Teeth cannot become white by brushing n all. U require teeth bleaching for bright white teeth. And after treatment avoid smoking and tea.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need to clinically examine to decide upon treatment. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

Wearing condom and having oral sex is safe or not? it is like having chocolate with wrapper on, just in lighter sense. you can have oral sex with or without condoms, it depends on the partners preference. you can change condoms if holes occur. Women usually handle penis roughly and men handle breasts and vagina roughly, so it like mutually teaching the partner about what causes pleasure and what causes pain, some times passion makes a person fast, the other partner slow them down. good luck

•Eat a healthy, balanced diet and avoid eating strongly flavoured or spicy food. •Cut down on sugary food and drink, as it can increase the amount of bacteria in your mouth. •Reduce your alcohol consumption. •Stop smoking. •Cut down on coffee. •Drink plenty of water to help prevent your mouth becoming dry. •Chew sugar-free gum after eating, to stimulate the flow of saliva. This will help clean away any remaining food particles. •Don't use toothpaste to clean your dentures, as it can scratch the surface and cause stains. •Clean your dentures thoroughly using soap and lukewarm water, denture cream or a denture-cleaning tablet. •Use a separate toothbrush to clean your dentures. •Make sure you visit your dentist for regular check-ups. Having regular dental check-ups will ensure that any plaque is removed from your teeth, particularly in areas that are difficult to reach. •Your dentist can recommend the best way to clean your teeth and gums, and point out areas you might be missing. They can also identify any signs of gum disease and ensure early treatment. •Gastritis, lung & sinus infection may also be the cause of bad smell in the mouth. 90% of bad breath is due to a dirty tongue. •If your bad breath is caused by a gastrointestinal problem, such as an H. Pylori infection or gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD), you may be referred to a gastroenterologist. •Persistent bad breath or a bad taste in the mouth may be a warning sign of gum (periodontal) disease. Gum disease is caused by the buildup of plaque on teeth. •You may need deep cleaning & fill tooth cavities with artificial enamel filling. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash until then. Advance procedures can be done with laser too. You may consult me in person.

MFDS RCPS (Glasgow), MDS - Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, BDS

Hi, The most common cause of bleeding gums and bad breath is gum disease caused by accumulation of tartar deposits on the teeth which harbour bacteria. The solution would be to see your dentist and, probably get a professional cleaning done.

Hi sir my teeth gums are pain and also blood come from gums when I brush my teeth.
It is due to your gum inflammation. The gum inflammation is due to presence of deposits hence you need scaling (cleaning)

Hi. Rinse your mouth properly after eating anything because evertime a transparent layer known as plaque gets deposited over the tooth surface which needs to be cleaned. Brush twice daily. Brushing at night time after dinner is a must. Visit a dentist for Scaling/ Cleaning. Do saline warm water rinses. Use a mouthwash occasionally.
