All these troubles are due to out side foods or undigested foods. A lot of people suffers these problems. Try to go for homely foods that is far better. Or prepared home foods where you get. Don" t go for hotel foods. Not only indigestion, liver metabolism gets disordered and constipation results. Always take warm cooked food. Take fiber rich foods, fruits, raw veg. Foods, etc. It helps normal defecation and your indigestion gets cured. Homoeopathiclly take Nux vom 200 tor two days, twice.in a day half an hour before food.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Pain in legs can be related to obesity, so first reduce weight and see the difference or else revert. Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best! For headache: Some primary headaches can be triggered by lifestyle factors, including: Alcohol, particularly red wine Certain foods, such as processed meats that contain nitrates Changes in sleep or lack of sleep Poor posture Skipped meals Stress Insufficient sleep or rest Overexertion Nutritional deficiencies A secondary headache is a symptom of a disease that can activate the pain-sensitive nerves of the head. Any number of conditions — varying greatly in severity — may cause secondary headaches. Get your blood pressure checked, make a chart. Let me know about the readings, will give you medication accordingly. Also, get eyes tested. Medication: Meantime, can start with homoeopathic medicine - Bakson's Mig-Aid tablet/ after every 2 hours.

What Is Premature Ejaculation and How To Get Rid Of In Natural Ways?

Bachelor of Unani Medicine & Surgery (B.U.M.S)

What Is Premature Ejaculation and How To Get Rid Of In Natural Ways?

What is pre-mature ejaculation (pme or pe)?
Premature ejaculation (pe) is –

  • Uncontrolled ejaculation either before or shortly after sexual penetration (quick orgasm and quick ejaculation)
  • It happens with minimal sexual stimulation and before the person (or his partner) wishes
  • It results in unsatisfactory sex for both partners
  • This can increase the anxiety and further worsens the problem (the person may wish to keep away from sex rather than getting embarrassed)
  • It is one of the most common forms of male sexual dysfunction
  • It has probably affected every man at some point of his life

Tips for prevention and cure of pe:
Sex related –

  • Masturbate an hour or 2 before intercourse
  • Divert – stop when there is ejaculatory response and repeat foreplay techniques or divert your mind from intercourse and focus on other types of sexual play
  • Pause-squeeze technique
  • Use condoms – this will help lessen the stimulation on penis
  • Communicate with your partner
  • Try different sexual positions rather than missionary positions
  • Penis massage before intercourse with 1 ounce of sesame oil added with 5-10 drops of mustard oil

Exclusions –

  • Stop alcohol, tobacco, drugs, smoking
  • Avoid junks, fried foods, canned foods, processed foods, denatured foods
  • Avoid white sugar, white flour

Inclusions –

  • Deep breathing exercises
  • Take eggs – they provide cholesterol which assists production of sex hormones
  • Include cereals and blueberries – they prevent blockage of arteries, improves blood circulation to genital area, helps to get and maintain erection
  • Take fresh fruits (especially banana) and fruit juices in plenty
  • Include nuts, cereals, vegetables (especially fennel, celery and onions), fruits, honey, milk in diet
  • Take ginger, lettuce, fish, shellfish,
  • Yoga
  • Whole body massage

Best ways to prevent pe –
Follow the below said religiously:

Dinacharya / ratricharya – following a systematic daily protocol of life including wake-up and sleep patterns, proper quality and quantity of food, sleep, sex, brushing teeth, having bath, exercise, do’s and don’ts to be followed at evening and night times etc

  • Rutucharya – following a systematic seasonal protocol
  • Sadvritta and sadachara – having a circle of goodness and getting into a practise of doing good deeds
  • Achara rasayana – conducts and behaviours which will provide all benefits of taking rasayana (immune modulators / anti-ageing medicines / rejuvenators)
  • Avoid vega dharana and vega udeerana – do not forcibly control the natural impending urges / reflexes as those for defecation, urination, emotional discharge (crying), sneeze, thirst, hunger, sex, sleep etc. Also avoid forcible expulsion of the above said. Also control or avoid exhibiting the mental vegas like anger, anxiety, stress, grief, possessiveness, hatred.

Night falls are a natural phenomena. But when we start having night falls more than 4-5 times a month, then there is a problem. We start feeling weakness, tiredness, etc.. Do not take milk after 3 pm. Try to avoid non-veg, spicy, fried & chilly food. Do not watch pornography materials. Take good healthy diet, do exercise & yoga daily. Keep stumic clean & avoid constipation.

You need to follow diabetic status. Keep in constant touch. With blood sugar levels, fasting and 2 hour after diet. Ask privately

I have undergone bye pass surgery 19 years back. In my recent periodical check up, tmt showed negative report. (*previous tests positive). I think is because of treafmill exercise and pransysmam and dhyanam. I would like to know, how long tm exercise is to be done. And shall I stop it when max hr is reached. 141 (90% of 154), my age being 66 years. I used to walk around 400 mts per week (35-40 kms per week). Any more suggestions please.

Too much cholesterol in the blood can lead to cardiovascular disease. What you eat has a direct impact on your cholesterol level. In fact, a diet rich in fiber and other cholesterol-lowering foods may help lower cholesterol as much as statin medication for some people. Working with a registered dietitian and doctor is the key to develop and maintain a successful health program to manage it. I will inform you on how to make diet, lifestyle changes, make you understand instructions for taking medication because it won't work if you don't take it as directed. Consult privately for a holistic dietary therapy to solve your problems.

Will diabetes have any impact on our sexual life especially when it is under control.

Will diabetes have any impact on our sexual life especially when it is under control.
Dear lybrate-user, ideally it should not. Since you are already on insulin it means that you are absolutely normal in all other aspects like a non diabetic individual, provided your sugar levels are maintained well. Please start or continue self glucose monitoring and a 3 monthly hba1c record and do not worry.
