I have started getting back pain and reason is I have been doing night shifts for 3 years can you help me how to over come the pain.

Since last 2/3 months I Am observing that during my sleep the lower part of my jaw becomes loose and tends to going downwards. Whenever I wake up and feel this again I am consciously taking it to his original place. But during sleep always it is falling downwards. What can be the probable cause. What care should I take for this?

Hello Well loosening of jaw is not a bad sign until and unless it harms your jaw alignment or create pain near ears or during opening and closing mouth. Actually it is Normal. It is a relaxing position of mouth when jaw and teeth are not attached to upper teeth and jaw. If you force to join your jaw with upper one then it will affect the muscles. Sir, I am a athlete and when I run above 5 -7 km. Then I feel hard pain in my knee. It is not for one day it happens every time and when I stopped running pain goes out .tell me is it a serious matter?

Can mouthwash be replaced with smearing toothpaste over our teeth and then rinsing? since our teeth just needs fluoride and mouthwash is most probably a product created by marketing.

First of all, a mouthwash has to be used for a reason. And only be prescribed by your dentist. Its not a very good practice to just randomly buy a mouthwash and start using it. And if a mouthwash is prescribed, it should be used because it reaches to those spaces in-between your teeth and gums where the toothpaste can reach.

Mujhe apni height badani hai abhi meri height 5'8 hai aur mere age 20 hai toh kuch chances hai kya.

Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Cause for vitiligo is unknown but there seems to be auto immune component and there is five percent chance of genetic involvement and if necessary than you can get her blood checked through a Genetic expert for encoding her gene and which will give a confirmation for the involvement of the disease

Use rose herbal face pack.(mfg. By robin herbal healthcare products or take multani mitti 1 tablespoon add 1/4th tablespoon of jaiphal powder and 1/4th tablespoon of turmeric. Make a paste of it by adding raw milk to it. Apply it on skin and wash it before it gets completely dry or after 20 mins. Use almond oil after it for moisturizing the skin. Follow it for few days to see the change and take next advise accordingly.

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia).
