Irregular periods could be due to stress,faulty dietary habits or hormones problem. I advise her to do meditation for mental strength by doing slow and deep breathing relaxation exercises in the morning.Take proper balanced vegetarian diet.Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet.Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily.Avoid non veg and eggs always.Keep your weight normal as compared to your height.These will definitely help you in your periods.

If you have problem of premature ejaculation you can do Kegel's exercises ( start and stop flow method while urinating) if problem persists You need male sexual function analysis, consult a sexologist.

Headache could be due to fever only. Fever more than one week needs evaluation. Take over-the-counter medicine for fever. Drink plenty of liquids. Eat healthy diet. Take adequate rest. Get ur cbc,urine routine and widal test done. Hope this helps u. If required, consult with reports.

Hi, to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

मासिक धर्म, लड़कियों के बड़े होना का एक हिस्सा है। पीरियड आमतौर पर लगभग उसी समय के आसपास शुरू होते हैं, जब शरीर के साथ अन्य परिवर्तन, जैसे कि स्तनों को या जघन बाल विकसित करना, होते हैं। मासिक धर्म शुरू करने की औसत आयु 13 साल है, लेकिन 9 साल से 15 साल की उम्र के बीच किसी भी समय शुरू करना सामान्य है। पीरियड्स रजोनिवृत्ति तक चलते हैं, जो आम तौर पर 50 वर्ष की आयु के आसपास होती है। औसत मासिक धर्म चक्र 28 दिनों का होता है।

मासिक धर्म आपके गर्भाशय के अस्तर का मासिक निस्राव है, जिसके दौरान शरीर से रक्त और ऊतक निकाले जाते हैं। रक्त स्राव पांच दिनों की औसत तक रह सकता है। हालांकि, हर महिला के लिए एक साधारण मासिक चक्र अलग होता है। इसलिए, आपके पीरियड्स में बदलावों पर ध्यान देना महत्वपूर्ण है। 

पीरियड संबंधी समस्याएं

जिससे प्री - मेंस्रूअल टेंशन (पी.एम.टी) भी कहा जाता है, यह मासिक धर्म चक्र से जुड़े शारीरिक, मानसिक और भावनात्मक लक्षणों का एक संग्रह है। लक्षण और उनकी तीव्रता भिन्न हो सकती है। यहाँ तक की, सभी महिलाओं को पी.एम.एस का अनुभव नहीं होता है। इसके आम लक्षण हैं:

  1. सूजन
  2. चिड़चिड़ापन
  3. पीठदर्द
  4. सिर दर्द
  5. स्तन वेदना
  6. मुँहासे
  7. भोजन की इच्छा
  8. अत्यधिक थकान
  9. अवसाद
  10. चिंता
  11. तनाव की भावनाएं
  12. अनिद्रा
  13. कब्ज
  14. दस्त
  15. पेट में हल्के ऐंठन

पी.एम.एस आपके पीरियड शुरू होने से दो सप्ताह पहले होता है। 

2. भारी पीरियड्स:
इसे मेनोरेजिअ या अत्यार्तव भी कहा जाता है। मेनोरेजिअ ज्यादातर हार्मोन के स्तरों में असंतुलन के कारण होता है:

  1. कुछ दवाओं का उपयोग
  2. योनि संक्रमण
  3. गर्भाशय ग्रीवा की सूजन
  4. अंडरएक्टिव थायरॉयड ग्रंथि (हाइपोथायरायडिज्म)
  5. गैर कैंसरयुक्त गर्भाशय ट्यूमर (फाइब्रॉएड)
  6. आहार या व्यायाम में परिवर्तन

3 पीरियड ना आना (रजोरोध):
यदि एक महिला ने 16 वर्ष की आयु तक भी मासिक धर्म की शुरूआत नहीं की है, तो उसे प्राथमिक रजोरोध है। 
यह पीयूष ग्रंथि की एक समस्या, मादा प्रजनन तंत्र के एक जन्मजात दोष, या यौवन में देरी के कारण हो सकता है। अगर एक महिला छह महीनों या उससे अधिक समय तक पीरियड का अनुभव ना करे, तो इसे माध्यमिक अमानोरिया कहा जाता है। इसके कुछ सामान्य कारण हैं:

  1. समयपूर्व डिम्बग्रंथि विफलता
  2. श्रोणि सूजन की बीमारी (एक प्रजनन संक्रमण)
  3. जन्म नियंत्रण रोकना
  4. गर्भावस्था
  5. स्तनपान
  6. रजोनिवृत्ति

4. दर्दनाक पीरियड (कष्टार्तव):

पी.एम.एस के दौरान ऐंठन सामान्य है। आम तौर पर असुविधा हल्का होती है और यह एक या दो दिन में कम हो जाती है। लेकिन कुछ महिलाएं इतनी अत्यधिक दर्द महसूस करती हैं कि वे बिस्तर से बाहर तक नहीं निकल पाती। इसके साथ मतली, उल्टी, सिरदर्द या दस्त आदि भी हो सकते है। दर्द फाइब्रॉएड, एंडोमेट्रियोसिस (अन्तर्गर्भाशय - अस्थानता) या पैल्विक सूजन रोग के कारण हो सकता है। व्यायाम दर्द को दूर करने में मदद कर सकता है। बिना पर्ची के दर्द निवारक, जैसे कि पेरासिटामोल या इबुप्रोफेन, भी काम करते हैं। 

5. बेक़ायदा पीरियड्स:

एक पीरियड सामान्य रूप से दो से सात दिन तक होता है, औसत पीरियड पांच दिन लंबा होता है। अनियमित पीरियड्स आना युवावस्था के दौरान और रजोनिवृत्ति से ठीक पहले सामान्य हो सकता है। पॉलीसिस्टिक अंडाशय सिंड्रोम (पी.सी.ओ.एस) पीरियड में अनियमितता पैदा कर सकता है। हार्मोनल असंतुलन या गर्भनिरोधक बदलने से भी बेक़ायदा पीरियड्स हो सकते हैं।

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.
