* Take full rest & do not do any work at all. *Drink only luke warm water all the day. * cover your whole body so that it cause sweating and lower down fever fast. *Do not take any antibiotic without consulting Physician. * Take 5 leaves of Tulsi and small piece of ginger.Crush them & boil in a glass of waterfor 2-3 minutes. Drink it twice a day to treat the fever. * If the fever do not lower down after taking crocin, then put the cloth/ bandage soaked in tap water and put on forehead and change it after 2-3 minutes. Do that until the temprature lower down.Do not use ice cold water for this. *Eat only light and easy digested food only.Avoid fried foods, meat, eggs, cheese . *If the fever do not lower down even after 3 days , then go to nearest hospital and test the blood for Malaria, Typhoid, Dengue and viral fever only under the guidance of doctor. Avoid from sudden change in temperature .Do not stay in Air condition, wear full sleeve clothes and cover your body on rest.

You can try Kegel’s exercises ( stop and flow method during urination).Viagara has side effects. it stops working if you use it regularly. consult a sexologist, do not indulge in self medication.

Yes, it is piles. Please follow these tips: 1. Drink 2-3 lts of water per day. 2. Consume lot of fibre in your diet like raw vegetabes, fruits, whole grains, oats. Etc. 3. Eat one fully ripe big banana at bed time. 4. Drink one glass of hot milk with one spoon of ghee in it at bedtime. 5. Take your food at regular intervals. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. 6. Never curb the urge to pass stools. 7. Never put in lot of pressure to pass stools. 8. Do sitz bath twice daily. 9. Take 1tsf of isabgol powder with a glass of hot water at bedtime to get an easy evacuation. Apply pilex ointment before and after passing stools. Take tab pilex 2-2-2 for about a month and inform.

In the case of hyperacidity, gastric acid secretion from glands of stomach increases. The excess amount of acid causes a burning sensation in an upper part of the abdomen. According to Ayurveda, it is known as amlapitta. In ayurveda, the pitta dosha includes whole enzymatic, hormonal secretions and digestive juices of the body. In amlapitta, pitta dosha which is bitter increases and gets vitiated due to wrong dietary habits and lifestyle. This vitiated pitta dosha becomes sour (amla) in taste, that's why it is called amlapitta. Normally this pitta helps in digestion of food but in vitiated form it does not complete the digestive process and causes indigestion. This undigested food causes toxin formation.

Causes of hyperacidity

1) excessive physical and mental stress.

2) pitta aggravating diet like spicy, salty and fried food.

3) excessive intake of citrus fruits.

4) excessive exposure to heat like wandering in sun heat.

5) prolonged fasting.

6) modern medicine considers h. Pylori infection as the most common cause of hyperacidity.

Symptoms of amlapitta

1) burning sensation in the chest is the cordial feature of amlapitta.

2) sour eructation, bloating, abdomen distension especially after meals.

3) indigestion of the taken meals.

Management of amlapitta at sukhayurveda

1) detoxify

Yes your body structure can be regained you need to take good diet, I am giving you brief idea about daily diet eat a lot of protein rich food, dairy products, starchy food, eg. Beans, pulses, eggs and also potato, almonds, low-fat cheese and yoghurt. Never skip meals morning: breakfast: never skip breakfast, I am giving you few option of food items you can take 2-3 toast with butter + 1 bowl of full milk with cereal or a bowl oats/porridge or stuffed parathas/upma/poha mid morning / snack: 1 fruit + yoghurt, you can make fruit raita + nuts or fruit juice lunch: 2-3 rotis + vegetables, you can add half tsf desi ghee + 1 bowl pulses (dal) +add a bowl of full cream yoghurt or paneer + 1 bowl of rice / paneer sandwich + salad evening snack: vegetable /sandwich can add cheese / or milkshake like banana milk shake night dinner: same as lunch can avoid rice or 2 toast with roast / grilled or baked potatoes or veg sandwich / grilled veg burger (paneer) a glass of milk before going to sleeping consult for further management.

Dear, you do not need to take any medicines at this point. Do regular physical exercise, morning walk for at least 30 mins for at least 4 days a week. While having meal, restrict amount of carbohydrates ( rice, sugar, mangoes, banana ) and fat ( oils, butter, mutton) and take plenty of green leafy vegetables. Then recheck your fbs, ppbs and hba1c level after 1 and half month and inform me. Wish you good health. Dr. S. Modak

Excessive sweating could be due to thyroid problems, diabetes,in overweight persons,on antibiotics. Special over-the-counter sprays, lotions, and roll-ons can help control symptoms.
