About 35% of patients visiting my hospital have premature discharge. There are many misconceptions regarding this problem. Most relate it with masturbation they practiced previously and suffer from an extreme guilt of a sin they have never comitteed. Some believe it has led to weakness of their" nas, others think they should have controlled their sexual urges. Still others blame some other cause and so on
Let us understand what is pre mature ejaculation. Human sexual response consists of desire for sex, arousal (excitement) slowly rising to a level where it stays for some time before reaching a tipping point consisting of release of excitement, called as orgasm or climax. This is followed by a variable period of inability to get erection in males
Pre mature ejaculation happens when a person is unable to stay in the state of excitement and moves to the stage of orgasm before they like. It can be defined as intravaginal stay of less than 2-5 minutes associated with distress to either partner
It can be present since the time one started to have vaginal sex (life long) or may develop this problem later after having some period of normal satisfactory sex life (acquired). It can be experienced with one partner (situational) or every partner (global)
There can be many possible causes

1- hereditory- latest research has shown that life long pre ejaculators have genetic problem in the regulation of neuro transmitters serotonin and nor epinephrine in the spinal cord" they are born like this"
2- fear of inadequacy- changing times have made women aware of their sexual rights and demanding their just and satisfying sex life. Many youngsters coming to me have doubts about their ability to perform a good sex many of them already had active sex life, either paid sex or with a girl friend. Many girls/ sex workers give a comment or two like" you finish so fast" this triggers a panic situation, producing extreme performance anxiety. They start doubting themselves
3- psychiatric problems like anxiety, depression, alcohol abuse can worsen the situation
4- ed - presence of inadequate hardness due to any reason may be responsible for prompting your genital controls to finish the job quick
5- unreasonable expectations by male or female partner, fuelled by" tall claims" of their friend's description of super human time they take to finish the job. Many get unusual joy to brag about the time they take before discharge, number of times they can have sex in a night etcetra. Oops! never believe a friend in these matters, it can be misleading.

Treatment- every case needs a detailed evaluation including some lab tests
The treatment modalities include medications, counselling, adopting a healthy life style, local preparations to be applied on penis, and keeping focus on pleasure rather than the performance of penis) improving muscle tome by yoga
Some times surgery is needed, it is called frenulotomy. It makes the penis less sensitive
Intra penile injection therapy is helpful in many cases I prefer to employ multi modal treatment plan consisting of suggestions for healthy life style, medicines, counseling and frequently intrapenile injection
I also treat such problems online the results are very good you may need to take medicines for 6-9 months but treatment has to be tailored according to the needs

Hi.I am on antidepressant nexito 10 from almost 6 years now. I feel side effects like fatigue and my weight has also increased. I want to get rid of this medicine but as soon as I lower the doze like I take 5 mg .I feel terrible withdrawal effects. .Plz help me like how can I get rid of this medicine without feeling any withdrawal symptoms.

First of all do not attempt to self-regulate the medication. Only a psychiatrist, who is not only qualified but also knows the various drug effects on different people to correctly taper the dosage. My concern is that you have not been into counseling along with the medication. Without that kind of support, it is near impossible to come off of the medication. Therapy will help with the knowledge, skills and the development of some coping mechanisms to enable recovery. For weight loss, there are some very good supplementary products that will help, but you need to exercise too. Depression is the only condition that you need to fight against all the tendencies that are peculiar to this disorder. Never give in to the fatigue, wake up early and exercise, especially the aerobic type, stay upright all through the day, meet people, do active things, socialize, and follow a healthy diet full of fiber.

What you are doing is the exact opposite of what you should to reduce belly fat. Reduced intake no carbs and thereby reduced nutrients has caused your body to actually break down the muscles and deposit even more fat. You have to understand if body feels it is starving it will deposit more fat for energy. Also fat and carbs burn fat so going on a crash diet will do you more harm. Work on overall toning and loss. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

For weight gain proper nutrition is a must. 1) you can start including more milk, cow ghee, fruits & vegetables in your diet. 2) stop eating junk & processed food. 3) make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk with a tsp of ghee. 4) eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk over night. 5) boost up your apettite by working out daily for atleast 30 mins.

First for gaining weight your body metabolism should be good, with regular bowel habits. Secondly if you have some health issue it should be corrected. Regular food, good sleep, take protein rich food and exercise is necessary. Protinex powder one and 1/2 tablespoon in 1/2glass of milk regularly at night for 2 months.

I understand your concern because, this kind of extra weight is breeding ground for many diseases (blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, certain kind of cancers, arthritis etc), which can affect the quality of your life ahead. This is a lifestyle related issue and it can be surely treated with intensive lifestyle modification program. Most people who are fat are made to feel that it is because you lack will power, you are lethargic and a weak person. But that is definitely not true. It is your your hormones which have made you fat and keeping you fat. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you will not be able to lose weight for long term. Most diet fails because they are low calorie and low fat. Instead of correcting metabolism, they make you feel low energy or makes you feel excessively hungry. If you are doing regular exercise, it will increase your fitness but it may not reduce weight much. Calorie counting is useless. If you want to count, count nutritional value of food in terms of protein, fiber, good fat etc. I am sure you did not gain this much weight suddenly but over a period of time. To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works (moves your weight in right direction) then continue. If you have tried this in past or if it does not work, then approach us for weightloss package of 6 months by lifestyle modification - combination of individualized nutritional plan, stress management, exercise prescription for your current fitness level and sleep improvement, (if required). 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Hi. Dark circles can be temporary (means happens after any recent or chronic diseases or underlying medical condition, allergies, sinus infections and nasal congestions, lower eyelid laxity, fluid retention, hormonal imbalances, hyperpigmentation, aging, sun-exposure, insufficient sleep, worm-infestation, nutritional deificiency, working long hrs. on computer, lack of rest, stress/ tension, etc.) which can be improved by fixing the underlying cause or the problem or can be inherited from your parent's genes which can't be treated or cured! Management: Eat healthy and on time. Avoid junk. Drink plenty of water (as dehydration can cause dull or patchy skin). Sleep well. Wear anti-glare spectacles while working on computer. The area under your eyes has very sensitive skin, so never use chemical bleach. Reduce your stress/ tension through yoga, meditation or any other exercises (it not only improves your blood circulation, but also reduces the production of stress hormones by the body as well as increases happy hormones in the body). Use sunglasses regularly when you are in the sun and not to forget to apply a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare Sunscreen liberally, 20-30 minutes before stepping out in the sun and apply the same again after 3-4 hours if you have exposure to sunlight for long hours. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Cina 1M/ one dose daily at night for 10 days. Schwabe's Alfalafa Tonic/ 1 tsp thrice a day daily for 20 days and revert me back about the condition. Hi - first you make some fat by putting carbohydrate sources foods like rice, chapati etc. Add butter & ghee as necessary. You v to over all increase your calorie by good quality high calorie bfoods through cereals, pulses, legumes & obviously high quality protien like egg, fish, chicken etc. Vegetables, fruits can help y always. After some weight gain you can come to me for muscles.

The principal symptoms of dengue are: -high fever and at least two of the following: -severe headache -severe eye pain (behind eyes) -joint pain -muscle and/or bone pain -rash -mild bleeding manifestation (nose or gum bleed, petechiae, or easy bruising) Watch for warning signs as temperature declines 3 to 5 days after symptoms/fever began, as this is the most dangerous period when platelet counts decline significantly. Report immediately to hospital if any of the following warning signs appear: -severe abdominal pain or persistent vomiting -red spots or patches on the skin -bleeding from nose or gums -vomiting blood -black, tarry stools  -drowsiness or irritability -pale, cold, or clammy skin -difficulty breathing

Follow the tips *clean your face with lukewarm water twice a day to dissolve oil. *get an adequate amount of sleep. *avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples, it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *avoid fried and spicy food. *include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *avoid harsh skin products. *keep your bowels clean.

Hi make a paste of neem leaves and apply on the targeted pimples. If you cannot get fresh neem leaves, try to get some dried bottled neem leaves, steep for 10 minutes in warm water and use as a paste. Apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.
