MBBS
General Physician, Mumbai
Get a sonography of abdomen and liver function tests to rule out liver and gall bladder problems. The gastric problems must be secondary to liver problems. Till such time you get investigations done, have a low fat diet. Avoid butter, ghee, cheese, bakery products and reduce oil intake in food.

You have chronic gastric problem with symptomatic medicines-with contradictory aceclofenac addition-its deadly combination which you are taking. Root cause is not yet fixed and pinpointed. It needs 2-3 interactions on mail to my inbox at my lybrate account. Good advise could only be given after your problem and its cause is fixed. Thanks. Welcome for more queries for free. After that you could be given good treatment for sure.

Liver abscesses form usually in young males who frequently have alcohol history . Treatment depends on the extent of the liver abscess , location and symptoms of the patient . It can be treatment by oral medication , may require percutaneous drainage or may even require surgery in more advanced disease . After drainage of the abscess , the patient recovers very quickly on clinical basis but lesion may take time to resolve on Ultrasound

Treatment for over dilated bladder, give to suggestion how to recover from this condition symptom like frequent urination, every one hours I am going to urination.

Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS), MS - Urology, MBBS
Urologist, Ahmedabad
Dear , before I give any opinion I would like know urine report, sonography with full bladder volume, bladder-wall thickness and post void residual urine. Also uroflowmetry graph. I am sure you must have consulted urologist. At this stage I would want to rule out obstruction first. Dilated bladder means you must be retaining urine after urinatio. Irritable bladder syndrome does not have dilated bladder. Neurogenic bladder will show some other neurological signs and symptoms so let me know the reports.

Hi lybrate-user, I appreciate you seeking help. Your symptoms, apparently, are owing to severe acidity/ reflux. It possibly has a bearing on your dietary patterns, lifestyle and stress levels. I would suggest you to streamline your diet and lifestyle and relax/ de-stress on a regular basis. It is necessary that you stay cool and think positive. Do take more of wheat grain cereals, fresh fruits & leafy greens and ensure that the food is well cooked, bland yet tasty & easily digestible. Avoid hot, chilly, spicy & oily & greasy hard to digest foods. Also, restrict intake of tea, coffee, alcohol, and other high calorie foods like carbonated sugary drinks, packaged juices, sweets, pastries et al. It is good to take smaller amounts of food in regular intervals rather than taking three large meals. Sitting in ‘Vajrasana’ post every meal, helps digest better. Drink plenty of fluids, at least 8 – 10 glasses of water daily and avoid taking water intermittently while eating as this will hamper effective digestion of food. Brisk walk for at least 30 to 45 minutes, 5 to 6 days a week, unless you have any other health issue or advised otherwise by your doc. Amla, ginger, mint, tulsi, ripe banana, cold milk etc also help arrest acidity & associated issues. At the same time it is also advisable for one to restrict alcohol & stop smoking completely. Hope this helps arrest your acidity issues and also help prevent relapse of any gastric ulcers in future. Do take care and all the very best. Sincerely
