I have vitiligo from three years and this is on my lips neck hands finger and alwo and I take medicine from two years but this is slowly slowly small but lips spot is not less till now.

Hello, there is no shortcut for weight loss. Doing only exercise and not checking your diet may cause muscle loss. There are some other ways in a market for weight loss but that may give cause some deficiencies. Exercise and dieting both go hand in hand. In weight loss journey 70 percent depends on dieting and other thirty percent on workout. Why are you so scared of dieting. Dieting does not mean fasting or not eating. Infact to loose weight you will have to eat 5-6 meals in a day. Three main meals and three side meals. Plan your meals. Control your portions. You will definitely loose weight. If you want you can take help of dietitian to manage your calorie content.

Stone in B/L kidney and right kidney hydronephrosis from 6 months and cortex thinning how can improve my right kidney function and hydronephrosis pls suggest me.

It is already very late, you should take immediate action get kidney function test done, and some other investigations like urine rm and urine cs and serum creatinine and serum calcium and serum uric acid, then obstructing uropathy should be corrected immediately otherwise hydronephrotic kidney may needs removal if that has become nonfunctional. Consult urologist.

I am 22 years old n I feel tired after doing work more than 1 hr what to do please tell?

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

Food for Heart Health:

  • Green leafy vegetable like spinach, fenugreek, pak choy, radish leaves, lettuce, etc. Are healthy and are known to reduce the risk of heart diseases and cancer as well. That's because they are extremely low in fat, calories and high in dietary fibre. They also contain folic acid, magnesium, calcium, potassium, etc. These minerals are beneficial for the optimum functioning of the heart. Studies have shown that one daily serving of green leafy vegetables can lower the risk of heart diseases by 11 per cent.
  • Oats are one the most healthiest options available for breakfast. Not only do they make you feel full and energetic, they are great for your heart too. Oats contain beta glucan, which is a soluble fibre that helps bring down cholesterol levels especially ldl (bad cholesterol) in the body. Have oatmeal for breakfast or have oatmeal bread or cookies to absorb their benefits.
  • Whole grains whether its wheat, barley, millet, pulses and even beans for that matter are good for the heart because they provide natural fibre and vitamins. They contains vitamin e, iron, magnesium and a host of anti-oxidants. Regular consumption of of whole grains reduces blood pressure too.
  • Soy is essentially soyabean curd. They are also available in the form of soya chunks and soya mince easily in the market today. Soy is an excellent healthy substitute for red meats which are high in fat, increase the bad cholesterol and saturated fats which are very bad for the heart.
  • Olive oil is one of the most healthiest oils available, whose consumption is actually good for the heart. Having olive oil as a regular part of your diet, helps ion lowering ldl (bad cholesterol) in the body. Also, olive oil contains monounsaturated fats that are good for the heart and are packed with anti-oxidants. Extra virgin olive oil contains polyphenols and gives even greater health benefits. Drizzle some olive oil in your salad as a dressing instead of that unhealthy mayonnaise and high-calories dressings, or better still substitute it for your normal cooking oil and see the difference.
  • Tomatoes is a good source of vitamins and acts as a blood purifier. Regular consumption of tomatoes is known to reduce the risk of heart diseases. Vitamin k present in tomatoes helps to prevent occurrences of hemorrhages. Eat tomatoes in the raw form in salads or sandwiches, cooked form in gravies or simply good old ketchup.
  • An apple a day, will surely keep the doctor away because they contain guercetin, a photochemical containing ant-inflammatory properties. It also helps in prevention of blood clots. Eat apples for breakfast with your cereal or eat them as a snack when you're hungry instead to pigging out on deep-fried chips.
  • Almonds when eaten in moderation is known to lower cholesterol levels in the body and heart diseases. They also contain vitamin b17, e and minerals like magnesium, iron, zinc and are a good source of monounsaturated fats.
  • Red wine when drunk in moderation can be very good for the heart because they contain a powerful antioxidant called resveratrol. Also, red wine contains flavanoids. Have red wine in moderation instead of guzzling other hard alcohol drinks that are high in sugars.

Hello, What's your weight? As overweight can cause pain in body! Do take Calcium and Iron tablets regularly. Try to take enough rest (which might not be possible in your case because of small baby). If possible, start doing light exercises, you can take advise from physiotherapist as sitting for long hours which stagnant the blood circulation. Medication: Take Arnica 30 and Rhus Tox. 30 - both thrice daily for 3 weeks.

I am 50 years old, I eat a very light breakfast and a medium dinner, the quantity I eat is very less and I usually have one beer once a week I am active all day since I manage a construction firm.
