You should take nihilinum 50m / 5 drops in little water twice a week for one month. Sac. Lac. 30 / 5 drops in little water thrice a day for one month. Revert back after one month with feedback.

Start following * take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp each after each meal * take ginger & turmeric before food * take hot water * quantity is much important, assume 4 part of your appetite & take food only 3 part of it * avoid day sleep, stress, night awaking * keep excersice. * do not take dinner to late. Take high calorie and high protein diet do excercise or walk regularly. Don't skip brkfst. With brkfst take 1 glass of milk n add 2 badam n 2 anjeer.

The best ayurveda herb for your case is 1. Crush some ginger (1 inch piece) and make a paste 2. Crush a handful of mint leaves and make a paste 3. Take 1 tsp ginger paste 4. Add 2 tsp mint leaves' paste 5. Mix well 6. Press the paste on a sieve and extract its juice 7. Add 2 tsp lemon juice to it 8. Add 1 tsp honey 9. Mix well 10. Consume 2 times a day surely you will get results. Your problem is permanently cure by ayurvedic treatment.

How to grow hair fast and strong ?
Include lots of green leafy vegetables and sweet juicy fruits. Dairy products such as milk and fresh yogurt will also help. Fresh coconut is also considered excellent "hair food" -- sprinkle grated coconut over salads, diced fresh fruit, or rice. 1. Green Leafy Vegetables: Regular intake of Green leafy Vegetables - Spinach, Lettuce, Leafy Greens, Turnip Greens, Broccoli, Beans and Green Peppers are rich in nutrients that help and promote Hair growth. 2. Other Vegetables and Fruits: Two fresh fruits per day :- cut and eat with fruit skin, no juice. 3. Sprouts: Green gram dhal Sprout. There are so many sprouts like Mung Beans, Green gram dhal, Peas It is also very easy to prepare! Soak Green gram dhal in an air tight Box . Then in the afternoon strain the water and close the box, put the box in a dark place. In the Morning the sprouts will be ready for you to Eat. It will be very effective when taken with the morning meal. 4 Almonds/4 Walnuts on alternate day?s and 2Dates/2Figs on also alternate day?s and 2 prunes daily. 5. Good news for Fish lovers! Fish contains nutrients that will make hair shiny and strong while promoting hair growth. It contains Omega 3 fatty acids which help nourish hair very well. Those who don?t want to eat fish or are vegetarians can take Sea cod Tablets. It is extremely beneficial. 6. One glass of Milk per day if possible cow?s milk. 7. One spoon ghee per day. 8. Soybeans has 40% proteins and a great deal of good fats which are also much needed for hair growth. 9. 10 ? 12 glass of water per day 10. Cooking with certain spices adds flavor to your food and provides nourishment for your hair. Cumin, turmeric and black pepper are some "hair-friendly" spices. Add a healthy pinch of each to single-portion soups and stews as they are cooking. Saut� 1/8 -1/4 teaspoon each of the three spices in a teaspoon of ghee (clarified butter) or olive OIL and add to cooked veggies. Hi, backache more than a month needs proper consultation with an orthopedic. However you may ask your father to follow the below: back pain is one of the most common reasons people go to the doctor or miss work. Causes of backache include: 1) muscle or ligament strain. Repeated heavy lifting or a sudden awkward movement may strain back muscles and spinal ligaments. 2) bulging or ruptured disks. Disks act as cushions between the bones (vertebrae) in your spine. The soft material inside a disk can bulge or rupture and press on a nerve. 3) arthritis. Osteoarthritis can affect the lower back. 4) skeletal irregularities. Back pain can occur if your spine curves abnormally. 5) osteoporosis. Preventive measures 1) maintain a healthy weight. 2) keep your sitting posture correct/straight. Do not slouch 3) avoid bending from back while lifting something from ground, instead bend at your knees. 4) hot fomentation to lower back or the painful part. 5) keep the coir side of your mattress up to give your back firm support and change the mattress if it is curved. 6) wear comfortable footwear with shock absorbing soles in shoes. In case above measures do not help, take rhus. Tox-30, 2 drops in 1 tsp water thrice a day for a week and revert back: now-a-days most backaches are due to vitamin d deficiency. Sit in sun and expose the long bones and back to sunrays. Also drink 2 glasses of milk daily.

Hi yashi, the reliability of pregnency test depend on hw your doing it also, as the test is neg you can wait for 4-5 days for your period, if you don't get your periods then you can confirm your pregnency by blood test called beta hcg.

I advice you go for scaling (professional tooth cleaning) to remove the extrinsic stains and then polishing and then bleaching (tooth whitening) so as to remove the intrinsic stains and improves the tooth shade..

These days viral fever is quiet prominent, its peculiarities are fever with body pains, weakness and it remains for 2-7 days leaving the patient weak and exhausted. Take medicine for fever, have home cooked light food, no oily, fried, spicy stuff. when fever is gone have fruits like coconut, coconut water, pappaya, some dry fruits like rasins and almond soaked in water overnight 5-6 each, milk and pineapple.

Hi lybrate-user, to lose weight your calorie output should be more than your input. You can follow these steps: * start with minimum 45 min of physical activity daily. * have min 6 hours of sleep. * drink a glass of water before food. * do not watch television while eating. * eat slowly & chew your food properly. * stay active, take stairs instead of elevators & move a lot during your work. Be patient be motivated you will see the difference.

Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. As you said that you are eating food that your hostel provides so in that case make sure that you are eating small portions of your food, large portions may obviously increase your weight secondly every alternative days make a habit that you will eat fruit and salad in the entire day it is called as alternative fruit fasting, in morning involve yourself in some exercises such as walking, slow jogging yoga badminton etc, you and other students can request your hostel administration about the quality of food and the spice and extra oil which they are using and creating your health issues, as I have also studied in hostels for 8 years we also used to have such problems so we use to depend more on fruit and salad and when we came home we took large amount of homemade snacks so that whenever we feel hungry we can eat it. In hostel usually refined oil is used which is very harmful for your health so you should directly talk to your hostel warden or supritendent to fix this issue.

Introspect and understand your capacity and take responsibilities accordingly, plan and schedule your activities. Identify your time wasters and control it. Take intermediate breaks to relax yourself. Delegate your work, spend time with your family in a friendly manner. Spend some time everyday on physical exercise and entertainment. Very simple steps but gives extraordinary results.
