BHMS
Homeopath, Secunderabad
Hi , homoeopathy is the permanent solution for your problem. Better to apply papaya to scars, leave 15-20 mins and wash with cold water. Do this one every alternate day along with medicines. How long are you suffering from this problem?

Dear patient, there is nothing to worry about taking a cow's milk and its products. But the only precaution is to use pasteurized milk and to boil it before drinking.

Please suggest what food to be avoided and what to be taken in case of high uric acid. Pl.specify food.

The best treatment of Gout consists of restoring the balance of Vata (Air element) and detoxifying the blood. High protein diet should be avoided in cases of increased uric acid. Mix one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and drink it two to three times daily. If you find this remedy helpful, you can increase the dosage of apple cider vinegar to up to two tablespoons. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take maha yograj guggul 1-1 twice a day. Kaishor guggul and chandraprabha vati 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Fermented food. Spicy food. Tea.coffee. Do pranayama early morning. Avoid alcohol consumption. Consult me in private for more details.

Can you suggest me any sleeping table name because I am not getting sleep from last three days.

BAMS
Ayurveda, Hyderabad
No need of a tab if it is not a pathological sleaplessness. So try this only three things apply pure coconut oil. Eat curds with rice and pinch of salt. And have a tub or normal bath before you sleep. If you aren't sleeping then I will suggest you medicines.

I have swelling in my legs but I have no disease at all. Because of swelling I have pain in my legs. Please help sir .

BHMS
Homeopath, Delhi
leg swelling caused by the retention of fluid in leg tissues is known as peripheral edema. It can be caused by a problem with the circulatory system, the lymphatic system or the kidneys. swelling may be due to low calorie diet tends to draw lesser amount of water from the tissue because of meager presence of protein, which leads to water retention. and high salt intake also cause for swelling. first take balance diet and reduce salt intake. do exercise and yoga regularly. if still problem remain then visit to doctor and take proper treatment.

I am 42 years old female. I have type 2 diabetes for the past 10 yrs. I have been taking oral medication for the past 10 yrs. But now from the past 2 years doctor prescribed insulin. Since I'm afraid to take insulin I'm still continuing oral medicines. Please could any doctor help me understand whether is it safe or harmful.

MBBS, CCEBDM, Diploma in Diabetology
Endocrinologist, Hubli-Dharwad
Hello, Madam, the reason for suggesting Insulin treatment is that with oral drugs blood glucose control may not be proper. Ideally when in control FBS should be closer to 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <6.8. If there is persistent hyperglycemia even with oral drugs, then Insulin is the only option. I am sure you are aware, diabetes occurs mainly due to insulin deficiency plus resistance to its action (T2 DM). In fact safest and most effective drug to treat diabetes is Insulin injections. It helps to achieve excellent blood glucose control. If you have any doubts please do come back. Thanks.

Dear, whether you meet many doctors and don't get any solution then it is not neglugibke. Be serious. Need history, investigate hiv i& ii, lft, cbc, igm and igg. Dnt worry! these will help for proper diagnosis! you can take tuberculinum 200 one dose stat and wait. But without getting history this treatment may get faulty.
