Hello-
The most common cause of gynecomastia (man boobs) is changes in the levels of hormones androgens and estrogens. This can happen due to a variety of reasons including puberty, age, hypogonadism, low testosterone (male hormone), hyperthyroidism, chemotherapy, radiation treatment, chronic liver disease, exposure to pollutants, kidney failure, use of marijuana, excess alcohol consumption, malnutrition, and side effects of certain medications.
Many men find it really tough to cope with the condition and opt for medication or even surgery. Ayurvedic medicine offers complete cure of gynecomastia. So, if you looking for a permanent solution for your male breasts, yes it is possible with Ayurveda. Surgery can be avoided.

Exfoliate your skin at least twice a week. This will help to remove the dead cells and open pores, thus lightening your skin tone.
Always use sunscreen 20 minutes before stepping out from home. A good sunscreen with SPF 40 will help to prevent tan in the Indian climate.
Drink adequate amount of water to keep your body and skin hydrated. A good sleep at night is also very important for healthy and glowing skin
If you mean black spots , then Apply Bio- vally's skin lightening cream.
*mix cucumber juice + tomato juice, and apply it on the tanned skin areas.

Congratulations for the baby!
my earnest request to you is not to anything hard for atleast 2 months. C-section takes time to heal and taking strain can put you at risk. After 2 or 3 months start with brisk walking. Then yoga and strength training can be started after 5 months. As far as diet is concerned, pls eat everything as nutrition at this time is important for you and your baby.

Start taking black til (seasam) with a glass of lukewarm milk early morning. Avoid pickles, spices, oily, greesy food items. Start avle ka murabba. Also have a high protien rich diet e. G. Pulses, dry fruits, black gram, ground nut etc. Also oil your hair with good herbal oil and wash with herbal shamppoo - avoid shampoos with high acid contents.
As far as ayurveda's therapy is concerned - start with shirodhara with herbal oil and nasyam therapy for atleast 15 days. This will greatly help. Do gentle massage with herbal hair oil daily night for 15 minutes.
