Doctors may assess the patient before choosing the treatment. It can be using hyalase, diode lasers or supplements. Treatment options include iron and multivitamin supplements including lycopene, an extract of tomato, and a range of medicines (e. G. Intralesional injection of steroids, hyaluronidase, human placenta extracts, chemotrypsin, pentoxifylline and collagenase). Surgery, including cutting of the fibrous bands and jaw muscles and joint, has been used for more extreme cases.

I can't understand the problem that I am getting sperms when I urinate. Please answer me what happened to me.

M.D.(HOMOEOPATHY), C.S.D.(MUMBAI), BHMS
Homeopath, Bareilly
I can't understand the problem that I am getting sperms when I urinate. Please answer me what happened to me.
it is actually spermatorrhoea. There are many causes more related to age, diseases of blood vessels and nerves, abuse of drugs, alcohol, smoking and medications. Perhaps the most common in your age group relates to psychologic factors.Guilt complex about masturbation is one single cause of performance anxiety. Also fear of losing manliness due to loss of sperm is known as Dhat syndrome quite common in India. Anxiety, depression are other contributing conditions. More than any medication you may need counselling but then few tests may be needed to rule out physical problems. A doppler test would rule out blood vessel relatd problems, and an endocrine workup to rule out testosterone based endocrine problems. NPT test otherwise known as Nocturnal Penile Tumiscence Test rules out organic problems. GO FOR HOMOEOPATHIC TREATMENT.

I have vitamin reference range 10 and haemoglobin 10.5 and have bone deficiency. So kindly suggest me so that I can increase my vitamin and haemoglobin.

PG Hom, London, BHMS
Homeopath, Mumbai
Hello Alshay, Your question doesnt make any sense. There are various vitamins in our body, which vitamin are you refering to? And reference range doesnt mean that is the level in your blood. There is nothing like bone deficiency, it can either be calcium or vitamin D deficiency. Please be specific about your problem. For hemoglobin you can take Capsule Dexorange one capsule once a day for a month.

I have headache always and I could nt sleep even when I feel sleepy and that leads to spoil my day. Wat it could be ?i feel sleepy bt when I go to bed I count sleep. N I try hard to sleep bt still it does not come.

MBBS
General Physician,
I have headache always and I could nt sleep even when I feel sleepy and that leads to spoil my day. Wat it could be ?...
A young male of age 28 Years having headache is amazing. Try to find out the cause and remove it e.g. Irregular imbalanced diet and sleep habits, any stressful and mentally disturbing worries and /or any addiction must be eliminated. Try regular light exercises. Still if you insist some medications can be prescribed. But in my opinion if it is cluster headache or tension headache, you must consult and have a good counseling session with a physician. Regards.

Ways To Prevent Nosebleeds

MS - ENT, DNB (ENT)
Ear-Nose-Throat (ENT) Specialist, Delhi
Ways To Prevent Nosebleeds

There are various kinds of nosebleeds that can be caused by a variety of conditions. While some of them may not be too serious, one must never ignore heavy and persistent nosebleeds. These nosebleeds are usually of two kinds: anterior nosebleeds, and posterior nosebleeds. While 90% of all nosebleeds are anterior nosebleeds, the posterior nosebleeds are far less common and may be slightly more serious in nature. An anterior nosebleed is usually caused in the blood vessels that lie on the front portion of the nose and can be controlled easily. A posterior nosebleed usually comes from damage to an artery in the rear portion of the nose. Infection, trauma, allergic reactions and other such causes may be behind a nosebleed. Let us cast a glance on the tips to prevent nosebleeds.

  1. Salt water and saline nose drops can be used in order to prevent nosebleeds. It is important to take these on a regular basis in case you are experiencing these nosebleeds on a regular basis.
  2. The use of painkillers like Aspirin and other non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs must be limited. Sometimes, taking such medication too frequently may lead to nosebleeds.
  3. You would do well to control your blood pressure because hypertension and other forms of high blood pressure can also cause nosebleeds. Lifestyle changes like your diet and exercise can help in keeping a more stable blood pressure level so that you do not fall prey to frequent nosebleeds.
  4. Humidify your home with a humidifier so that the air does not get too dry. Many times, this causes nosebleeds. Also, you may want to keep the heat down in the bedrooms. Many nosebleeds happen due to too warm temperatures while you are sleeping.
  5. Nose picking should also be discouraged as it can lead to nosebleeds in case there is a scratch or any other kind of damage when you try to force the dirt out.
  6. It has also been found that smoking has a connection with nosebleeds. This can be fixed if the patient quits smoking.
  7. One should not use nasal sprays without a prescription from a doctor. This also includes antihistamines, decongestants as well as other medicated sprays. These may not suit the patient at all times, and may also lead to nosebleeds.
  8. In the event of a nosebleed, you will need to lean forward with your head tilted backwards. This will stem the bleeding. If it is possible, you must also try and lie down immediately for a few minutes.

Local application of coconut oil or mustard oil or some soothing and calming lotion may provide relief in itching. Neem is one among the best blood purifier and detoxifier known to ayurveda. It enhances immune system and neem oil is an antiseptic in itself. Leaf extracts are used in antiseptics and can be effectively used in treating skin diseases. It destroys fungus and bacteria and is best for almost all kinds of skin diseases including redness of skin and itching.

MBBS

If you are getting other symptoms like excessive weight gain, lethargy, weakness, palpitation, loss of hair then get yourself screened up for thyroid test. Otherwise excessive sweating can be normal phenomena. Drink approx 4 ltrs of water a day to avoid salt and water loss.
