Hi. I am 23 years old. I look very lean. And flat chest. I am getting married soon but I don't have that personality to carry sarees and bridal elegance. I think it might be problematic with my husband's satisfaction level too. And I have been recently affected by urine infection I.e ecoli bacteria. Took antibiotics and consulted doctor and again m feeling burning sensation now. Could you please help me with nutrition I should take to grow fat and breast size improvement or are their any surgeries I can cope up with? Also help me with this ecoli infection. I almost took 10 antibiotic injections into nerves few months back now again it came. I drink lots of water.

I think you should avoid unnecessary medications specially antibiotics. U should follow ayurvedic treatment bcoz I think you are resistant to most of allopathic medication or they are not helping you. Avoid spicy oily and junk food. Have protein and fat rich diet. Drink plenty of liquids daily to avoid urine infection. For treatment plan you may consult privately. It would not be possible to discuss here.

Hi lybrate-user, maintain input out put ratio. Whatever you eat calculate calories that called input calories after that do exercise and burn some calories that is out put calories. Eat less exercise more weight will loos have a barley soup at dinner have a dinner at 8.00pm and sleep at 10---11.00pm. Avoid rice at night. Do jogging on one place do it fast fo 30 sec then stop for 30 sec again do it for 30 sec. Do this set for 5 time abdomen will reduced calories

Yes, you have to wait for longer. Also you can't see results by taking just one injection. You have to take more doses.

Hello lybrate-user hair fall occur when you are weak so take healthy diet which include milk eggs, fresh fruit and vegetables as salad sprouts twice a week. Use mild shampoo for head wash apply oil like coconut oil mix with amala oil n almond oil etc massage well. It will really help.

Avoid tea and coffee. Yes caffeine will wake you up and give you a buzz right away. But once the effect wears off; you will feel even more tired and sleepy than you were before. This happens because these drinks dehydrate you. •Have a balanced diet: Eat a heavy and healthy breakfast but have a light dinner. If you feel hungry at night, eat fruits, dry fruits, and salads only. Avoid junk food. •Take a 20-30 minute nap during the day. This shall help you to concentrate better. •As you study, whenever you feel tired or sleepy or even stressed, take a minute to practice yoga- breathing exercises. Concentrating on your breath can help bring more oxygen to the brain which will in turn wake the body up and help clear your mind to study better. All the best!:)

Hi, do regular exercise. Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before and with meals. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise so said people in yester years.moderate lunch and royal breakfast, exercise in evening before a light dinner will go a long way for good sleep of 6-8 hrs.light reading before sleep helps.get checked for diabetes and have a medical check up done.

Investigation is must for diagnosis and treatment. Some time it takes time to adjust the hormone. If she's not gaining excessive wt abnormal hair growth no need to worry.

I would suggest you to - take paracetamol 650 mg for headache as well as fever. If there r any associated complaints eg cough, cold, jt pains, vomittings, acidity, urinary complaints. Medications might be required. If cold, take steam inhalation. Drink plenty of liquids take adequate rest if required, consult.

If this has happened for the first time then there is no reason to worry specially when urine test is negative. If can be ovulation bleeding or can be because of hormonal changes or stress. No treatment needed.

Hi take medicine rite-hite (sbl) 4tabs to be chewed twice a day, 1/2 an hour before meals. Do pranayam, suryanamaskar daily. Do swimming and stretching exercises daily. Do this regularly as you have a better chance of growth till 25 years of age.

Dear there are many reasons for breathlessness like anaemia, hypothyroidism, heart disease, lungs disease...Pls elaborate ur question.. Get ur HB% checked. or consult a general physician for clinical corelation..B/W U can try tips below for a week.. Boil cumin seeds in water and inhale the steam. It helps dilate the bronchial passage. Take 5 gm of ginger, black pepper, cardamom, clove, cinnamon, turmeric and 30 gm of sugar. Grind the mix to a powder. Take half to one teaspoonful and mix it nicely with honey. Take it twice a day

These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Avoid sleep during day time as it makes it harder to fall asleep at night. •Try to sleep early at night. Do not think during sleep. Do exercise and long walk daily. • Avoid to take sleeping pills because these are habit forming drugs and these drugs disturb your normal sleep pattern. • Take a bowl of curd daily in afternoon and one glass of milk at night daily.
