Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Its happen at the time of menopause, relax. Take some ayurvedic medicine, which really helpful for you. Eg_satavari churna_1 tsp+khadi shakar_1tsp 3 time in a day before food. Methi and jawas (flex seeds) best for hormonal problem. Take methi 5 gram and flex seeds 50 gram daily in your food.

Go for brisk walk 45 minute daily. Take 3 cup green tea daily (jasmine flavour). Have diet rich in fruits vegetable salads & multigrain aata roti avoid rice, deserts, and fried stuffed. Drink 2-3 liters water in a day.

My stomach is paining for over 4 days what should I do?
There are a various causes for stomach problems, treatment depends on the location, severity and type of pain. Laboratory tests such as the complete blood count (cbc), liver enzymes, pancreatic enzymes (amylase and lipase), urinalysis are frequently performed in the evaluation of abdominal pain. If you have h. Pylori infection for which I can prescribe a 14 day treatment plan which will eliminate it. Untreated infection causes ulcers in stomach and may finally lead to cancer. If your pain is occurring once in a year and not regular then such types of pain could be amoebic infection, worm infestation or premenstrual cramps. If pain is occurring frequently then get ultrasound abdomen done do reply back for medication prescriptions. Being also a general physician and registered dietitian, I prescribe both evidence based herbal as well as allopathic medicines complementing with dietary guidelines and home remedies carefully personalized for each individual patient.

Try changing your diet patterns and timely meals. Avoid late meals ,fried and spicy foods,space your meals evenly throughout the day.avoid pulses,beans, besan potato and baingan that cause lot of gas. Plenty more of plain water and less of coffee Nd tea

Hi lybrate user firstly, start doing surya namaskar in morning and start eating triphla chooran (natural medicine) in morning empty stomach with luke warm water. Start a fruit dieting every alternative day, means you have to eat fruits every alternative days & normal fruit every other alternative days. Avoid late night dinners and try to eat nothing after sunset. Sit in vajrasana after every meal you eat for 10 minutes. Walk atleast 30 min in morning.

The principal symptoms of dengue are: -high fever and at least two of the following: -severe headache -severe eye pain (behind eyes) -joint pain -muscle and/or bone pain -rash -mild bleeding manifestation (nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising) Watch for warning signs as temperature declines 3 to 5 days after symptoms/fever began, as this is the most dangerous period when platelet counts decline significantly. Report immediately to hospital if any of the following warning signs appear: -severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting -red spots or patches on the skin -bleeding from nose or gums -vomiting blood -black, tarry stools -drowsiness or irritability -pale, cold, or clammy skin -difficulty breathing There is no specific medication for treatment of a dengue infection. Use analgesics with acetaminophen (crocin or dolo -650 mg) and avoid those containing ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin or aspirin containing drugs. Take rest, drink plenty of fluids like coconut water, lime water etc. To prevent dehydration. Avoid visiting heavily populated residential areas, if possible. Use mosquito repellents, even indoors. When outdoors, wear long-sleeved shirts and long pants tucked into socks.

Though it is a well-known fact that the vertical body height is determined by genetic factors, it can be even influenced to an extent by physical factors like diet and exercise. Mostly, growth stops after the onset of puberty when the growth plates in the long bones in our body get fused. However, growth still continues for some people even at the age of 22-25 and so, it is possible to add a few inches to your height even after this stage by resorting to exercise to increase height gravity adversely affects your height by compressing your spines and joints, which squeezes and thins the cartilage, giving you a shorter appearance. Hanging on a vertical bar is a simple way to combat this problem. Hanging makes the lower torso? s weight stretch the spine and decreases the pull on the vertebras. This results in increasing the height by 1 to 2 inches, but not instantly. A horizontal bar for this should be placed at such a height that it allows the body to extend with room to move. If your body cannot fully extend, then bend your knees slightly in order to hang freely. Ensure that while grasping the bar, your palms are facing outwards. While hanging keep your arms, shoulders and hips as relaxed as possible, so that the gravity effectively pulls the body further. For additional benefits, you can try wearing ankle weights. This process should last for 20 seconds with a gap in between and should be repeated at least 3 times. This can most certainly be considered a good choice among the height increasing exercises any querries inform me.

I am a 47 years female with hypothyroidism (Since 10 years), diabetes (since 3 years) and hypertension. hypothyroidism is due to hashimoto where antibodies are present and presently taking Selenium supplement to reduce antibodies. Taking Eltroxin 125 mcg daily as thyroid replacement. My Diabetes is as such well controlled, my last HbA1c was 6.3% which has increased from 6.1% and I found that my PPBS stays higher especially after breakfast. It goes beyond 200 mg/dl. Sometimes even around 290! I have discovered that same thing if I eat in lunch, PPBS is less around 140-150 or sometimes even less than 120 mg/dl. PPBS after dinner is between the two ranges. I.e. Around 160-180. My main question is whether it is advisable to eliminate wheat and rice completely from the diet to reduce PPBS levels? It is difficult to do that since it is our staple diet and is contained in all items. I am taking Metformin 1 g morning and evening and skip taking Metformin when I avoid dinner. I am also taking Diabecon DS tablet which is shown to reduce FBS and PPBS levels considerably because I confirmed it by stopping it for about 10 days, though I was taking Metformin, my FBS and PPBS levels shoots up like anything. Once I started taking Diabecon DS again, both FBS and PPBS levels reduced considerably. My last fasting insulin was 9.93 and fasting glucose 100 mg/dl gave 1.33 as Insulin resistance and 90% Beta cell function by Homa 2 calculator as found on internet which is widely used to measure IR. Now, people who advocate Low Carbohydrate High Fat diet on diabetes forum, says residual circulating insulin should be reduced for which you need to lower your carbohydrate intake. I was told that fasting insulin should be <5 and if Blood sugar control is difficult with this value, it can be <7 but not more than that as more insulin causes more fat storage and ultimately pancreas are whipped to secrete insulin by some drugs. I was taking Glycomet GP-1 forte once in the morning but was getting hypoglycemia since 6 months due to glimepiride in it which was increasing insulin levels, so stopped taking it and now not getting any hype episodes. It is known from various research sites on internet that Gymnema extract (Meshashringi, Gurmar) is very effective in reducing FBS and PPBS levels, but increase insulin levels. So, is it advisable to take Gymnema extract (Ayurvedic medicine) which helps a lot in reducing FBS and PPBS levels? I am taking Arkamin for hypertension once in the morning. So, my question is, is it necessary to reduce carbohydrate intake to 20% which comes to around 100g of carbs each day? People say, since we diabetics cannot process carbs efficiently, we need to reduce it's consumption to around 100g or less for good diabetic control. What should be ideal PPBS level after meals? And What should be fasting insulin level?

U be on simple metformin 1gm twice daily start exercise for half an hour which your not doing just changing tab and using as you like upon your logical decision is wrong only exercise and weight loss can help you :)

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

One of the reasons for hallucinations is psychotic disorder, but keep mind healthy, Simply drink cow's milk in night about 2 hours after dinner three times in a week strictly. Keep your mind busy in reading, studies or services which are constructive. Do take multivitamin tablet like Becozinc two or three times in a week after food. Keep discipline in eating, rest and work timings. Make it a point to do meditation of any genuine process, preferably transcendental meditation. Pl establish your divinity by chanting any Names of God Who you have faith in. Be tolerant and have patience. Pl see" For him who has conquered the mind, the mind is the best of friends; but for one who has failed to do so, his mind will remain the greatest enemy. And also" From wherever the mind wanders due to its flickering and unsteady nature, one must certainly withdraw it and bring it back under the control of the Self. Hope this helps.

Hi this can be done in a few steps: eat less chapatis, less rice, i. E. Less carbohydrates. Take more pulses and pulses products. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid taking creamed milk and milk products. Also avoid eating fried foods, junk foods, canned foods, etc. Must take salad with your every main meal. Drink plenty of water. Take green tea instead of normal tea but not more than twice a day. Walk at least for half an hour after dinner at night. Take exercises daily as it helps in better absorption of food.

Hi homoeopathy is the permanent solution to cure dark circles permanently. Better to apply pure almond oil to dark circles at bed time and wash with cold water on morning. For best results do this one every alternate day along with homoeopathy medicines. Now are you taking any medicines for this?
