I will say you something very reasonable that, "ANYTHING IN EXCESS IS POISON" So whether it is noodles or maggie or outside food or home-made food eaten out of limit daily, is definitely going to harm us. So avoid it on daily basis. Once or twice in a month is alright but not more than it. Take care. :)

If there is any history of injury it could be due to fracture rib and you have to take xray chest to exclude fracture. If no history of injury,it could be due to myalgia chest. Take one tablet of paracetamol 500mg sos after food maximum upto three tablets a day,apply volini gel and give hot compression locally.Drink plenty of water.If no relief,consult for further advice.

Your loss is understandable. It is going to take some time before you get back to life again. It seems that you are finding it difficult to get through it. Though there is no full proof formula for going through it, you may follow some suggestions. Never stay alone, be with friends that make you laugh and make you happy, avoid friends that weep with you, pursue your hobbies, lure yourself by watching your favourite movies with friends, going on vacations with family etc. Avoid finding refuge in harmful ways of coping like drinking, smoking, crying out aloud, finding temporary partners for a fling etc. That does more harm than good. If you still feel unable to cope up, consult a therapist or a psychiatrist for counselling and help.

Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Running nose and sore throat off and on may be due to allergy, Viral or nasal defect. For allergy you may have to find out yourself and avoid it. It is better to see ENT Specialist for proper clinical examination, related investigations, diagnosis and management. Even after his medication fever keeps coming see a Consulting Physician for finding out cause.

To control or maintan BP normal there are some instructions are given below: •Do not take salt in high amount or try to avoid it because high sodium level increase BP. • Eat less amount of pickle and fast food, fast food contain high sodium. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of coffee and tea both increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Do exercise daily, running and long walk. • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Avoid taking too much fat foods such as butter, cheese, ghee. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. Eat an apple daily.

Risk of oral sex HIV can be transmitted by oral sex, though this does not occur frequently. Both fellatio and cunnilingus have been known to pass it on. Oral sex is certainly much safer HIV-wise than rectal or anal sex. Oral sex is probably safer than vaginal intercourse. Ulcers in the mouth could increase the risk. Oral sex is more risky than non-penetrative sex (eg mutualmasturbation, kissing, etc). During fellatio, if the man avoids ejaculation, it probably reduces the risk some what. In the case of cunnilingus, there may be an increased risk of transmission if the woman is menstruating. There's no evidence that mouth washes could reduce the risk of infection using condoms or'dental dams' during. Oral sex could reduce the chance of infection, but not eliminate it.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. I have gone through the details, and understand the concern. You seem to have dyslipidemia and severe hypothyroidism. Some times untreated hypothyroidism causes increase in cholesterol. Hence, you have to start treatment for hypothyroidism with Levothyroxine. Once if TSH is corrected everything should fall in line. Thanks.

Kindly apply dologel ct over affected area. For three to five minutes. And then rinse your mouth after that. This should be done two to three times a day daily for a week. Hopefully the burning sensation will come down. 20 minutes prior to eating food.

Nosebleed is a common problem and is often because of a respiratory illness or dry conditions. Nasal drying is common in the hot summer months because of the extreme temperature and dry air is due to use of air conditioners. Here are some typical reasons for nosebleeds:

• Nasal allergies
• Blowing your nose too hard or trying to remove something from inside the nose
• A result of “popping” the ear
• Nasal exposure to chemicals
• Frequent sneezing or having an upper respiratory infection
• Use of nasal spray or a blood-thinning drug, such as aspirin
• Inhaling air that is extremely dry or cold
• Having recent surgery on the nose or elsewhere on the face
• Breaking the nose or a similar injury
• Uncontrolled blood pressure

Bleeding can be controlled by direct pressure i.e. compression of the nostrils grasping the alae distally so all mucosal surfaces are opposed. Direct pressure should be applied continuously for at least 5 minutes, and for up to 20 minutes. The patient should be encouraged not to check for active bleeding. Patients who are properly instructed may control their bleeding while the evaluation gets underway.

Other maneuvers include bending forward at the waist while sitting up (to avoid swallowing blood), placing a plug of cotton wool or gauze into the bleeding nostril (sometimes coated with antibiotic ointment), expectorating out blood that accumulates in the pharynx and a cold compress applied to the bridge of the nose.

These maneuvers also should be taught to high-risk patients for use at home. Initial treatment with two puffs of oxymetazoline may hasten hemostasis
