I have a healthy body. I am 22. I do not eat anything special. Normal indian diet. That too very less 3-4 chapati n vegetable. Still I feel I keep on gaining weight and belly. Hello, obaesity, being common, now a days due to irregular life style. - can be reduced, by opting-certain natural-norms in life & taking, meal, judiciously. * go for a brisk walk in d morning at least 10 000, steps 45 mnts to restore blood circulation to nourish d whole body. * tk, 3/4 litres of water, free from conteminents to eliminate toxins and to regulate metabolism to burn fats cell & prevent constipation. I lost somebody close last year and. Hi lybrate-user! I can understand the pain when one loses someone close, one feels the pain, the memories, make them cry, you feel lonely, can't smile or laugh at all, you can't understand what is happening around you you feel blank. The depression is the common symptom each and everyone experienced during a loss of someone close. The impact of the loss matters depending upon the person characteristics, personality and the how deep one takes the pain. You need to accept the loss, should of course cry, stay alone for certain period of time, at least takes 2 to 3 months to heal naturally. If you find difficulty to manage to heal naturally, you need to eat, way of exhausting depression through various hobbies. One cannot erase one's loss till their lost breath, but instead of thinking always and ruining their lives one shld keep moving in life to at least fulfil one's day to day needs, can't remain still, at least to live and lead a normal life one needs to keep moving forward. Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Dear lybrateuser, -do steaminhalation 2-3 times a day -take more of warm fluids, water, tea, coffee, milk, soup -take tab levoceterizine, 5 mg, 1 tab in the evening -take syrup chericoff, 2 teaspoonful three times a day -to increase weight you have to have a balanced diet with more proteins& do regular exercises including weight lifting -in diet have eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, yogurt, milk, cheese, tofu, soyaproducts, beans, nuts-almond, walnut, take a portion of protein rich foods with each meal, also have snacks in between meals.

Yes you can take, follow these- Do daily massage over head with medicated oil, Take proper diet, stress free life, keep cows ghee in regular diet, take milk & milk products daily, take seasonable fruits, green vegetables, dry fruits, take proper care of hairs during travelling, take calcium & protein rich food, do regular exercise, do yoga ,pranayam daily, avoid oily, spicy ,fast, bakery foods, avoid excessive salt intake, dry foods, chilled water avoid food/water kept in fridge avoid excessive tea, coffee,cold drinks, hot drinks, preserved food, canned food avoid excessive use of shampoo, hair conditioners, avoid tobacco, smoking,alcohol etc. If any of these addiction. hi. generally wt gain is not related to calcium intake. there are many other factors dt control it. a simple logic to explain it can be increasing calcium levels in bones which can cause minimal weight gain. however, u taking calcium will not help u gain weight. u need to consult a doctor privately in order to help urself

1. Your age is one factor that you r unlikely to have an angina unless you have risk factors like smoking alcoholism high cholesterol hypertension obesity etc 2. The angina usually felt like a tightness in centre of chest with radiating pain to left arm. 3. Gastritis pain is relieved by taking antacids or other home remedy for acidity. 4. Always consult near by centre with an ecg facility in case you have doubt. 5. Live healthy and stop worrying.

For increasing weight best natural way is start doing surya namskar in the morning. No drink before meals you must make a habit of not consuming water 30 minutes before the time of your meal. Antidepressant medicines do not cause depression. These medicines reduce & cure Depression. If after treatment also your depressive symptoms are increasing, then better take opinion of a Psychiatrist, as either the medicine is not helping you or the dose have to be adjusted. There is treatment available for depression in the form of medicines & counseling. Get yourself evaluated by a Psychiatrist, who will make your proper diagnosis regarding whether you are suffering from depression or some other condition, & then you will be prescribed medicines or advised counseling sessions accordingly. Hi Lybrate user … Eat few these things for avoid over weight gain and fat. Apples: They are super foods that you can take three to four times a day as a substitute to carb-rich foods. Almonds: Rich in Vitamin E and has high fiber content that will make you feel full and reduce your hunger. Green Leafy Vegetables: They are rich in fiber and very low in calories. They will help in preventing water retention. Avocado: They are rich in high fiber and have high monounsaturated fatty acids that help in reducing belly fat. Cucumber: Cucumber is a vegetable that has high water content and is very low in calories. Watermelon: It is a fruit that has 80% water content in it and very few calories. They help in easily attaining desired waistline. Beans: This vegetable helps in improving digestion, as well as strengthening muscles. It will help in toning the belly by reducing hunger and prevent you from overeating. There are few good exercise for reducing belly fat. I. E. Pls help. Sir actually I was visited doctors house on August 07,2016. Before June regularly I was using Skin Light cream on my face. But now really feeling bad. I hereby attached my photo. Pimples are almost clear. But the black marks are there. Can you help me to remove this black marks with in next one or one and half month.   1. Include adequate vegetables in your diet; especially which have high fibre content. Leafy vegetables such as spinach and vegetables such as peas, broccoli and beans are a must.
  2. Include high fibre foods such as chickpea wheat, oats and millets in your diet.
  3. Milk has the perfect combination of protein and carbohydrate and can control blood sugar levels.
  4. Make sure you eat pulses, especially those with husk and sprouts, as they keep your blood glucose levels normal. Even when you are having noodles, you must add sprouts to them apart from the vegetables.
  5. Foods which are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids are excellent for combating diabetes. These include flax seed oil, nuts, fatty fish; these have a very small level of cholesterol.
  6. Consume high fibre fruits such as papaya, pear, orange, guava etc. Eat those fruits which have high sugar content such as mangoes or grapes, in moderation.

These are some of the foods which you should include in your diet. In addition, there are few everyday tips which you should follow-

  1. Make sure to have small frequent meals comprising of high fibre and low in carbohydrate foods.
  2. Methi or fenugreek seeds have high diabetes controlling mechanisms. Soak one tablespoon of the seeds in 100 ml of water overnight and have it in the morning.
  3. Exercise helps in managing blood sugar levels.
  4. Losing weight improves the functioning of the insulin.

Tip for sticking with a diabetes-friendly diet plan-

First and foremost, take small, manageable steps. Choose two or three things you want to work on. Once you feel you have mastered those you can move on to two or three more steps towards a healthier diet.
