I am loosing hair. I am just 23, please tell me what should I do to save my hair.
See main cause of hair fall & hair damage is due to infection in scalp skin, which easily goes into hairs follicles & its root and results in hair fall, thinning of hairs. For control on hair fall you have to control on infections, medicines takes time to remove infections due to less blood supply in scalp skin. It requires proper medicines.

My cousin has been suffering from a severe hair fall problem from around four years when she was affected by typhoid. We want to know what exactly because she is suffering a lot a insults and humiliation for the hair falls in patches which are hard to hide. Her mother is trying all the advice her friends and relatives give. So we want to how it can be cured permanently.

Hi apply ketoconazole lotion on your scalp. Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Take lots of proteins like soyabean. Egg white. Etc. Avoid tea. Coffee. Spicy food. Fermented food. Junk food. Apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp. Do pranayama early morning.

Pimples occur only to those who have oily skin and can occur anywhere above waistline. Keep your face free from oil. Use a face wash containing salycylic acid like ahaglow s face wash. Topical benzoyl peroxide and clindamycing helps in curing but should be applied only after a dermatologists prescription. Regards.

Get enough sleep and try. Have a healthy food and exercise daily. What is important is being fit and healthy, for which you have invest time. You should be better in some time. You can follow up if required.

Hello initially take following precautions 1) stop normal physical activity for couple of days. 2) apply hot water bag 3) do not do activities that involves heavy lifting or twisting of your back for few days 4) after 2 to 3 weeks, slowly begin to exercise a physiotherapist can give you personalized exercise plan. 5) avoid wearing high heals and lifting heavy bags 6) stop prolonge sitting or standing. This is called gingival recession. There must be exposure of root surface. It could be due to collection of deposits. Kindely visit a dentist and get your cleaning done. After cleaning Rinse your mouth with warm salt water after every meal for one week - 10 days .Massage with desensitizing tooth paste for 5 min every day And use soft brush, Do not brush hard.

Height increases till 18 to 19 years of age. Heredity factor plays an important role. You can do stretching, cycling, running, swimming, hanging, etc. Eat food containing proteins. It will help in muscle building. Take milk and milk products, dry fruits, fruits etc.

What is your age Mr Udit? What you do? All these are very important. I can understand that you are keeping a hidden anxiety in your mind. Better you discuss with your near or dear one or even write to me. I shall love to hear you. One thing do you do any physical exercise? Well you better start with following advises: 1. Brisk Walking for 5 Km daily. Really brisk - Need not be Bhag Milkha Bhag .At your highest comfortable speed. You shall use Walker/jogger shoe. If must not jogg at the beginning if you are not in a habit of doing it or if you are older in age or over weight. 2. 20 to 30 minutes physical exercise . Free hands . Like all cardio movements . Sit ups . Push-ups . Lunges . Chinning . Abs etc. Your improvement in physical health shall increase your self-confidence. 3. Read good books, which motivates you to be a good person. A good person become persevering and disciplined automatically and success shall follow you as your reward. I can name some good books if you wish. 4. Be honest in mind and deed. I shall weight to hear from you if feel it necessary

Hello. Hair problem is common now a days. Due to stress and busy life. Take full sleep. Drink planty water. Have fruits. Take. Acid hydrofluoric 30.2 tds x 30 days. And revert. Use arnica mon q 30 ml + your oil 100 ml mix. Twice a week at night and wash.

1. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, fried and junk food2 eat and drink slowly. 3. Avoid fatty food, carbonated drink like soda/ soft drink/beer, chewing gum, sucking hard candy etc, 5. Avoid gas forming food like onion, bean, peas, potato, lentil, lettuce, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, mushroom, whole wheat bread. Fruits like apple/peach/pear 6. Avoid stress, anxiety 7. Stop alcohol/ smoking if you have 8. Go for regular exercise and avoid sedentary life style 9. Take one tablet of pan40 in the morning 10. Take unienzyme 2 tablet twice daily after food for few days.

I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can wash your face and feet at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes Consult me if symptom persist

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control. Take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day. Medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day. And pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid junk food. Oily food. Fermented food. Alcohol consumption. Sugar. Milk products and sweets. Take oats and cereals more. And do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day. And do exercises. Dont sleep immediately after taking meal.

Take a ripe tomato, mash it and add a few drops of lemon juice to it. Apply it and watch your skin tone lighten gradually. Another great way to make oily skin fair is to apply a mixture of milk powder, papaya, honey and milk to your face OR Mix 1 teaspoon each of honey and milk, and apply the paste over your face and neck. Apply a paste of 1 teaspoon turmeric powder and 3 teaspoons fresh lemon juice on darkened skin. Beat an egg well and apply the fluffy mixture to your face. Wash it off after it's dry.

In your case particularly, do not sleep during the day; don’t even lie down. Go for regular exercise (breathing through your nostrils only) at a fixed time (at about 6 am) every day, whether you sleep or not. You must develop this habit of sleeping by 10 pm latest every night and wake up at a uniform time by 6 am every morning, even if you do not get sleep. If you do not get sleep, just lie down and if you have a bed lamp (or you could get one) lie down and read something light but not exciting. Your eyes will tire and you will fall asleep. If you like you may also put on light and soft music with the sleep function on. Depending on whether you are a visual or auditory person, you may watch TV in a lying down position until you feel sleepy. Have a warm bath before going to bed (for some people a cold bath at night seems to induce sleep! If you are one of them, please do so). Place the head side of your bed in a North-South position. The room must be as dark as possible and there should be no electronic items that give off even a light LED glow. There must be ample ventilation in the room. Avoid strong odors, except lavender, on your body or in the room, or on your sheets and clothes. There should not be any live plants in your bedroom. Sleep with the lightest of clothes or without any clothing. When lying down to sleep, lie down on your left ear as much as possible. Do not sleep directly under an overhead fan. You must eat a good breakfast, a fairly light lunch, and an early dinner, which should be a very light meal. Whatever you eat in the other meals, have only a pure carbohydrate meal at night with any vegetables, and preferably before 8 pm. Do not drink much liquids after or near about dinner time. When lying down to sleep you may use the 4-7-8 breathing pattern of sleep inducement i.e. Breathe in for four counts through your nostril only, hold for 7 counts, and exhale with a whoosh sound, through your mouth only, for 8 counts. Repeat this four times in the morning and just before you sleep at night. If you know Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT (check this out either on YouTube or Google), then please practice this too for sleep induction. Self-hypnosis and slow relaxation techniques, at night will be tremendously useful. Acupuncture or acupressure will both be very useful too. Pray last thing at night before you sleep.
