Hi sir/mam, My wife is not getting her period regularly. We went to doctor and earlier she told that there is a thyroid problem and after taking thyronorm thyroid level is controlled now. But still period is not normal. It is happening from last 1 year. She is getting period in 2 months. Sometimes she has to take meprate as well. She is 25 years old and weight and height is perfect. Please suggest what we have to do now. We will also plan for a baby once this is resolved. Thanks.

Check for: 1.Appetite and intake of all kinds of protien, carbohydrate,fat i.e normal healthy diet. 2.severe stress, exercise or frequent travelling. 3.intake of any medicatiion such as birth control pills any other drugs. 4.can do investigation like CBC (HB%),USG pelvis to rule out problems such as Anemia, PCOD or any other Organic disese. Hi sir Greetings for the day, My body is not absorbing nutrients from the food. I am taking rich protein food from last 6 months. And doing exercises daily but I am not able to put on my weight. Earlier (3 years back) I had 72 KGS of weight. Now I am 59 KGS only and looks so lean and thin, skin also looks pale, dry. Feel dizzy, energy levels also fell down now a days. I will suggest you to Get your blood checked for CBC ESR and follow up with reports and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

you can go for following remedy it will help you Natural home remedy using black peppercorns, sugar candy and liquorice powder: 1. Take 1 tsp black peppercorns 2. Take 2 tsp sugar candy 3. To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1.Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2.Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a.Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B.Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C.If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D.Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E.Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F.You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G.You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Hello lybrate-user. Such kind of marks are common to occur in the dry skin. The pigmentation marks and the scratch marks can be prevented further by using the body moisturizers regularly. The already occurred lesions will also decrease by the regular usage. For best results she can use the moisturizer with aloe vera as main ingredient.

Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.
