Hello lybrate-user, I understand that dealing with mood related disorders are always challenging where deciding the time frame for recovery is not realistic. Psychiatrist prescribes medicine bases on various factors which are case specific and always takes review after a short priods. The reason is to modify the dosage best suitable to patient. Remember medicine itself doesn't cure everything the patient also have to adapt the healthy lifestyle. Recovery is process and medicines are part of it other than this patients should actively participate in self help groups, self care techniques. The complete treatment model consist medicines, psychotherapy, scientific approach of psychological assessment and counselling. Patient's family work as a support network and patient empowerment themselves for continuous care. To prevent relapse patients need to adhere to life style changes, medicine and counselling.

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is an abnormal condition of the mind that develops when a person is exposed to certain traumatic events in life such as accidents, sexual assault or warfare.

The major symptoms of PTSD are:

Reliving the traumatic experience over and over again; this leads to severe and long-term mental distress.
Recurring dreams about the events.
Provocation of traumatic thoughts by the slightest event that causes distress to the individual.
Avoiding memories and thoughts that might remind them of the event.
Developing a negative view of themselves and the world.
Developing social or specific phobias.
Treatment

Medication and antidepressants: Medicines such as paroxetine, sertraline and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) help the individual address insomnia related problems that occur due to PTSD and suppress nightmares.
Psychotherapy: This form of therapy is used to cure both mental health conditions (such as obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety and depression) as well as emotional problems that result from PTSD. Skilled mental health experts are needed for this form of treatment to be administered. They would listen to each individual patiently and provide effective strategies to give solutions to the problems. Some of these therapies are:
Cognitive Behavioural therapy: This therapy enables the individual to adapt to changes and recognize thought patterns which lead to irrational and negative behaviour and actions.
Exposure therapy: This therapy causes the affected individual to first become anxious by exposing him/her to the traumatic memories, situations and objects by simulating them. The therapy helps the person to overcome his/her fears and become comfortable in the same environment that had previously caused fear and anxiety.
Group therapy: This popular and effective form of therapy allows the individual to share his/her feelings, fears and thoughts with a group of people who have themselves experienced similar trauma in their lives. Sharing such experiences helps reduces stress levels.
Some Self-Help and Coping Tips include:

Avoiding situations that cause PTSD can worsen the condition. Hence, the individual should try to embrace and face such situations boldly.
PTSD can result in loss of motivation and stress. Try utilizing your time in socialising, indulging in certain or even exercising for that matter.
Taking some time out to relax and having fun is very important. This calms the body and mind, thereby improving one s mood.

Dear lybrate user, ** you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results.

Hair grows in stages, with a certain percentage of hair either growing or resting at any one time. The hair follicles -- the little bags under the skin where hair is formed out of skin -- also contain pigment called melanin. When the body stops producing pigments, the hair becomes colorless, turning white. Mixed with darker hair, this produces a look most commonly associated with" gray. An actual gray hair may be a result of pigment dilution. Premature graying is genetically determined for the most part. When more than half the hair is white by age 40, though, this is considered “premature.” If you look around your family and see a lot of gray, you may be headed in that direction. Premature graying has been associated with certain medical conditions such as thyroid disorders, vitiligo, vitamin B12 deficiency, and anemia. Vitiligo is an autoimmune condition in which the cells that make pigment (melanocytes) are destroyed, resulting in patches of hair and skin that become white. Identifying the cause and correcting it may help you.

It looks like she is smarting after the breakup. I think that you should move on rather quickly and for that you need to take some measures. You must deal with all your feelings you had around her and clear it out of your system. Remove all the gifts, reminders of her, and give it away or destroy them. Avoid places, situations, companions, and occasions that you two used to frequent, at least for some time. Meet a lot with other friends whom you might have neglected all these months and renew the contacts all over again. Please do not bad mouth her to anyone and just say that we broke up for some good reasons and you are okay with that. Start an exercise regimen and get on with your studies, and career building, with a renewed vigor. Do not get into another relationship as yet, and if the feelings for this girl continue to haunt you, please meet with a counselor and share them with that person. In time this will all be history and you will be happy you moved on.

The diagnosis has to be confirmed by a specialist after visual impression. The treatment of sebaceous cyst is excision. It might increase in size and rupture due to trauma or secondary infection. It recurrs if the sac is left inside so complete excision is important to remove completely. There is no medical treatment.
