Mix required amounts of gram flour, lemon juice and curd or yogurt. Apply this paste on tan affected area of forehead and face. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash it with water. This is an exclusive face pack prepared at home to remove tan from your skin in a very easy and effective way. A mixture of egg white, milk cream and honey works excellent against skin tanning. Mix tomato juice with honey or yogurt and apply it daily on skin to remove tanning.

I am 18 years old and my weight is 44 kgs. I have 15 grey hairs and even increasing now and then. Hair are half white from the root but converts to black later and dry scalp. Despite of applying amla oil for 6 months and I have also been using reetha shikakayi for washing them this problem has continued. Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like mental worries, nutritional deficiency, hereditary and anaemia. *Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *Eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *Add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *Avoid stress and anger. *Cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *Take a sound sleep. Take homoeopathic medicine Lycopodium 30 (4 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update. Apply jobarandi hair oil.

Older adults need 400 mcg of folic acid every day for good health. But older adults need to be sure they also are getting enough vitamin b12. Too much folic acid can hide signs that a person is lacking vitamin b12. People older than 50 are at increased risk of not having enough vitamin b12. For physical fitness few diet tips - not to eat fried food items and can eat all green vegetables, moong, chana, dal, rice etc and to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati and to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day and if possible eat eggs on alternate days and if possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla and eat seasonal fruit.

If you are elderly smoker with blood tinged sputum, loss of weight, any new lump in axilla, neck, fossa above collar bone then you may be suffering from lung cancer. Usually lung cancer is silent killer. Symptoms are often late to come probably in 3rd or 4th stage. Treatment may not help with longevity of life in late stages but they can be palliative to increase the quality of whatever life remains.

Hello. There is no medication or food for improving eye sight or to get rid of glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try contact lens or lasik laser. As your age is now 23years so your number will not increase whether you wear glasses or not.

I am giving you some health tips that will certainly help you to quit smoking 1. As you have decided to quit smoking this is first and most important step now we have to concentrate on gradual decreasing number of cigarettes/bidis and I am giving you some changes to your lifestyle you can make that may help you resist the temptation . And these changes are very easy to do 2. Change in Diet: some foods, including meat, make cigarettes more satisfying. And food like fruit and vegetables, cheese, Milk, dahi, and other home made vegetarian food with low salt and spices make cigarettes taste terrible. Drinks, alcohol, cola, tea and coffee all make cigarettes taste better.So drink more water and juice. Also you can switch from wine to a vodka and tomato juice), affects their need to reach for a cigarette. 3. Physical exercise : Even a five-minute walk or stretch) cuts cravings and help brain to produce anti-craving chemicals. 4. Make a nonsmoking friends: this is one of the most important step 5. Normal limit is 72, but some people can have increased heart rate. It can vary due to anxiety/stress/physical exertion etc. Sometimes it could be due to thyroid problem. Do a thyroid function test, take an ecg and consult physician with report for advice and treatment.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal.

How many stones are there and how big are they? if there are too many and if they are too big we cant remove it with just home remedies. It is then wise to go to the doctor. But if they are small and few in numbers try these 1. Banana stem juice 2. Cucumber juice 3. Radish juice 4 lots of water and fluids.

Hello. The detailed history and an examination could find out the reason for your headache. Mostly unilateral (one side) headache may be due to intracranial causes like inflammation, compression. As you did not mentioned the other symptoms, its difficult to conclude. First you consult with a neurologist. Take treatment according to that.

Believe me, if you are happy from inside and taking nutritious, healthy food and daily yoga or some kind of exercises, it will be automatically reflected on your face. Apart from these, you do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. If the dull skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter!
