Your weigh may be the problem. You should be around 65 kgs. Try to reduce your weight. If your job is to stand for long time. Follow few tips. * take breaks frequently. *place one foot on a small stool or raised area and alternate with other foot every 20 to 30 minutes gap. If your job is in sitting. Follow this tip. *lie at your back - fill the gap under your lower back so that your lower back rests fully on ground - then raise both your legs (without bending knees) just 5 degrees from ground - repeat it for 5 to 10 counts. Important notice -should not be done by holding breath.

Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain inflammation 4) exercise and mannual therapy will help in painfree movement. See, don't focus on" I have to forget her" Because energy goes there. More you try about forgetting; more you will remember. Instead focus on what you want to become" Happy, Fresh, Energetic isn't it. So, focus on that with great conviction. Follow some basic tips. •Accept the reality: This is the most difficult stage. Mind will not accept the reality easily but, you have to do it. Stop becoming victim. Accept the reality and stop self destruction. You don't need to prove anything to anybody. Understand this and prepare your mind set. •Now stop having self pity and make your life interesting. And surely for that you don't require your ex. You are the only one who can make it. Do following things: 1. Meet up your friends talk to them, share our feelings and enjoy their company as we used to do when we were young. You will feel free. 2. Meet parents, if possible talk to them take their blessings. It works really. Surrender yourself with all your problems and fears, happy and sad moments to them and god or any supreme power you believe in. Surrendering is the most important thing in this process. It helps in letting go the emotional blockages you have. 3. Stop contacting your ex (of course). Always remember She was past and past is passed. Remove her number also from the personal diary and mind. Stop stalking him/her. 4. Have a faith that, you can do it. Do your sadhana (the worship and work) daily. This helps in increasing confidence in yourself. Make a commitment to yourself with a conviction about your sadhana. 5. Hit Gym and get physically fit. See, mind is subtle part of body. If you are healthy, and it will be strong enough to handle this stuff. 6. Play. Enjoy your life. It only come once. Trust me, you start living your life and you will find the way. It changes the state of mind. 7. Try you to pick a hobby which you wanted to do but you didn't. (eg. Music, Trekking, any Sport etc) In short get busy and stop living lonely. With consistent efforts, you will make it. Don't do it just by thinking that" I am doing this for forget her"; do this because you love yourself and there are so many people who loves you. You are surrounded with the plenty of friends, relatives and other human beings. If one person is not loving you, it doesn't makes any difference. Understand this basic and move on. Your love was not just reciprocated friend, and nothing else. When you will live your life positively, you will be surrounded with positive people and eventually you will meet a sweet person who will reciprocate your love more than you have ever given and more than you can imagine. Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Ruta 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and revert. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines. Maintain a good posture while reading or working with computers. Don't lift heavy weight.

Hello, back pain occur due to many reason: 1: muscle spasm 2: disc problem 3: stiff back 4: postural fault 5: traumatic history so it will be better if you send me your detail such as your symptoms either it is localised or radiate till your leg. Back strengthening exercise plays important role in releiving pain. Core muscle strengthening plays important role in releiving pain. So consult a physio and learn some strengthening exercise and start doing it guided by them.

Back ache can be due to several reasons. It can be muscular, related to disc degeneration or prolapse, joint irritation or nerve pinching. Most common is muscle pain due to tight and weak back and abdominal muscles. Keep a positive attitude, focus more on keeping good posture especially when sitting for long hours, use lumbar support. Take frequent breaks and stretch in between. Try changing sleeping habits. Try hot or cold therapy as tolerated. Wish you speedy recovery.

Requires detailed examination and investigation. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Go for fasting once a week. You can go for absolute fasting or rely on a liquid diet to digest ama (toxin). Fasting should be followed by hot fomentation or by taking a bath with lukewarm water or steam bath. After fasting and fomentation, mix powdered long pepper, black pepper and dried ginger in equal quantities and take 1 teaspoon of this powdered mix with lukewarm water twice a day. This will help you restore your digestive fire. Take one tablespoon of castor oil before going to bed, once or twice a week. It helps in cleansing ama (toxin) build up and balancing vata. Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. For dry fomentation of the affected joints, take a cloth and fold it into four, fill it with hot and sand make a potli (bag) out of it. Use this bundle for the fomentation of different joints. This is very helpful in reducing pain and swelling.

Hi lybrate user, your complaints are quite common during pregnancy as there is so much hormonal and physiological changes takes place inside body. I'd suggest wait for delivery and if after that problem persist, you can consult specialist. As far as supplement is concerned your gynecologist must have advised you supplement during pregnancy for optimal fetal well being, if not then kindly ask her. Do not lot of medication as delivery is nearby and most of the drug will pass down to fetus. Hope it helps.

Hi = relax and stay positive. = increase fluid intake. = eat seasonal fruits for natural vitamins = do streching of hamstring, quadriceps, and calf muscles. = if you are overweight, reduce weight by cycling or swimming as it gives low impact on joints. = do check your calcium and vit. Hey Doc, I keep getting cramps randomly all over my body, even in weird places like my face, neck and back of my head or on the upper side of my head. I am most worried about it on the back of my head (near the cerebellum) and on the upper head. It pains a lot and there is almost nothing I can do to prevent it. It occurs more frequently while I am lifting weights in the gym or after getting less sleep or when its very cold. It almost paralyses me and only stops when I start taking deep breaths. Is there some kind of problem? Should I consult my doctor or get some tests done? It really worries me. Also, is it normal to get cramps in the neck, because even thats scary. Please guide me on what action to take.
