. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily practice skipping daily. Start with skipping for 3-5 minutes and then increase the time to 12-15 minutes. Walk fast for atleast 8-10 minutes in starting then start running for 3-5 minutes after 10 days. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised. * you can take medohar guggalu 1 tablet daily for quick weight loss but only under the guidance of ayurveda expert.

Due to strain in day you r in mobile position and night is rest time so do heat fermentation twice a day and apply pain relief ointment do stretching exercise if it work then ok other wise tk physiotherapy treatment for few days.

Hello Doc, On 16 July Me and My girl Spent some love moments together but did not do intercourse, just done touch, rubbing from out side with use of protection. After that of 9 days on 25 July she got her periods too. And then we did not do anything. But now (in august) her periods are not coming. Its being 6 days over of her date. What is the reason. You have not been dealing with your fears for a long time, perhaps. All unexpressed feelings will find some other way of expressing itself in the body. These will lead to psychological problems of various kinds. You need to be trained in dealing with emotions and retain it as an ongoing process in life. Meet a counselor and get some guidance in this regard. In the meantime, please follow an exercise regiment, eat well and keep good company. Make your last meal, as far as possible, a pure carbohydrate meal. Eat early and make it a small meal too. Avoid all foods that cause flatulence. Sleep on your left ear most of the night. Every time you feel fear talk to someone about it. Do some deep breathing, with your left nostril shut, and you will immediately calm down. If it gets too much, place your index finger on your shut lips and puff up your cheeks tightly with air and hold it for some time. The back pressure of the air will press the vagus nerve at the rear of the throat and immediately reduce the heart rate to calm you down. I am only suggesting this because you say the anxiety is mild. If it is worse, please visit a psychiatrist.

My gf means period 15/3/16-20/3/16. I had unprotected sex whit my gf on 29/3/16 and same day she get unwanted 72 tablet. My gf see 16/4/2016-20/4/2016 in this time her some garua colour bleeding. But her means period she did not get. So I want to know what is the problem? She is pregnant? Or any chance of pregnancy for this matter?

As she has already bleeding after the sex then she can not be pregnant. As you have not mentioned the amount of bleeding it is better to test once for pregnancy today as 20 days passed from the sex. If negative then there is no reason to worry and that bleeding should be considered as menses. This kind of bleeding is possible after the pill.

HI…1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 2) sleep upto 10-10.30 pm, 3) avoid coffee and tea, A) Eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jiggery during meals, B) Take 200 ml of fresh butter milk with pinch of saindhav lavan after meals, C) take 30 ml of aamla juice along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach, D) take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast, E) do yoga and anuloma-viloma pranayam regularly for 20-30 minutes do all these things for 15 days…gives you good result…THANKS.

It seems that you r allergic to sun rays just use good sunscreen before going out. Wear rumal or scarf on face when you r out of house.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

I am 28, divorced, college dropout, unhappy person with a night job in a IT company, which I don't like very much. I'd even met with an accident few years ago, survived with fractured knee, it is well set now but got bow legs. I almost am bald now, have deep holes on face due to pimples. I had so high aspirations in my life some 5-10 years back and I was a very happy person back then. And I feel that my life has completely ruined with all these troubles and loosing hope on my life. I don't have any suicidal tendencies but not liking my life at all. Started smoking and drinking after all these with 10 cigs a day and drinking once a week. I am even worried to remarry now fearing that she might not be happy with me. I don't see any other person with so many troubles like mine .

Yes, the situation may appear bad and depressing but life is full of such problems even if all looks hunky dory for others. Instead of making matters worse, you should put your life back together with all the positives that are there: you are alive, have a job, in fairly good health, and still very young. Leave the past behind and take charge of your life and what happens in it. You are in charge and make it go this way or that! You can get married but before you do that get your act together. Do not expect marriage to be a solution by some magical means. Quit your smoking and go to a gym regularly and get fit again. Your attitude is what matters. Do a personality development course, personal grooming course, and improve your academics by doing some relevant course and enhance your career prospects. Because you are young​ these can be done with a couple of years!

Thigh fat needs an overall body workout. Try to do daily 20 sets of suryanamaskar, squats, lunges and leg stretching exercises. Climb stairs as and when you can. Walk to your work place. Avoid lifts. Take breaks between office hours. Don't forget to eat healthy along with all this. Thanks!

1. Controlling your diet and exercising regularly is the key to losing weight. Taking the following could also help in accelerating the weight loss process: taking pranacharya medohar rasayan (1-1) twice a day; taking medohar guggul (2-2) twice a day; pranacharya slim capsule (1-1) twice a day. 2. It is advisable to avoid junk, fried, fermented or oily food. You should also avoid the intake of alcohol, sugar, dairy products. 3. You should increase the intake of oats and cereals. You should incorporate a walk of at least 45 minutes in your daily regime and prayanama every morning. It is advised not to sleep immediately after taking a meal.
