First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day.

I usually get up at two in the morning and start studying. I have my breakfast at nine in the morning .Due to this long gap of not taking food, my stomach started to produce gases in my stomach. I started to bloat and belch nearly 30 times a day. How to cure this by changing my diet pattern. I consulted my physician and only he told that the problem is due to the above reason .I did not take any endoscopy or any other test.

Just add a little bit more of ginger garlic and pepper in your dishes and prolonged sitting can cause gas locks in your gut. Just try walking while reading if you are comfortable. Else take a short ten minutes break to walk a bitnafter each hour of sitting and reading.

1. Do warm saline gurgling 3-4 times daily 2. Take honitus syrup 2tsf thrice daily 3. You may have to take antibiotic along with it if no relief 4. consult for further advice If you have Chronic cough Do a complete blood examination like CBC, ESR, Mantoux test, X ray chest, Sputum examination. Hello, If symptoms are sneezing, Running nose, blocked nose 1.Take proper rest/ lot of fluids 2. and Take proper home made diet. 3. Do Steam inhalation carefully by steam inhaler twice a day for 2-3 days, 4. You can take Tablet Levocetrizine 5 mg one tablet after food once a day bedtime for 3 days. (if history of allergy to this medicine is not present) Consult ENT doctor for further management

Hello- >Excessive masturbation will definitely leads towards weight loss, hair fall, sexual weakness like nightfall leakage etc and can be the reason of any serious disease in the future. Semen is the utmost precious thing in the body which is responsible for internal immunity. The whole life revolves around semen (according to ayurveda), so in any circumstances it can not be wasted. >Try these tips and treatment for weight gain (specially in excessive masturbation patients)- 1)Stop masturbating ASAP. 2)Avoid late night workouts and diet like fast foods, spicy diet etc. 3)Intake of non-veg diet(soup etc) will be beneficial for you. 4)Dairy products like milk ,ghee etc will provide both muscle mass and will also cure the deficiency created due to excessive masturbation.

Advice hot fomentation. Gentle stretching of hand muscles. Ball exercises. Wrist exerciser: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise. Hamstring stretching.

Hi 1.Eat a lot of non-starchy vegetables, beans, and fruits such as apples, pears, peaches, and berries. 2.Even tropical fruits like bananas, mangoes, and papayas tend to have a lower glycemic index than typical desserts 3.Eat grains in the least-processed state possible: “unbroken,” such as whole-kernel bread, brown rice, and whole barley, millet. 4.Limit white potatoes and refined grain products to small side dishes. 5.Limit concentrated sweets—including high-calorie foods with a low glycemic index, such as ice cream—to occasional treats. Eliminate sugar-sweetened drinks. 6.Eat a healthful type of protein at most meals, such as beans, fish, or skinless chicken.Choose foods with healthful fats, such as olive oil, nuts (almonds, walnuts), and avocados. 7.Limit saturated fats from dairy and other animal products. Completely eliminate partially hydrogenated fats (trans fats), which are in fast food and many packaged foods. 8.Have three meals and one or two snacks each day, and don’t skip breakfast. 9.Eat slowly and stop when full.

Night fall. 1. Night fall is common in adolescent age group and young adults. It is due to involuntary ejaculation during sleep in night/early morning. 2. Night fall in moderation relieves sexual tension. 3. Excessive fall can cause weakness, fatigue, sexual problem like erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, testicular pain, decrease sperm count. Precaution 1. Do regular exercise for 1 hour daily 2. Avoid stress, anxiety 3. Practice yoga, meditatation, deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion and relieve stress 4. Take good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits (onion, garlic, pomegranate help) 5. Avoid spicy, oily, fatty and junk food, 6. Avoid consumption of liquid 2 hours before going to sleep and don't take milk, tea,/coffee before going to bed 7. Take a bath and go for urination just before going t o bed 8. Avoid watching poronographic/erotic pictures/ movies before going to sleep 9. Listen to soothing music which gives peace of mind, read good books before going to sleep 10. Masturbation once in a while wiil control night fall 11. Avoid constipation because upset digestive system can cause night fall 12. Consult sexologist for further advice.

Hello lybrate-user basically aap ka problem aapki sleeping habits ki wajah se hai. Normal adult need 6 to 7 hrs of sound sleep. There is something called as sleep hygiene. You have to maintain that. Aap agar dopahar ko sooti hai to mat sonye. Sham ko tea coffee ka sewan mat kare. Sham ko sone se phele 10 15 min exercise kare. Hope isse aapka sleeping pattern improve hoga. As such abhi apko koi medications ki zarurat nahi hai.
