I am 30 years old. Before 6 month I diagnosed that I have pcod, Just because of that having a problem of body hair, hair fall, pimples and irregular periods. Now my weight is under control by exercise and diet, all symptoms are control to some extent. But pimples that realy make me worried. What else I can do for that pls reply. Feeling depressed. Hello lybrate user, - if your menstrual cycles are regular without any medication then it's a good symptom of pcos control - if it is irregular then acnes are quite common - if you want only home remedies then you can do some facepacks - yashtimadhu churna + rakthachandana churna mix with rose water and few drops of lemon daily once and leave for 15 min then wash - you can also adopt ayurveda panchakarma treatment for better results. Hello lybrate-user, I am sorry to learn about all the difficulties you are facing. Our mind and bodies have a strong connection- our mind reflects the weakness and lethargy due to some deficiencies in the body. Similarly, the body responds by the change in emotions as a result of these physical changes which are felt by the mind. You have a small baby and you should be able to care for her/him to your fullest potential, as their childhood will not return. Therefore, I hope you are able to overcome your emotional problems, soon. As for physical problems, I would strongly advise you do a full body check-up once and get following tests done- 1. Thyroid profile 2. Vit d3 3. Vit b12 4. Hba1c (glycated sugar) once when you get your test reports consult your physician as to what diet and lifestyle modifications should be made. And also take medication, if any required. Ffollow your doctor's advise, thereafter as deligently as possible. If your body will get fitter you mind will slowly begin to feel better and the quality of your thoughts and moods will improve. You will also feel more open to talking about any life problems if they are bothering you or you're not able to find a solution to. Don't worry, this is just a temporary phase. Apply aloe vera. Gel on these spots. Apply lemon juice in small quantity on n off. These marks will certainly fade up.

Do prevent a sore throat infection, a sore throat (pharyngitis) is normally a symptom of a bacterial or viral infection, such as the common cold. In around a third of cases, no cause for the sore throat can be found. If you have a sore throat, you may also have: swollen tonsils (tonsillitis) fever enlarged and tender glands in your neck discomfort when swallowing I am a general physician who will prescribe you an appropriate treatment plan for your case, do reply back for medications. Being also a general physician, I prescribe both evidence based herbal as well as allopathic medicines complementing with dietary tips taking into account patient preferences.

Hello, To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. Lift Weights, do free body weight exercises. 2. Eat healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your daily food intake should ideally consist of nuts, dry fruits, seeds, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. 5. Supplementation. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. 6. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Believe me, if you are happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Yes, the colour which is inherited from your parents/ ancestors, cannot be changed, but you can try to get glow on your face!! Daily Regime: Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this daily or every other day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. To exfoliate your skin, mix two teaspoons each of lemon juice and sugar. Apply the mixture on your face, neck and hands. Scrub in a circular motion and leave it on for 10 minutes. Then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy once a week to enjoy glowing skin.

Eat 6-7 times a day. Have extra ghee in your daals and rotis. Take stuffed paranthas with butter in breakfast. Have milk shakes and fruit juices. Have at least 3 rotis and rice in lunch. Eat green veggies and fresh fruits, nuts. Boil 4 dates in milk and have it at night. Have eggs, chicken, meat, cheese, curd.Keep yourself hydratedand stressfree.

Bring the water to boil, and add the instant coffee to it. Place the henna powder in a bowl, and slowly add the coffee to it. Stir constantly to avoid lumps. Apply the mixture to your hair and keep it on for three to four hours. Rinse with warm water and a mild shampoo.

You can try depiwhite whitening mask. Its a peel off mask. You can use max twice a week. Use a broad spectrum sunscreen like la shield sunscreen gel to protect from harmful effects of sun. Regards.

Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.

To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects

Hiii lybrate-user thanks for asking your query maintaining regular time for going to bed. Avoid seeing excited pictures at night. Avoid smoking, tea, coffee or alcohol at night before going to sleep. Not indulge in any type of work or reading till late night. Should devoid of thoughts tensions before going to bed. Hearing soft music or favorite songs also induces sleep. 5-10 minutes mediation before going for sleep offering prayer before sleep. Washing of hand, feet and face before goes to sleep avoid of day sleep proper evacuation of stool and urine avoid mosquito bites maintain privacy drink buffalo milk + khas khas thanku.
