For the past 2 months I feel tired, headache, back pain, sore throat, eyes and nose irritation, eyes tired when I wake up even after 8+ hrs of sleep. I snore. I eat twice a day. No lunch just snack. Have acid reflux, liver pain (@ times) and post nasal drip. My blood tests (lft, CBC, lipid,vit b12, sugar,)r normal except a little high cholesterol, fatty liver (not yet cirrhosis) & abs. eosinophil count of 680. I am unable to get up and exercise. Feel headache, feverish and tired after having breakfast. Gets a little better as day progresses. My BM is sometimes loose and very dark and at times constipated. My appetite is normal and no vomiting/nausea. Please help.

Dear, At present you may take soaked harde at night in a glass of water thrice a day. Avoid heavy oily spicy food. Also take pappaya for constipation. For sore throat You will need… -2 oz. Bourbon or whiskey (optional, not recommended) -1 tablespoon of honey, or more to taste -4 ounces hot water -1 teaspoon lemon juice -1 slice fresh lemon (optional) Take it for three days.

1. Drink more fluids like coconut water. 2. Take vitamin E. It will help you in reducing cramps. 3. Elevate your leg in night when you sleep. 4. Eat 5 Almond in morning everyday. 5. Consult again after 15 days.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Neck pain in your situation could be most likely due to: 1. Poor ergonomics at workplace causing neck muscles strain. 2. Degeneration of cervical spine due to improper weight distribution during computer work. You should follow good ergonomics at workplace to get relief and avoid neck pain. 1 desk should have sufficient knee room so that one can sit close to the front of the desk. 2. The monitor should be placed at arms length 3. Desk should be at a height such that the wrists are maintained in a neutral position when using a computer with the shoulders relaxed. 4. The chair should be adjustable, padded to maintain the spine in a vertical or slightly reclined position. If the chair does not provide adequate low back support then a lumbar cushion should be used. 5. While seated on chair, the hips and knees should be on same level and feet should be flat on the floor. 6. Arm rests should support the elbows and forearms 7. The monitor should be positioned directly in front. 8. The top of monitor should be at eye level. It's preferable to use a computer instead of a laptop from ergonomics point of view. 9. In between work take breaks at 30 -60 mins and perform neck, shoulder, back stretches or take a simple walk.

Firstly avoid long sitting, standing tk rest and break between work. Do walk and spine extension exercise. Heat fermentation with rest time for 20 minutes. Tk muscle relaxant medicine and start stretching exercise in daily routine.

Hi, if your pain started suddenly after lifting weight or sometimes even with rigorous exercise it may be due intervertebral disc prolapse. So pain starts immediately and is severe in nature. If pain develops gradually it may be due to muscle spasm/ mechanical backache. Well you require absolute bed rest (for your spine to rest) along with analgesics, physiotherapy may help. Disc is not seen on xrays, may require mri scan to rule out. Consult and get examined.

My fathers age is 67 n he is a ckd stage 4 patient. He was suffering from severe anemia but now his hb is 8.2 and creatinine is 2.07 n urea is 61. He is having protein in urine n from 3 days having swollen feet n back pain. He is receiving the erithopoitn alfa injection twice in a week as per doctors advice. please help how to lower the creatinine so that his feet becomes normal. Rest for few days. Build your stamina gradually. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Consult after 5 days.

I am having ankle pain for the last 6 months mostly on my left foot. It increases after I get up from sleep. But when I do something reduces. Actually the pain increases after my foot gets rest. One thing I want to inform that once I saw a article based on ankle problem. And if I am not wrong they specified my problem as" Calcaneal Spur"

When you take rest the supply of blood in the heel is reduced so when you move from the position of rest to standing the area hurts, once the supply of blood is restored the pain goes away. The issue is because of stress of your plantar fascia. This if not cured can lead to a calcium deposit which looks like a bonny outgrowth called calcaneal spur. The exact line of treatment can be determined only after a physical examination. I suggest you 1. Apply cold pack on the heal and the surrounding areas 2-3 times a day 2. Do stretching exercise for calf and ankle. 3. Have you gained weight off late? 4. If the pain does not go with cold pack and exercise or keeps reoccurring then you should consider using an orthotic in your foot wear. I deal with plantar fasciitis/calcaneal spur patients every day so feel free to ask any question you have on this subject.

Hello according to your condition you have to take hot water fermentation through towel and do it 3 times in a day duration-15 min along with stretching and back exercises like straingh leg raising, bridging with -20 min repetition -5 sec hold do it for 3 days sure you will get well soon take care.

Hello Sir / Madam I am 26 Year old, and I got rheumatoid arteries. So I got shocked and got so much body pain in my joints. I take complete treatment on it but now what happen my right shoulder get frozen, I can not move hand on upper side of my body from my shoulder. Right now I am doing regular exercise of rotating hands, move hand upward with the help of wall, and more that I got from youtube. Hello. As we all know there are no such medicine for total cure of rheumatoid arthritis. There are medicine for the control of RA. You can have those medicine to control the effect of RA. That would be better if exercise can help you, you can continue the exercises but also medications. Take medicine after consulting the orthopaedics doctor only. DO exercise as much as you can without any pain.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket . And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * Gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * Surya Namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * In diet vegetable protein of cereal , B complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.
