lipoic acid, a powerful antioxidant that is superb at fighting the free radicals that cause oxidative stress and damage sensitive penis skin.

This common ailment often happens because you swallow more air than usual, overeat, smoke, chew gum, or eat foods that cause gas. Flatulence can be embarrassing and painful for anyone, but don’t worry! You easily reduce flatulence with diet and lifestyle choices. Have smaller meals throughout the day. Eat six small meals per day instead of three large meals. Your system may more easily digest fewer meals and produce less gas from them Eat easily digestible carbs. Foods that contain simple carbohydrates may be easier for you to digest Avoid gas-promoting foods. Plan your meals each day to include easily digestible carbs. Steer clear of food choices that may make create gas in your intestines. Find suitable replacements for the following gas-promoting foods Beans and lentils. Cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, and brussels sprouts. Bran. Dairy products containing lactose. Fruit such as apples and pears. Sorbitol, a sugar substitute found in some sugar-free products. Fatty junk foods, like fast food burgers or pizza. Chew your meal slowly. If you're famished or you're a fast eater, avoid the temptation to shovel your food into your mouth. Chew each meal slowly so you don’t swallow too much air. Doing this can aid digestion and may minimize the production of gas. Get regular exercise. Physical activity can help your intestines expel gas and stay regular. Exercise for at least 30 minutes most days of the week. If you are unable to do 30 minutes, aim for 2 15-minute sessions of physical movement, which can also ease flatulence. Try different kinds of exercise to prevent flatulence: Running Walking Biking Swimming Yoga For medication consult online in private.

I am 27 year old male and I am a pharmacist. I am suffering from ringworm infection from last 2 years on my right hip (since december 2012), I got this infection from my younger brother (his got relief from it with in 2-5monts, now he is ok). I have taken lots of medicine since 2 years, my doctor prescribed me ketoconazole cream + beclomethasone, neomycin, clotrimazole cream + 1tab fluconazole + some antihistamine drug. Some doctor prescribed me terbinafin also. When I take fluconazole tablet with appling cream also I got relief from it for 10 to 15 days, but with continue application of creams, it again occurs, some one suggest me to use clotimazole dusting powder, it give me relief but not give cure and thi again occurs. When I use combination of 3 creams (ketoconazole cream + beclomethasone, neomycin, clotrimazole cream + clobetasol, nomycin, miconazole cream) I got relief when I apply this combination. But during application of this combination it not appear & when I stop it again occurs. Please suggest me for resistant ringworm infection, which is initially half ring and now it is dotted in a small area which also looks like ring type with itching. Thanks

Do not use combination creams as they have steroid in them which does not cure the fungus but gives temporary relief. Use nizral cream twice a day on the itchy areas for 4 weeks regularly. Wear light loose breathable fabric like cotton to avoid sweating and aggravation of fungus.
