1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. 2. Learn knee exercises. 3. Don't sit on floor. 4. Wear sports shoes. 5. Apply volini cream before sleeping. 6. Do Hot fermentation twice a day. 7. Wear knee cap. 8. Talk calcium, vitamin D 3, Omega 3 and Glucosamine supplement for one month minimum.

Dear lybrate user, for gaining weight take good diet is advisable. But before that your digestive system must good to digest food and elimation of vitamins, minerals etc sholud be used body and ultimately it helps in weight gain. Take more green leafy vegetables, rice, potato, sugar, sweets, fruits, fermented food, ghee, oil, ice cream, clod drinks etc food which contains high calory. Avoid too much physical as well as mental work. Don't supress the natural urges of urine, stool etc. Don't take opposite diet like milk and carrots, milk and sour fruits etc. Manage the stress and anger. It is necessary. Regular yogasana / pranayam / exercise can help you. Take protein rich diet more.

The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency. In order to grow your muscles, first rule is to lift weights and lift heavy. Lifting heavy weights is the only way to gain vascularity. Your hands will grow in size. The second thing that you have to keep in mind is your diet. Eat 6 calorie dense diet in a day and each meal of yours should have protein included. Eating bolied chicken and fish will give you lots of good quality protein.

Use sunscreen before sun exposure, like photostable gel spf40. Apply biluma cream for application once daily at night for 2 months. Take tab. Limcee 500 mg once daily for 3 months. Increase water intake.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

Dear, for heel pain first I will suggest you to go for weight reduction then go for physiotherapy treatment which is best for her. Go to clinic and take IFT treatment for cervical spondylosis and ultra sound therapy for heel pain. Do exercise for both under observation and learn it so you can continue at home.

I recently had a heart attack. It was diagnosed that there was block in artery formed due to blood clotting. I was hospitalized for 4 days and underwent 2 angiography. The clot was removed by medication. I am just 36 years old and very adventurous kind of person. Take it as a shock treatment. 2 blockages are removed and you will lead a normal life if you are are fully careful about dos and do nots. Do not smoke or get exposed to pollution. Keep blood sugar levels and lipids levels within healthy range. Eat moderately and keep bp and weight under control. Exercise moderately according to constitution. Take more proteins like milk and curds. All of proteins supplements. Reduce bad fats like transfats out of your food plate. Eat good fats like a spoon of desi ghee or butter and a katori of assorted nuts everyday. Eat carbs and seasonal vegetables and fruits plus eating according to constitution. Take a spoon of honey added to water every day. Drink apple cider vinegar plus a spoon of honey added to it. Drink pomegranate juice, it does bring down the blockages. Say no to negative stress, only positive fruitful stress to bring results. Help others with cardiac problems. Good luck.
