Please check you whether you have dandruff or not if it is not there do scalp massage with Neelibringadi tailam atleast 15 minutes and leave it half an hour and wash it off.Take chyavanaprasam 15grm twice in a day with warm milk.

Sir I am suffering from stomach ace since 3 months I have done all test e. G. stomach ct scan ultrasound endoscopy liver test all are normal I have taken pentaacid and other gastric acid medicine but yet I have not relief. Pain in the stomach in left side and centre stable I have a gaspass constipation problem also kindly advise me thanks.

Its a good thing that all the reports are normal and now we need to concentrate on what we are eating daily. I will advise you to not eat spicy, nonveg, masalas, fried - food items atleast for a month. And for one week eat only curd rice or khichdi and high fibre diet for a quick recovery.

Frequent washing of hair. Applying antidandruff shampoo on wet hair and leave for 10 mins. And then do usually shampoo and conditioner is important. Anti dandruff shampoo thrice wkly application.

It may be lipomas 1. A lipoma is a growth of fatty tissue that slowly develops just under your skin. 2. If the lipoma bothers you, is painful or is growing, doctor may recommend that it be removed. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Onion on scalp vil damage ur scalp giving u contact dermatitis.Hair fall is mainly due to hormonal and genetic reasons.There are no homeremedies that vil help or quick responses for it. It can definitely be controlled. It's important to eat plenty of pulses, fish, meat and milk. Drink at least two litres water everyday. Exercise regularly. Don't stress out because you don't have long hair or because your hair's falling. Avoid all forms of chemicals, hot devices and blowdryers to prevent hair damage. Massage scalp and wash twice or thrice a week. Don't overshampoo, it'll spoil hair. Don't tie up wet hair and sleep, it'll get infected. If any infections, g et it treated. A thorough blood check up is needed to eliminate autoimmune, hormonal and nutritional diseases. Apart from this, treatment may b needed in resistant cases.

For hair fall solution, we have to stop causative factors like improper diet acidity & gas more exposure to sun spicey sour n salty food to much curd day sleep lack of vitamins & other nutrients anger & stress due to previous illness etc. 1st try to avoid these factors use cow ghee & milk in diet avoid sour buttermilk & curd use trichup shampoos & nilibhrungadi oil must do oil massage in head for thick hair avoid direct sun & hair take proper diet we generally start 3 treatment together 1. Medicine for root cause & hair tonic 2. Shirodhara with medicated oil 3. Nashya treatment. We are offering internal ayurveda medicine package. External treatment you should do in nearby ayurveda panchkarm centre.

If sugar level in body is increased to 165 after meal then what is the proper diet to control back and reduce it back .Suggest do & do nots for eating i.e what to eat what not to eat .Can boiled egg is recommended? explain complete diet includes breakfast, lunch & dinner.
