Hi your problem seems to due to some kind of hormonal change which may be due to some kind of nervousness related to your marriage. As far as menstrual cycle is concerned the average time is considered 28 days +-7 days; which means 21-35 are considered normal. If the number of days continue to reduce further in the same manner then you should consult for this and take medical help. Usually irregular menses of this type automatically gets improved to normal after marriage. So, you should not worry as of now.

Other symptoms associated with it are heavyness in abdomen, lazyness, stiffness in morning, getting full with little quantity of food, weight gain, pain in calf muscles etc main treatment is too reduce quantity of food * take only warm water * take ginger & turmeric before food 30 min * take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp after food *avoid day sleep * avoid curd * take only cow milk & ghee * avoid sour salty & sweet food * start exercise let me know progress.

Prolonged working on laptop/tv/mobile can cause computer vision syndrome. Computer vision syndrome is a condition resulting from focusing the eyes on a computer or other display device for, uninterrupted periods of time. Some symptoms of cvs include a. Headaches b blurred vision c. Neck pain d redness in the eyes e. Eye strain f dry eyes sometimes watery eyes these symptoms can be further aggravated by improper lighting conditions. DEAR Lybrate USER. A) apply paste of fresh lemon juice and fine powder of turmeric on face with gentle massage, two times in a day. B) take 30 ml of triphala juice and 10 ml of honey early in the morning and at night before sleep…. C) take 2-2 tablets of chandraprabha vati and sutshekhar rasa after meals. D) take 2 tablet of vasantkusumakar rasa early in the morning on empty stomach with triphala juice…. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. Consult to me for further suggestions. Diabetes can be controlled/managed by a proper regulated diet and exercise..>> Avoid 3 big meals. Instead take small mini meals every 2/3 hours. Take green vegetables/salad with every minimeal..>> Eat whole grain food/grains like ragi, wheat, jowar, barley, instead of refined grains like maida/ sooji/ white bread, white rice etc.>> Avoid all forms of simple sugars like Colas, juices, sweets, cakes, biscuits, pizzas, noodles etc..>> Eat fruits  with low/medium GI index like apple, guava, mosambi, orange.  .>> Do at least 30-45 mins of exercise everyday. Walk for 10 mins after every meal..>> These steps can help reduce sugar levels.

Diet, exercise along with herbal preparations will be effective in weight gaining, shaping body, fitness, maintaining stamina etc. The consumption nutritious diets along with herbal supplements are more effective in weight gain. Mental determination and attitude is also important. In cases of weak digestion, poor appetite and poor absorption, weight is not increasing, requires dietetic changes and herbal preparations to correct appetite and digestion, the treatment may be for 3-4 months.

How To Prevent Dry Skin?

Dry skin occurs when your skin lacks the necessary moisture it requires. It tends to make your skin flaky, itchy and sometimes causing red patches especially on your legs, back, arms, or waist. These are the areas we usually forget to moisturize and we tend to concentrate more on our face and hands. Dry skin is usually the result of frequent bathing, use of soaps which are harsh for your skin. Scratching an itchy patch too much will eventually draw blood and might even result in a permanent scar.

However, there are lots of remedies for dry skin, which will help you restore the natural oils of your skin and make your skin glow:

  1. A hot water bath is a strict no for your dry skin: Hot showers tend to remove your body of its natural oil, which is essential to keep your skin moisturized and smooth. A warm shower should last no longer than 5 to 10 minutes. Afterwards, gently pat your skin dry with a towel and immediately slather on the moisturizer.
  2. Do not use harsh soaps: Wash your body with a soapless cleanser when you take a bath. Skin care experts recommend a cleanser that contains ceramides. Ceramides are fatty molecules that help the skin to hold moisture.
  3. Use sunscreen with good SPF: One of the main causes of dry and itchy skin is sun damage. To prevent sun damage, use of sunscreen with a good amount of SPF is essential for your skin. If you're planning to stay out in the sun for more than 15 minutes, make sure you use a sunscreen with SPF 30. There are many moisturizers which have a good amount of SPF.
  4. Moisturize your skin daily: Use moisturizers, which contain ceramides, shea butter and glycerin. Moisturizing your skin daily can easily prevent dry skin. Apply a good moisturizer immediately after taking a shower to trap in the moisture.
  5. Use a face mask: A honey and oatmeal face mask can be used as an exfoliating scrub. Mix together 2 tablespoons of oats with a tablespoon of honey. Spread the mask over your face, keep it for 15 minutes and then rinse off with lukewarm water. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a dermatologist.

Apply maha bhringraj oil on your scalp and massage then give hot water fomentation..1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time before sleep....take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day...take lots of proteins like soyabean...egg white.....etc...avoid tea...coffee...spicy food...fermented food...junk food....apply only ayurvedic shampoo on your scalp....do pranayama early morning......

Do regular exercise. Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. No drink before meals take small and frequent meals.

For a stress free live we all need a release, both physical and emotional, and pleasuring yourself can provide you at times with that much needed release. Masturbation is rarely discussed, even amongst the closest of friends. Even though this is a normal part of human sexuality, society frowns on it and young people are often taught to avoid masturbation.

Lack of knowledge and opportunities to talk about it have given rise to a number of myths on this subject. Let's take a look at a few of them. 

  1. Masturbation can damage the genitals: Touching your genitals is very unlikely to damage them. The sex organs are designed to withstand friction and hence are very tough organs. The maximum damage that can be caused by masturbation is a little chafing. Using lubricant can prevent this from occurring. 
  2. It causes health problems: Pleasuring yourself is the ultimate form of safe sex. There is no way for you to catch an STD or for it to cause any sort of mental health problem. The only risks involved are allergic reactions to lubricants or toys and a feeling of guilt or shame due to societal pressure. 
  3. It lowers the chances of you having an orgasm during sex: Masturbation does not reduce your sex drive or prevent you from having orgasms. Many people also claim that women get addicted to vibrators and cannot enjoy sex without them. However, there is no truth behind this. 
  4. Masturbation is akin to cheating: Single people as well as people in committed relationships masturbate. While it can lead to problems in a relationship depending on your partner's views about it, it does not amount to cheating on him or her. 
  5. It can cause blindness: Blindness is the most outrageous myth associated with self-induced orgasms. Till date, there has not been a medical case to prove it. 
  6. It causes infertilityPleasuring yourself does not reduce your chances of getting pregnant or getting someone else pregnant. However, for men with a low sperm count, restricting ejaculations while trying to get their partner pregnant is a good idea. The only way masturbation can lead to infertility is if partners who share sex toys do not keep them clean and pass on STDs through them. 
  7. Only men masturbate: Men and women across the world masturbate. 
  8. It can cause erectile dysfunction: Erectile dysfunction has a number of psychological and biological causes, such as heart disease, stress and obesity but masturbation is not one of them.  
  9. Eating certain foods can help control the urge to masturbate: Pleasuring yourself is normal and not affected by what you eat or do not eat. 
  10. It is only for young people: Men and women of all ages can enjoy self-induced orgasms. This does not have any adverse effects on your health.

Hair loss is mainly due to tensions..poor lifestyle ..taking less of water.. thyroid disorders..dandruff etc...or all of these combined...for dandruff there is ketoconazole shampoo which is very effective

I am 65 years old man. Suffering from diabetes since last 15 years. Taking Glutowin fort tablets 2 in morning and 1.5 in evening before lunch. In early morning before breakfast I take piopod 30 daily My sugar remains fasting 100 to 110. Ppbs remains 170 to 175. I do not have common symptoms like frequent urine. Pain in legs. Pain in back etc. Secondly I am not having sexual emotions, it is weak To control sugar and sexual activeness please Guide me.

Stress makes a person to lose focus on a goal. When a person fails to achieve something that he wanted desperately, he loses his self esteem. After which the flow of lack of motivation and concentration emerges and person becomes frustrated and depressed. Same has happened to you. In my opinion, you need to visit a psychiatrist and stress management specialist or you can ask your psychiatrist about how to cope with stress? You shall be al-right, what you need to do is to take antidepressant drugs along with stress management sessions. If you were my patient then I would have given you lexapro 10 mg at night along with some anxiolytics. I would also have referred you to a stress management specialist or psychotherapist, so that you can learn how to cope with this situation. Keep reading inspirational literature, do exercise in morning for at least 30 minutes, talk to family members and friends. With all these treatment you shall find benefit within next one month. Once your frustration and depression improves, you shall find your confidence back and your performance at job will improve. Be optimistic and believe in god. Hope I have answered your query.
