These off and on feeling bodyache and headeche may be due to viral infections. You can take tablet of paracetamol or calpol when you feel feverish or headeche. Do regular warm saline gargle have homemade freshly prepared lemon juice which is rich in c thereby increasing your body autoimmune system which prevent infection.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. It is actually important to know the exact level of disc bulge and it's clinical relevance as there may be many patients with disc protrusions on mri but which may not be clinically significant. Also I am sure it is not s3/4 but either c3/4 or l3/4. It will be useful if you can send me the mri images and a brief clinical history so that I can see and advise you accordingly. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. You can also discuss your case and treatment plans with me in a greater detail in a private consultation.

Dear lybrate user, pain could be associated with your lifestyle or deficiency of essential minerals in your body. I would recommend you to go for a health check up to rule out the root cause. In terms of exercise, I would prefer you to go with aquatic exercises (hydrotherapy. This you can easily perform in any swimming pool. Doing exercise in water helps a lot in relaxing as well as strengthening your muscles. To know the exercises, kindly revert back! regards!

The sound what you hear is called as Crepitus /ˈkrɛpɪtəs/ (also termed crepitation) is a medical term to describe the grating, crackling or popping sounds and sensations experienced under the skin and joints or a crackling sensation due to the presence of air in the subcutaneous tissue. Popping Knees and Crackling Knuckles. Occasionally hearing pops, snaps, and crackles when you bend your knees doesn’t necessarily mean you have arthritis..
