Hello , treatment plan to make your teeth white goes as follows: visit the dentist, who will first do clean up of your teeth this will remove all the extrinsic stains and deposits present on the teeth & reveal the original colour of your teeth. After that if you want more brighter teeth you can undergo teeth whitening or bleaching treatment for further enhancement of shade. Your dentist will be best judge to decide whether home bleaching or in office bleaching will provide you with the desired results. You can try some commercially available whitening toothpastes after bleaching to maintain the effect for bit longer time. Whitening toothpastes can also be used without bleaching treatment for very minor yellowish discolouration but cannot give you satisfactory results in more complex situations.

Hello. For healthy life diet should be healthy. Follow these steps:- 1. Eat healthy diet like all green leafy veges, fresh fruits. Include green salad in your diet. It is good for digestion. 2. Drink plenty of water (10-12 glass daily). Water keeps body hydrated. Avoid cold water. 3. Nuts are also good for healthy body. Its rich in fiber and natural fat. 4. If you non veg then eat it less in your diet. It increase weight. 5. Avoid stress and anger. 6. Avoid junk food and fried food. Its rich in calories and fat. Anxiety as such also leads to disruptions in sleep. When feeling anxious, always try to get a full 7 to 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep and it can work wonders to improve your condition. 2. Always keep smiling. Take a quick break in between your hectic work to get some laughs with your friends. Laughter can reduce depression and anxiety and has proven benefits. 3. hello U can use ayurvedic ubtan for cleaning ur face. Take a small amount of ubtan, moist it and scrub on wet face for a minute. Then clean face with water. Apply this daily once or twice a day.

Follow these tips to lightens and remove the pimples marks -. 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the marks. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. Sir, About 25 days over. I am also a Pediatrician. What other problems does the child have. As a first aid, I advice you to give child, Dolopar syrup, 120 mg / 5 ml, 6 ml for fever, 4 times per day if necessary. Give plenty of water, soft diet. If fever increase, do a tepid sponge with Lukewarm water. Contact me for further advice.
