In diabetic patients, the inside (moist) part of the foreskin and the head of the penis are prone to repeated yeast infection. This leads to repeated incidence of fine, blade-like cuts in the foreskin. Each time cuts occur on the skin, a repair process takes place wherein new tissue (called scar tissue) is formed to close the cuts. The new tissue is not stretchable as the original tissue. As more and more scar tissue is formed the foreskin, its opening gets more and more narrow. You will not be able to pull it back. Medicines do not help at this stage. You would probably require circumcision. See a surgeon.

My Angioplasty/ bmstenting was done on 29-8-13, since then I am taking Atorvastatin10 mg, Ramipril 2.5mg daily. My heart condition is quite well & my all labs reports of blood sugar, lipid profile, blood pressure are normal. Now I do not want to take these medicines further more. As per cardiologist these medicines will have to take life long period, but I am not interested to take these further more due to side effect of these in form of heavy constipation & back skin dryness & itching whole day. Please advice me regarding stopping above medicines.

You are right , these are side effects of medicines, Atovastin is to lower cholesterol but it does lead to cognitive dysfunction , strain on kidneys and heart. Some doctors are giving it twice a week, others are asking to eat less fats and keep good fats in the blood on higher side. Ramipril is ACE inhibitor with its own side effects , it is given to bring down BP. You can try Safe Beta Blockers like Metoprolol which is protective for heart also, Monitor the dose accordingly. Take more fruits and vegetables to protect heart and to add bulk to diet.

It is recommended to apply the cream at least 30 minutes prior to going to bed. First you should use a mild soap or cleanser to wash your face, dry it and then apply a pea-sized drop of Melacare and make it into a thin layer.

Hello, yes, it is sun tanning that shocked your relatives. Well, do not worry, you just need to be more careful with your skin, and also be patient, it won't change overnight. - use a de-tan lotion after bath and before bed time. - cleane your face nicely with a facewash whenever your face feels dirty. - use a face scrub and face pack once in 7 days for exfoliation. - wear a good sun screen with spf 30 everyday before going out. - keep wet wipes handy to keep your face clean all the time. - wear sun screen even in monsoon.

If you notice signs of heat-related illness, lower your body temperature and prevent your condition from progressing to heatstroke. In a lesser heat emergency, such as heat cramps or heat exhaustion, the following steps may lower your body temperature: get to a shady or air-conditioned place. If you don't have air conditioning at home, go someplace with air conditioning, such as the mall, movie theater or public library. Cool off with damp sheets and a fan. If you're with someone who's experiencing heat-related symptoms, cool the person by covering him or her with damp sheets or by spraying with cool water. Direct air onto the person with a fan. Take a cool shower or bath. If you're outdoors and not near shelter, soaking in a cool pond or stream can help bring your temperature down. Rehydrate. Drink plenty of fluids. Also, because you lose salt through sweating, you can replenish salt and water with some sports drinks. If your doctor has restricted your fluid or salt intake, check with him or her to see how much you should drink and whether you should replace salt. Don't drink sugary or alcoholic beverages to rehydrate. These drinks may interfere with your body's ability to control your temperature. Also, very cold drinks can cause stomach cramps.

hello dear, this is prblem with your body fat, u have to reduce your body fat. do legs workout atleast 2 times in a week. like squats with light weight, lunges etc. and do cycling and follow this diet for reuce body fat: after wakeup 1 glass warm water with little lemon and honey breakfast oats with milk, 3 white eggs, papaya , 6 almonds brunch salad , green tea lunch 1 chapati, green vegies, little curd before workout 1 apple , black coffee after workout 3 white eggs, sprouts, 1 apple,1 glass juice dinner 1 chapati, boiled daal, salad, boiled chicken breast, before sleep green tea things to remember no sugar no xtra salt no junk food drink plenty of water

Dear, get a chest xray and blood test done - cbc, esr. Meanwhile - home remedy for dry cough: 5 basil leaves, 4 black pepper, 4 munakka, 5 gms liquorice (mulethi), 3 gms banafsha - boil these in 200 ml of water till it becomes 100 ml. Filter it. Add 2-3 patasha in it and drink lukewarm for 3-4 nights. Sleep well covered. Dry cough will be relieved. Also continue to chew mulethi. You can also have steam with vicks although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. Please update with your valuable feedback.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. Diet is a well balanced food combination which should be tailored according to personal needs and as circumstances changes specially. The wrong food can fail to nourish us, can keep us awake at night, make us sluggish and overweight or tense us up;

There are many health problems those arise because of lifestyle we follow:


Common deficiencies noted in women are:
