As per your concern I would suggest you to do following remedy take one table spoon of untamed rose hips, add a pair of glasses of boiling water, boil it for ten minutes and let it sit for 2-3 hours. Take 1/4 - 1/2 of the extract 3-4 times each day with honey. Mix one a part of fresh raw juice with one part of honey. Take 1/4 glass of the combination three times on a daily basis. Hello, If pregnancy test is negative but just 4 days post missed menses, then you should get a serum beta hcgtest done to conclusively rule out pregnancy.

there is in ayurveda mention pinda swed ..it is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner .. 1.boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2.apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night .. by doing above thing you will get good result

You seemed to have stayed long enough in this marriage to have a two year old baby! If you are so depressed please meet with a counselor and if the depression is due entirely to the marriage then meet with a marriage counselor and get some guidelines as to how to manage with this relationship without getting depressed. If they advice you against the marriage are you willing to divorce this man? You must be clear about all these matters should a decision like that has to be made. Hello sir, persistent feelings of stress, tiredness, loss of interest, loneliness & sleeping difficulties is suggestive of depression. Dear friend, please have patience, you have possibility of increasing height. Please start taking balance diet and a lot of water daily. Add some salads, fresh fruit, milk and some extra proteins in this. Make a time table for your breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also start some physical exercise like running and stretching. Don't do weight bearing exercise. Take proper sleep and avoid stress as possible. Few medicines may be given to enhance the effect. Tell your progress after one month to guide further or you may ask if any questions or doubts.
