Hisir, I am 28 year, 72 kg, 6 feet tall, I was addicted to porn since last 2 years (2014-2016) daily 3-4 hours internet porn and at the end of 3-4 hour I used masturbate and there were very hard erections even I cannot believe now, at the end (after 2nd year), I couldn't get any erections to porn. I shocked and fell ill with high fever, from next day I have been suffering from high anxiety, heart palpitations, insomnia, mood swings, foggy mood, muscle pain, joint pain, no interest to go any work, no libido, suicide thoughts, some time I will get morning erections, it's a years now, Can it be recovered with proper diet and exercise, meditation? Do you any cases like this before? If so what goods are good and how long it takes to recovery? Thanks in advance sir please help me or else I'm feeling die.

Pornography addiction is an addiction model of compulsive sexual activity with concurrent use of pornographic material, despite negative consequences to one's physical, psychological, social, or financial well-being Try these steps to stop the habit 1. Delete pornography videos or literature from your personal computer 2. Use safe mode while using PC by using better antivirus and firewall 3. Keep content filter to protect accidentally opening adult sites while surfing 4. Avoid spending time on PC alone or in closed doors, use PC in drawing room or with a company. 5. Keep a check on time, places and mood states which remind about pornography and try to avoid them. 6. Get too busy for pornography by indulging in fruitful activities 7. Take help of spiritual guidance to focus to goals 8. Have a better sexual release by discussing the problem with partner. Consult a Psychiatrist for any further management.

It is a myth that growth stops as soon as cycle starts, at 16 you are a growing up teenager who has her own body structure of growth, depending on genes, do not compare with others, take high protein diet like milk, curd, eggs, nuts, pulses, beans etc. Do workouts with arms like weight lifting and stretching exercises. Too much stress of negative kind affect the growth hormone. Good luck. You will gain height and structures till 21, only healthy eating that will make you stand tall oozing with confidence.

The cause of shaking or vibrating of hands are * muscular weakness in hands * improper neurological functions of hand nerves * restlessness of body * deficiency of nutrition in body. To get relief from shaking of hands * give a balanced diet with vegetables, cereals, milk, fruits. Sit in the sun rays for atleast 3 - 4 minutes daily. * do bhramari pranayam twice a day. Take the following treatment - 1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner. 2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. The best way to loose weight is through low calorie diet and aerobic exercise. The calorie content in diet should not exceed 1200 kcal per day. You should avoid root vegetables, full cream milk, fried foods, sweets, refined flour and organ meat. Take more water, green leafy vegetables, egg white, lean meat, brown bread, multigrain atta and brown bread. You should also do aerobic exercise like walking/ jogging/cycling/skipping for half hour every day at least for 5 days a week.

Kindly get an x-ray done of the tooth having pain. May be you will have to get root canal treatment done followed by a crown or cap. Till then you can take a pain killer like tab dentaforce dt 2 tablets dissolved in water. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique.

Pain in knee, heart patient, MI PTCA done before 3 years. Osteo arthritis or any deformities was not shown in xray. Now treated with BENFOMET PLUS, CARTIZEN DUO, but still now pain is there.

As per your height and weight, you do not show any sign of over weight. Your legs can pain also because of vitamin D3 or B12 deficiency. Do some weight training exercise for 3 days and cardio vascular for 3 days. To maintain a low body fat and/or lower body fat: 1. Exercise at least 5 times per week 2. Eat whole/unprocessed foods at regular intervals, while being aware of physical hunger/fullness cues 3. Sleep 7-9 hours per night 4. Don’t engage in extreme diets 5. Stay consistent with your habits 6. Incorporate non-exercise physical activity 7. Ignore food advertising You need a fat loss diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, White rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose belly fat: body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan: * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. Work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce belly size: * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

I am going gym want my body heard and healthy can you tell me about some best body gainer or protein.
To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

I am suffering from higher Ige levels in my blood and having severe itching and blemished skin on my whole body.
The normal IgE levels fall below 100. Any level above 500 is higher and is suggestive of allergy or parasitic infection. She is currently having abnormally high levels. Her symptoms are suggestive of atopic or allergic dermatitis. It is usually seen secondary to exposure to allergen and subsequent reaction is mediated by IgE antibodies. Her body is known to hypersensitive to certain things. Stinging insects, Aeroallergens (uncommon), Foods and additives like Milk, egg, peanuts, nuts, soy, and wheat are the most common agents to cause such allergic manifestations. Measures for her to reduce IgE levels are- - The triggering factor should be identified and should be avoided. Even a skin allergy test can be useful. - Prompt treatment with anti histamines and glucorticoids during allergic attack. - New intervention has come up which you can discuss with your doctor, i.e. Anti- IgE (omalizumab) and is promising. I suggest you to consult to a skin specialist/ immunologist for further steps of management. Take care and regards.
