I am under weight. I'm 25 years old n having only weight of 36 kg. I wanna get at least 15 to17 kgs more as my height os 5" 3. How can I do it within 3-4 months . I do prefer eggs to eat. I am an asthma patient. Kindly tell me the ways n food material to gain my desired weight.

Please note the followings in respect to your queries: Banana and Milk -- Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Mix required amounts of gram flour, lemon juice and curd or yogurt. Apply this paste on tan affected area of forehead and face. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash it with water. This is an exclusive face pack prepared at home to remove tan from your skin in a very easy and effective way. A mixture of egg white, milk cream and honey works excellent against skin tanning. Mix tomato juice with honey or yogurt and apply it daily on skin to remove tanning.

Mr. Lybrate-user, if high blood glucose is not well controlled, there is a possibility of developing peripheral neuropathy symptoms like tingling and numbness. If blood glucose is strictly controlled most otfen these symptoms improve quite well. Thanks.

Dear Lybrate User, *Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily (brisk walking, jogging, running, swimming, cycling etc) *Reduce weight if overweight *Control diet *avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta *avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, *include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, carrot, tomato, j legume. *avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, sapota, seethaphal jack fruit, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, jack fruit, sweet potato *avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal. *avoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle. *avoid red meat. Take fish/chicken. H) avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks like soft drink *Adhere to a strict diabetic diet by consulting dietitian *Monitor your fasting, pp blood sugar 3 monthly and hba1c six monthly

Tips to lose weight  faster: 1. Eat a high-protein breakfast. 2Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice.  3. Drink water a half hour before meals. 4. Choose weight loss-friendly foods (more vegetables and fruits) 5. Eat soluble fiber. 6. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods.  7. Eat your food slowly. 8. Sleep 7-8 hours 9. How do we do meditation and pranayama? Are they to be done in the morning empty stomach?
Ideal time to do pranayama and meditation is early morning on empty stomach. It is preferable to clear your bowels before doing pranayama. You can drink a glass of water or lime juice 15 minutes before doing pranayama. The logic of empty stomach means that when you are doing pranayama your intestines must be clear of waste products and all food stuff you have eaten must be digested by the time you do pranayama. In case process of digestion is on, body's energy will be diverted for digestion process whereas while doing yoga, pranayama all energy must be concentrated towards asanas or pranayama.
