I am facing hair loss and my hair density is going weaker so the dermatologist prescribed me 1mg finax (finasteride) tablet which I am taking for 2 days, now on the 2nd day I am feeling tingling type of pain on the top of my penis and also feeling of pee even I did pee right now. Please tell me if I stop taking finasteride will the pain stop? Why am I facing this pain? Is it a common problem for beginners? Will it go away after someday even if I continue taking finasteride? Please tell me the truth. Thanks.

Boil dried amla in coconut oil till the oil turns black in color. Massage your scalp with this oil. This is an effective and very easy home remedy to check hair loss. There are also other ways where we can include amla in our hair care routine. • Use amla and shikakai powder than you can buy in ayurvedic stores. Mix them both and make a paste. Apply this to your hair. Leave it on for a few minutes and wash off after a few minutes. Caution: If you have dry hair, skip the shikakai.

Hi. If you can follow some basic things then you will get better results in a short period of time, 1) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals, 2) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal, 3) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 4) avoid late night sleeping habits, 5) avoid coffee and tea, A) take 30ml of BHRUNGARAJASAVAM and 30 ml of water and 1 TSF of jaggery after meals, B) apply equal quantity mixture of aloe vera juice and divya godhan ark of patanjali ayurveda in the roots of hairs. Leave it for 30-45 minutes After that wash hairs with ROOTZ SHAMPOO (rajah ayurveda) three times in a week, do all things for 30 days. These things are much more effective, avoid use of any shampoo and hair oil for 30 days THANKS.

Face becomes oily because of over secretion of oil/sebum by glands on your face. A course of oral medicines and creams to apply during day and night can help in reducing the secretion and keeping the skin dry. Also a minimum percentage of glycolic acid containing facewash can help you. Sensitivity of face can be diminished by 2-3 laser sessions, after that Peels and mesoporation can help you get rid of the dull skin and acne.

I face the problem of dark circle. I very trouble for this problem please tell me the solution.

I face the problem of dark circle. I very trouble for this problem please tell me the solution.
Hi. Dark circles can be temporary (means happens after any recent or chronic diseases or underlying medical condition, insufficient sleep, nutritional deificiency, working long hrs. on computer, lack of rest, stress/ tension, etc.) which can be improved by fixing the underlying cause or the problem or can be inherited from your parent's genes which can't be treated or cured! Management: Eat healthy and on time. Avoid junk. Drink plenty of water (as dehydration can cause dull or patchy skin). Sleep well. Wear anti-glare spectacles while working on computer. Reduce your stress/ tension through yoga, meditation or any other excercises (it not only improves your blood circulation, but also reduces the production of stress hormones by the body as well as increases happy hormones in the body). Use sunglasses regularly and not to forget to apply a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare Sunscreen liberally, 20-30 minutes before stepping out in the sun and apply the same again after 3-4 hours if you have exposure to sunlight for long hours. Take homoeopathic medicines - Cina 1M/ one dose daily at night for 10 days. Schwabe's Alfalafa Tonic/ 1 tsp thrice a day daily for 20 days and revert me back about the condition. Apply Bakson's Under Eye Cream twice daily (in morning and at night) and Medicynth's Whitch Hazel cream and Bakson's Under Eye cream twice - in morning and at night daily.

Nail hygiene

Nails can harbor dirt and germs and contribute to the spread of many infections.
Keep nails short.
Trim nails often.
Scrub the underside of nails with soap or water each time you wash your hands.
Clean any nail grooming tools before use.
Nail grooming tools should be sterilized before use in saloon.
Avoid biting nails.
Avoid chewing nails.
Avoid cutting cuticles as they act as barriers to prevent infection.
Never rip or bite a hang nail, instead clip it with a clear sterilized nail trimmer (a hang nail is small torn piece of skin next to finger nail or toe nail).
Infections of the finger nails or toe nails are often characterized by swelling of the skin or thickening of the nail. In some cases these infections may be serious and need to be treated by a doctor.

I am losing hair gradually, hairs have become soft and brownish in color. What's the reason and I had typhoid last month. Can typhoid cause hair fall? Myth or truth?

Hello Ajay yes typhoid or any illness can cause hair fall simply because your hair derives nutrition from ur body, like a plant takes nutrition from its soil. So if the body is not healthy the hair will fall. kindly improve diet and take protein rich food but make sure you r able to digest it considering u hv recently recovered from typhoid. Homeopathic medicine can help u recover better so I suggest you go in for it.

Sir is colour whitening treatment is good. Please suggest me the way of colour whitening.

Sir is colour whitening treatment is good. Please suggest me the way of colour whitening.
I really want to tell you to embrace your natural complexion. If you do want to lighten your skin, I would like to give you reasonable expectations. The foremost recommendation is to avoid the sun to the areas you want to get lightened - apply daily sunscreen with spf 30. There are other options to lighten skin tone including lasers, bleaching creams, and chemical peels. You should have a consultation with a board certified dermatologist to discuss which option is best for you.
