Hello It depends upon weakness post dengue. To recover from weakness take healthy food containing vegetables, soups, fruits, dal etc. Keep urself well hydrated. Generally you can start with your normal exercise after a month once you feel healthy. Firstly start with half of your normal exercise then gradually you can increase it to normal.

Yellowish teeth - I have had braces some years ago and my teeth had become yellow post that. I brush properly but don't want to go for scaling as I have heard it damages teeth. Do we have an alternative so that I may get white teeth which may be a Polish or something like that.

Naturally our teeth colour ranges from pearly white to pale yellow so everyone cannot hv white teeth. Get scalling n polishing done by dentist. If u r not happy with ur teeth shade later, u can get bleaching done by dentist which 'll lighten ur teeth by 2-3 shades. Alternatively u can use a teeth whitening toothpaste such as snowdent after scalling. Whitening gels used daily along with customized dental trays provided by dentist r also available in the market. Avoid heavily coloured foods, tea n coffee, cool drinks, smoking n tobacco products as they stain teeth. scalling doesn't damage teeth but cleans teeth surface n is advised to get it done once in a year for all. u hv been misguided.

First of all consult persnolly to good ayurvedic doctor. Meanwhil follow below things. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. You should start your day with handful on nuts and drink honey water after that should consume protein rich diet consume sprouts, dal, vegetables on regular basis start your every meal with salad have 3 main meal with refreshment follow a high protein chart consume honey water atleast 4-5 litres in a day

Good suggestion would be to wait for it. All men do not get thick beard. Some have a hereditary problem of sparse beard while others see it growing little late, there could also be a deficiency of copper/iodine/iron/vitamin d3or b12 that is stopping your growth. Get a regular checkup and if there is a deficiency, you can work on it. Tip: you can try cow's butter (homemade) on the areas.

You seems underweight, so as you have to be anemic. Take nutritious diet and do regular exercise atleast half hour, so that circulation get improved and vital capacity will increase and your anemia will subside slowly. Take green vegetable and eggs daily if you r not a brahmin.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Eat a fruit daily such as apple, banana , melon ,cucumber , avoid to eat mango , garlic , papaya and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily . • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp .Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. * Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water . • Steam your face to open the pores ,which in turn clear the skin .steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. Be healthy.

Rashes on skin are mostly caused due to allergy or called hypersensitivity. It may caused by some special food items or cloth fabrics. * you are advised to please check the clothes you are wearing. Avoid all types of synthetic cloths like nylon & use only cotton clothes to avoid rashes. * avoid peanuts, jaggery (gur), garlic, tila, cashew, pista, dates, spices, curd, egg, chicken, alcohol because these food increase the internal heat of body which may also cause redness of skin & appearance of reddish spots, itching & burning. * apply calamine lotion on sites of rashes to get relief from itching & burning. * drink upto 2-3 liters of water everyday. * practice sheetali pranayan in the morning for 5-8 minutes.

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight (even while sitting or standing), avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Always select a chair with proper back support and hand-rest. (Excessive sitting or standing is to be avoided as well don’t carry much weight on shoulders). Apart from these, stress could be the major cause of pains! Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. Management: -Sit straight with a back-rest or back-support. -Stretching or activities that place additional strain on the back are discouraged. -Sleeping with a pillow between the knees while lying on one side may increase comfort. -Lying on your back with a pillow under your knees would also relieves pain and no pillow under your head. -Some people seem to benefit from the use of ice or heat. Take care, do not use a heating pad on ‘high’ or place ice directly on the skin. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter. (Get yourself examined from a doctor to know about that node on back and let me know).

Hi, It is called acid reflux. With few precautions, management and homoeopathic medicine, you will get relief in it. Medication: Take Biochemic medicine - Natrum Phos. 6x/ thrice daily ½ an hour after meals. Management: Don't lie down immediately after having meals. If you want can only after 2 hrs. of eating anything. Sit straight after eating. Eat 6 frequent meals with less spices, soda/ aerated drinks; better to eat simple bland food.

How to Manage Painful Menstrual Cramps?

Painful menstrual cramps is a condition during periods in which a woman or girl has crampy lower abdominal pain, sharp or aching pain that comes and goes, or the pains which radiates to lower back and thighs. In some women or girl the cramps are associated with nausea, loose stools, headache and dizziness. Many women or girls have painful menstrual cycles.

During menstrual cycles, the uterus tries to expel out its lining and a hormone called progesterone is responsible for the uterine muscle contraction. The more the prostaglandin level, more painful the cramps.

Sometimes the pains are moderate to severe making it hard to do normal household work, job, or school-related activities during each menstrual cycle. Painful periods or menstruation is the leading cause of absence from school and work among women in their teens and 20s.

In medical terms it is called as 'Dysmenorrhea.'

There are two categories of Dysmenorrhea.

  1. Primary Dysmenorrhea

  2. Secondary Dysmenorrhea

Primary Dysmenorrhea is menstrual pain that occurs around the time that menstrual periods first begin in healthy young women. In most cases, it is not related to a specific problem with the uterus or other pelvic organs.

Secondary Dysmenorrhea is menstrual pain that develops later in women who have had normal periods. It is often related to problems in the uterus or other pelvic organs, like

  • Endometriosis

  • Fibroids

  • Intrauterine device (IUD)

  • Pelvic inflammatory disease

  • Premenstrual syndrome (PMS)

  • Sexually transmitted infection

  • Stress and anxiety

Home remedies to manage the Menstrual Cramps-

  • Take a hot water bag and give hot fermentation to lower abdomen, lower back or thighs

  • Do light circular massage with your fingertips around your lower belly area.

  • Eat light but frequent meals.

  • Healthy nutritional diet is a great help

  • Side lying position with knee folded helps to relieve the pain

  • Practice relaxation techniques such as meditation or yoga

  • Take warm showers or baths.

  • Walk or exercise regularly, including pelvic rocking exercises

  • Loose weight if overweight

When to consult a doctor?

  • Severe pain associated with nausea/ vomiting

  • Increased or foul-smelling vaginal discharge

  • Fever and pelvic pain

  • Sudden or severe pain, especially if your period is more than one week late and if sexually active

  • No relief with routine medications

  • If intrauterine device (IUD) is inserted

  • Heavy bleeding with clots

  • Pain occurs at times other than menstruation, begins more than 5 days before period, or continues after period is over.

For fair skin : • Applying a mixture of cucumber and papaya with one teaspoon of each and with three teaspoon of oatmeal apply it for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with water . • Apply one teaspoon of honey for 30 minutes and wash it off . • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi ( turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water . • Apply one teaspoon orange juice or take a piece of orange open it then apply that area for 5 minutes then rinse off it. • Apply one teaspoon of fuller ' s earth ( multani mitti ) add one spoon of rose water mix it apply it for 10 minutes. • Eat fruits daily and drink a glass of milk daily . • Mash half bnana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Save yourself from sunlight by covering your face with cloth or by using sunscreen lotion .
