Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients.

Hye, thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Weight gain is all about taking more calories than you burn. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps weight gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 main and mid meals a day. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, starchy vegetables, rice, bread, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, ghee, cream in your meals. Just eating sugary, sweet foods is not good. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite. Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

Dear Pelia Manjit, - Socked almond in empty stomach. - Tulsi leave 2-3 per day. - Orange, pineapple, strawberry in mead morning or coconut water - Veg juice in evening or fig with milk - Bed time milk with turmeric and cardamon. There is continuous pain in my right knee. After getting MRI it comes out hypertenisity in medial collateral ligament and minimal fluid in join space. Now how much time it will take fr treatment. How can I get treated.

Do take ift and vacuum therapy physiotherapy treatment for pain relief for 12 days followed by strengthening exercise from neuro physiotherapist apply hot and cold water fomentation for thrice a day for 7 days regularly with hinged knee brace time may take 6 to 8 weeks do revert for further assistance best wishes.

Dear lybrateuser, -You can have coconut water daily but limit it ton 2-3 servings, more quantities are not safe as it has high amount of potassium which can lead to electrolyte imbalance in the body, -in normal quantities it can help reduce blood pressure & boost hydration.

My age is 24 am practicing martial arts and gymnastics my problem is my joints like knees and lower back are paining if I practice more but it's compulsory to practice more for gymnastics at this age can I practice things is there any permanent solution for I want learn gymnastics.Please tell.

do hot fermentation and posture correction must avoid strain and do stretching and strength exercise . put a towel roll under knee and press for 10 second then release repeat 10 time. twice a day. for immediate relief u can tk physiotherapy treatment and follow all tips for further

Donot concentrate on being fat. Try to gain muscle mass with good amount of protein intake with pulses, dals, soya, paneer, milk, yogurt, curd, nuts, etc.
