The best ayurveda herb for your case is mix one a part of fresh raw juice with one part of honey. Take 1/4 glass of the combination three times on a daily basis. Take one glass of walnuts, one glass of dried apricots, 1 glass of raisins (choose the type while not seeds), one glass of prunes and a pair of lemons with the skin still on them. Grind all ingredients, add one 1/2 glass of honey and stir everything. Take one table spoon of the combination three times each day one hour before meals until you end the entire portion. The treatment is 1-2 parts. This remedy will be helpful.

Apply an ice pack to the painful area of your head. Try placing it on your forehead, temples, or the back of your neck. Take a warm bath or shower; take a nap; or take a walk. Ask someone to rub your neck and back, or treat yourself to a massage. Apply gentle, steady rotating pressure to the painful area of your head with your index finger and/or thumb. Maintain pressure for seven to 15 seconds, then release. Repeat as needed. Rest, sit, or lie quietly in a low-lit room. Close your eyes and try to release the tension in your back, neck, and shoulders.

Hello, Burping or belching is your body's mechanism for releasing excess gas in its digestive system. Aerated drinks like Coke and Colas contain carbon dioxide. Avoid drinking aerated drinks fast, instead drink with a straw. also keep chewing on chewing gum to avoid burps.

My brother is tb patient. And highly addictive of alcohol. Pain in his back is becoming intolerable. He is taking medicine regularly. In this condition medicine will work or not.

DNB
Pulmonologist, Mumbai
Medicines and alcohol don't work together as both affects liver. If he is so addictive of alcohol, am sure he must never be taking his drugs properly.

I am having a bad habit of masturbation. I do it daily even without a reason .How can I get rid of it?

MBBS
General Physician, Delhi
I am having a bad habit of masturbation. I do it daily even without a reason .How can I get rid of it?
Hi, Contrary to general belief ,Masturbation is almost certainly ok for your sex life. The fact is that most males masturbate. Masturbation isn't only about sex, it's a routine way of relieving stress, clearing your head before work, or going to sleep. But off course too much of anything can be bad. It leads to anxiety and loss of control over body mechanics. Though it may be ok thrice in a week, too much of it affects the senses and sensibility of an individual. Suggestions for you to reduce frequency of masturbation: 1. Read good books, newspaper 2. Spend time with family members 3. Daily walk 30 minutes 4. Avoid porn 5. Avoid spending times with not so good friends and alone. A video consultation with me is recommended.
