Asthma is controllable disease not curable. It can b controlled with inhaled corticosteroid with long acting b2 agonist.

Good morning sir/madam I am suffering from dizziness when I stand after sitting. If I move my head suddenly, its make vertigo. Why this happen.

Vertigo is a medical term which describes a sense of rotation even while stationary. It can often be confused with lightheadedness, generalised weakness, dizziness. Vertigo may be caused by problems in your peripheral (Ear &balance mechanism inside ear known as the vestibular system) or central nervous system. A complete checkup is required to isolate the cause. Peripheral vestibular  system causing vertigo symptoms may need initial medications to stabilise followed by Vestibular Rehabilitation  exercises. A good quality  of life can be achieved if properly managed. Basic investigations: A Pure tone audiometry  and tympanometry  can detect any problem in the ear nerves and tympanic membrane pressure (both of which can be abnormal in case of ear diseases) An Xray of the Cervical Spine (AP /Lat/Lat-oblique to check for cervical spondylitis CT brain and a complete  haemogram  are some of the baseline tests needed for a good evaluation  of vertigo. A cause of vertigo often difficult to diagnose is BPPV Benign Paroxysmal  positional vertigo BPPV can be treated with Epleys manoeuvre  and Vestibular  Rehabilitation  exercises. With regular vestibular exercise you can be symptom free  and lead a normal life. *Tips for starting vestibular exercise: No. 1: Sit on your bed with legs hanging. Keep your head straight and just by moving your  pupils first look to the right. Hold this position. Count to 10. If you have dizziness  with right gaze still hold that gaze. Then move your pupil to the left. Do this for 10 minutes for two weeks. When you can move your pupil to either side without symptoms, you can start another exercise. All vestibular exercises are started after acute symptoms decrease with medicines. You can share your reports on Lybrate. Then I can help you better.

No one food will help lose belly fat. Exercise regularly with a high protein, low fat diet to lose belly fat and gain muscle mass. Restrict carbohydrates to complex ones only which are rich in fibre and fill you up with lesser calories. Avoid simple sugars completely. 'Eat Out' less and have good quantity of fresh foods (Fruits, Vegetables) which are not processed. Eat small and at frequent intervals. Have plenty of water and sleep well. Hello lybrate-user some tips to lose weight are 1.1. Eat small and frequent 4 -5 meals in a day, instead of 3 heavy meals. 2. Drink 3 -4 lts of water daily. 3. Include high-protein foods like milk and milk products, paneer, dals, soybeans, eggs, chicken/fish (if non- vegetarian). Reduce excess carbohydrate intake like rice, banana, chips, burgers, pizzas, etc 4. Minimize sugar intake in the form of sweets, cakes, pastries, chocolates, etc 5. Use less of oil to cook your food as well as stop eating fried stuff like puris, chips, samosas, etc. 6. Include 30 minutes brisk walks 5-6 times a week.
