On my face pimples was coming so much. How can I overcome it. Looking bad so much.

These are the methods to treat pimples fastly - • Do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

लिकोरिस, जिसे आमतौर पर भारत में मुलेठी कहा जाता है, एक लोकप्रिय मसाला है जो न केवल एक अच्छा स्वादिष्ट एजेंट के रूप में कार्य करता है बल्कि व्यापक चिकित्सा गुणों के कारण घरेलू उपचार में भी इस्तेमाल किया जाता है। प्राचीन काल से इसका उपयोग भारतीय आयुर्वेद में और साथ ही चीनी दवा में भी किया गया है। मुलेठी में शक्तिशाली फाइटोकेमिकल्स अर्थात् फ्लैनोनोड्स, चाल्कोन्स, सैपोनिन और एक्सनोएस्ट्रोजेन्स की मौजूदगी इसकी औषधीय संपत्ति का मुख्य कारण है।

2. जो लोग मूत्रवर्धक पर हैं या हाइपोथायरायडिज्म से पीड़ित हैं, वे इसका उपभोग ना करें।
3. मुलेठी का अत्यधिक उपयोग भी मांसपेशियों, क्रोनिक थकान, सिरदर्द, सूजन, एडिमा, छद्म डोल्दोनिस्म, श्वास की कमी, जोड़ों की कठोरता और कम टेस्टोस्टेरोन स्तर पुरुषों की कमजोर होती है।
4. मुलेठी के अत्यधिक उपयोग के कारण मांसपेशियों की कमज़ोरी, क्रोनिक थकान, सिरदर्द, सूजन, एडिमा, छद्म डोल्दोनिस्म, सांस की तकलीफ, जोड़ों की कठोरता और पुरुषों में टेस्टोस्टेरोन का स्तर कम हो सकता है।
5. लिकोरिस में एस्ट्रोजेन उत्तेजक गुण होते हैं जो संबंधित विकारों से पीड़ित लोगों को प्रभावित कर सकते हैं। इसके अलावा, इसके उपभोग से गंभीर समस्याएं हो सकती हैं जैसे फाइब्रोसिस्टिक स्तन, स्तन कैंसर या गर्भाशय कैंसर।
6. जो लोग मूत्रवर्धक पर हैं या हाइपोथायरायडिज्म से पीड़ित हैं, उन्हें मुलेठी से दूर रखना चाहिए।
7. लंबे समय तक के लिए इस्तेमाल होने पर, मुलेठी से असामान्य वजन बढ़ सकता है।

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.

At night times it take more time to sleep. And always try to sleep at working hours is there any solution and he will be inactive.

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor.

1. Dinner whole grain bread or chapattis, steamed vegetables and any seasonal fruit except banana and apple. 2. Do regular exercise like brisk walking (at least), running, swimming etc. Avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle. 3. A glass of warm water mixed with the juice of half a lemon. A teaspoonful of honey can be added have it early in the morning.

I am 60 years old has diabetes type b for last 15 years. At the moment I have to take humalog mix 50 total 60 units to keep sugar level under control. My hba1c is 6.5. My doctor says my dose is high because insulin resistance. My body creates anti bodies to destroy the insulin. It should reduce with passage of time, however, if I reduce the dose my blood glucose level shoots up. I am following very strict diet and exercise regime. However, the insulin dose is not reducing. Can you suggest me any alternative?

In t2dm there are no antibodies produced against insulin, it is the insulin resistance that is the culprit along with improper production of insulin by beta cells of pancreas. You might a drug like metformin 500 mg twice a day in addition to insulin which would reduce insulin resistance and help insulin action. Plus your strict diet and exercising for more than 1 h a day should continue.

"For mild sore throat, try with salt water gargles using little warm water, taking care not to use too hot water, and take pain killer if required. If you are not ok in 1-2 days, consult back. Try sending picture of your throat. If you have fever, you may need additional medicines as well. If symptoms are severe, please consult an ENT Doctor immediately. Please see that it may be more beneficial if you add honey and salt to the gargle solution. Add 1 spoon of honey and half spoon of salt to half glass of water to make gargle solution. Also, if you are s smoker, you need to quit smoking and alcohol.

A lot of women have issues in their marriages because the sex department has gone down the drain and this has led to many women being sexually frustrated.

Sex is an important part of a couple’s life, and when it goes wrong, it could gradually affect other parts of the relationship.

These are some possible reasons why your man is weak in bed.

1. STRESS

When stressed, the body releases adrenaline and cortisol which can result in a low sex drive. In response to stress, the arteries can also restrict blood flow, which can lead to erectile dysfunction.

2. LACK OF SLEEP 

Sleep is highly important, and is especially good for a man’s sex life. A good sleep would lead to a healthy body and mind; sleep provides the opportunity to refresh your body system. A lack of sleep can trigger an elevated cortisol levels, which would lead to poor sex drive.

3. ALCOHOL USE AND DRUG ABUSE 

Excessive alcohol intake can also impair a man’s sexual drive. Too much alcohol intake can impair his nervous system, leading to fatigue, which would make it more difficult for him to maintain an erection during sex.

Marijuana and other drugs can also affect a man’s sex drive; they can suppress the pituitary gland which regulates the production of testosterone.

4. LOW SELF-ESTEEM

When a man isn’t feeling confident or capable, this can affect his performance. When a man doesn’t feel good about his body, his organ or himself, he would definitely have a poor time in bed.

5. ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION

Erectile dysfunction is another huge factor for poor performance in men. It is the inability to get or keep an erection firm enough to have sexual intercourse.

Having erection trouble occasionally isn’t necessarily a cause for concern, but when it keeps coming then it could be a sign of an underlying health condition that needs treatment.

6. DEPRESSION

There is a definite link between libido and depression. When a man is feeling depressed, he would definitely find it difficult to get excited for sex; it would be almost impossible to get him aroused.

, Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8 hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3 times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days. Also, use Bakson’s Apricot scrub 1-2 times a week on the area.

To detect the cause of your problem you need to do some blood tests and ultrasound of pelvis. After which you may need medicines if any report is abnormal. But you should first test urine for pregnancy if there is such chance.

I am not able to sleep early at night I mean I cannot sleep even if I lie on the bed. It will take for me 1 hour at least to sleep. Please tell me what can I do to get an early and adequate sleep.

you have to induce sleep make the atmospheres or bed make the room dark or semidark with dim light switch off all electronic gadgets like TV computer, and noise free don't hit the bed immediately after food. have at least one hour gap in between. food and bed. do not drink just after food atleast hal d an hour gap is essential. avoid heavy mean and red meat at dinner. have plenty of water by mouth..

Height is usually always dominated by genetics. How short are your parents? if you are their size or slightly taller then them, chances are you will not grow very much more. There are no amazing magic ways to get taller. Get lots of nutrition and calcium. Get tons of calcium. Bigger bones means bigger you. Work out and play sports alot. Also greatly emphasize stretching. Posture is also important. Walk as tall and as straight as possible and over time this will add a handful of centimetres to your height. Take ashwagandha powder 2-2 tsf twice a day and lakshadi guggul 1-1 tab twice a day with warm water.

May be that the food that you eat daily is not very nutritious. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of –  a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day.  g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain.
