You should have 72 kg with your height.(1) eat high calorie high protein foods like almond, peanuts, butter, cottage cheese, mushrooms, lean chicken, fish, eggs etc.(2) take food in big amount (3) eat more often (4) drink milk or milk shake (5) eat bananas 3-4pcs/day (6) add cream with tea/coffee/milk (7) eat more vegetables. Whole grains, fruits etc (8) no water before or during meals (9) drink water 3-4lit/day (10) stay but not with foods, be stress free and take quality sleep. These are simple things but will be helpful.

DIABETIC DIET ADVICE: ?Eat regular meals throughout the day at same time everyday..Avoid skipping meals ?Include high fibre foods at each meal e.g. legumes(beans/lentils ),nuts(almonds,walnut),eggs etc ?Take fruit as a healthy snack e.g. apples,pears,papaya,mausami,jamun,guava ?Try to avoid ?grapes,mango,bananas,jackfruit(cheeku) ?Vegetables to be included in plenty-at least 2 servings per meal ?Reduce the fat intake,fried foods,cakes,pastries and foods containing palm oil and coconut oil ?Include healthy foods like daliya,oats ?Reduce salt intake in the diet to 1 tsp or less per day ?stay away from especially labelled diabetic foods(they are of no benefit),and saturated fats ?Limit intake of sugar and sugary foods like sweets ?If so desire can take sugarfree as sugar substitute for sweetening purposes

Hello. We can't change the gray hair turn black, but of course, prevent further greying! The causes of premature graying of hair are several. Here we have listed out a few common causes. Heredity is a major reason for hair greying Excessive use of tobacco and smoking Chronic emotional stress or psychological worries Lack of nutrients such as vitamins, iron, copper and iodine in the diet Medical conditions such as anemia, hypothyroidism, tuberous sclerosis or neurofibromatosis Home Remedies: 1. Add the curry leaves to the oil and boil it for 6 to 8 minutes, or till the leaves turn black. Remove from flame and let it cool. Strain the oil in a container and massage your scalp and hair with this oil 3 to 4 times per week before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 2. Turn the fenugreek seeds to a smooth powder and keep aside. Heat the oil and add the amla pieces to it, let it boil for 5 to 6 minutes, add the fenugreek powder to the oil, let it boil for another minute and remove from flame. Let it cool and strain the oil, apply on scalp and hair before going to bed. Wash off with a mild herbal shampoo in the morning. 3. Mix onion and lemon juice in a glass bowl and apply on scalp and hair evenly. Leave it on for 30 minutes and wash off with a mild herbal shampoo. Repeat it 4 to 5 times a week for 2 weeks. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine – Schwabe's Acid Phos. 200/ once daily and Weisbaden 200/ twice daily – all of them for 1 month. And a multivitamin - A to Z/ 1 cap. Daily once for 3 months (as deficiency of zinc, copper and selenium can also cause premature greying). Use Schwabe's Arnica Shampoo and Hair Growth Oil. Revert. Investigations required: Hemoglobin, total iron binding capacity, serum ferritin (S. Ferritin), serum calcium (S. Ca), serum iron (S. Iron), vitamin B12, and vitamin D3 and TFT.

Hi,Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M.After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M,drops, single dose , morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL,2-2 tabs , two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily , two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. Take a healthy and balanced diet. *Do yoga (especially TADASAN) and stretching exercises. *Revert after 1 month.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples & spots: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. You can consult me privately for more medicine treatment & doubts. Be healthy.

My aunt is having a very weird problem , whenever she presses an area where its paining, she starts burping and after this the pain is relieved. Hello Actually she's having extreme acidity problem. For this she needs to drink 2 glasses of water on empty stomach as soon she gets up in the morning. She needs to take green tea after 10 mins of breakfast. Also 1 tsp ajwain with lukewarm water after 20 minutes of lunch. Chamomile tea before going to bed. She needs to take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Thank you

It could be due to depression. Avoid stress/ anxiety/ depression. Be cheerful. Go for regular exercise, Drink plenty of water, have good nourishing diet, fruits, green leafy vegetables. have adequate sleep for 7-8 hours daily.

Follow these tips to lightens and remove black marks & pimples -. 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the marks. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will lightens the mark definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark marks 2-3 times daily. 4. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly.

Hello, Your BMI- 29.6 Weight Reduce guideline •Eating plenty of fibre in your diet. Foods rich in fibre include wholegrain bread, brown rice and pasta, oats, peas, lentils, grain, beans, fruit, vegetables and seeds. •Having at least five portions, or ideally 7-9 portions, of a variety of fruit and vegetables per day. These should be in place of foods higher in fat and calories. For example, fruit makes a good, healthy snack if you feel hungry. •Limiting fatty food such as fatty meats, cheeses, full-cream milk, fried foods, butter, etc. Use low-fat options where possible. Examples are: •Skimmed or semi-skimmed instead of full-cream milk. •Using low-fat, mono-unsaturated or polyunsaturated spreads instead of butter. •If you eat meat, eating lean meat, or poultry such as chicken. •Try to grill, bake or steam rather than fry food. If you do fry food, choose a vegetable oil such as sunflower, rapeseed or olive.

Hi do regular walking/exercise for atleast 45 minutes daily. Eat lot of green leafy vegetables and also get back to me with the type of medication as there are some diabetic drugs which will cause weight gain.

Playing sports such as football, basketball, cricket, tennis and other sports is also helpful in promoting weight loss. *You should perform cardio exercises each day for 60 minutes. अक्सर हम अपने नाखूनों को सुंदर और आकर्षक बनाने में जुटे रहते हैं। लेकिन नाखूनों में होने वाले छोटे-मोटे बदलावों पर
हमारा ध्यान नहीं जाता। जबकि नाखूनों के लक्षण हेल्थ
की कहानी कहते है
नाखून पर हल्का सा नीला रंग नजर आ रहा है, तो यह शरीर
को पर्याप्त मात्रा में ऑक्सीजन न मिलने का संकेत है।
आपको फेफड़ों की समस्या हो सकती है।
जब आपके नाखून लम्बे होने के बाद उंगलियों की तरफ ही
मुड़ने लगें, तो इसे नेल क्लबिंग कहते हैं। कई बार शरीर में
ऑक्सीजन की कमी से नाखूनों को यह शेप मिलती है।
अगर नाखून ड्राई और नाजुक हैं तो यह नाखूनों पर बहुत
ज्यादा केमिकल्स के प्रयोग की वजह से हो रहा है। यह कई
तरह के लंग कार्डियोवस्कुलर से जुड़ी बीमारी की तरफ भी
इशारा करते हैं।
नाखून पर एक से ज्यादा सफेद धारियां किडनी से जुड़ी
बीमारियों और शरीर में पोषक तत्वों की कमी की ओर
इशारा करती हैं।
इसी तरह अगर नाखून बहुत सॉफ्ट हैं और अंदर से खोखले नजर
आते हैं, तो यह लीवर संबंधी समस्या या फिर शरीर में आयरन
की कमी का संकेत माना जाता है। आयरन की कमी से
नाखून टूटने भी लगते हैं।
पीले पड़ते नाखून अगर मोटे भी हो रहे हैं, तो सतर्क हो जाएं,
क्योंकि यह फंगल इंफेक्शन का लक्षण है। ऐसे में नाखून
कमजोर होकर टूटने भी लगते हैं। इस स्थिति में तुरंत डॉक्टर
को दिखाएं।
नाखूनों में चमक भी जरूरी है। अगर नाखूनों में चमक न हो, तो
समझ लें कि आपको एनीमिया की समस्या है। इस तरह के
नाखून वालों को डायबिटीज और लीवर से जुड़ी समस्याएं
होने की भी संभावना होती हैं।
काली रेखा या धब्बे नाखूनों पर नजर आ रहे हैं, तो आपको
मेलेनोमा हो सकता है। इस तरह के धब्बे आमतौर पर किसी
एक ही नाखून पर या पैर के नाखून में देखने को मिलते हैं।
सेहतमंद शरीर का आईना होते हैं हमारे नाखून, इन पर जरूर
गौर करें..

Hello, Primolut n doesn't work if taken near periods date, if teh intention is to delay menses. If tomorrow is menses expected and taken today then you may or may not get menses tomorrow or may get heavy menses with clots.

Hye, try to exercise at a time that is convenient for you. Avoid exercise on empty stomach, stay hydrated throughout. Keep an electrolytic drink like lime juice to sip on during workout. Avoid working out in excessive sunlight especially in the afternoons. Also weight loss is not dependent on time of the day. Your daily intake and output determines that.

Probably you have ibs: irritable bowel syndrome. It is due to altered micobial flora in your gut system. Take these medications for 15 days. Tab colonise forte 1 tab after food in the noon. Lactifibre powder 2spoons twice daily after food mixed with water/milk. If no improvement. Consult a local physician.

Avoid sitting Cross legged. Avoid Squatting- Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.
