Some degree of anxiety is actually good as it keeps us on alert and motivated for upcoming stressor. But if it's overwhelming so much that day to day functioning is affected then it needs to be tackled on. Please understand what degree and what frequency of anxiety spells you having and how badly is it affecting your schedule. Professional help can be sought from a counsellor or a Psychiatrist. Meanwhile learn breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to calm yourself.

Boost your calorie intake at every homemade meal. Increase portion sizes, but if you have a light appetite, add calories to the food you do eat. Sprinkle nuts over your morning cereal; toss avocado in salads and spread into sandwiches; stir pasta with olive oil before adding sauce; and choose starchy, rather than leafy, vegetables, as side dishes. An ounce of nuts adds 167 calories, a tablespoon of olive oil, 124 calories, and a cup of avocado cubes, 240 calories.

1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. 4. If you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. 5. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 6. Do not eat for 3 hours before you go to sleep. Eating before going to bed is one of the main cause of rapid weight gain. 7. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water.

Regular massaging of the scalp with lukewarm oil helps to stimulate the hair follicles. This is also an easy way to cure hair growth deterrents like dandruff and fungal infections. Regular massaging increases the blood circulation in the scalp. It is also useful for lowering anxiety or stress that is often the underlying reason for thinning of hair. Recommended oils for 3 to 4 times-a-week massaging schedule includes coconut oil. You can alternate this with mustard oil. Keep the oil on for at least six hours before washing it off with a mild shampoo. Other oils that can be mixed with coconut oil in trace amounts for faster results include almond oil.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Dear lybrate user, please follow the following in respect to your queries: 1. Clean your face twice a day using lukewarm water to dissolve oil. 2. Avoid touching your face with your hands as this germs to your facial skin, making it to breakouts. 3. Ensure that you drink 10-12 glasses of water daily. 4. Avoid fried and spicy food. 5. Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. 6. Avoid harsh skin products. *protein-rich foods such as fish, and iron-rich foods such as dates, raisins and liver, all help strengthen the hair shaft, which leads to less hair loss. Vitamin c enables good absorption of iron, and citrus fruits are the best sources of this vitamin. Vitamin e has several positive effects on the skin and hair. Consuming avocado, nuts and olive oil provides a fair amount of vitamin e to your body.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contacts your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it doe s not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. You must lose some weight weight reduction can not be done over night. You have to take it as a way of life. Do diet control. No sugar in tea, coffee, milk etc. No sweets take small frequent feeds. When you get used to it, skip one meal. You should do non weight bearing yoga exercises. Do ask for detailed treatment plan.

I am 22 years old female. I have been noticing from last 3 months that I am having less bleeding during my periods. Earlier I used to have 6 days period but now it last only for 3-4 days from last 3 months. Can you please tell me all the possible reasons and their consequences in future? For your information I took contraceptive pills 3 times and after that also an abortion pill once at the age of 20. But I have not taken any pills from last 1 and half years. pills taken 1 and half year previously doenot cause any less bleeding. quantum of blood in period will vary from persong to person on general health condition of your body. bleeding in less number of days also doenot affect your womenhood or motherhood. so donot get worried about this issue

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. I am 28 year old single woman. Sometimes before 10 to 15 days of my actual period date, my stomach aches, blood comes out of vagina, two to three times, for one hour some times for 3 hours, then it stops. I feel weak. Then on my date day some times it starts on actual date sometime after one day, continue for 4 days normally. Is there any problem in my body? why it happens? Line of treatment for pimples: 1) start with washing the face 5-6 times a day. 2) take an enema for first 6 six days. 3) eat only fruits for these six days. Still better course will be to sustain on plain water for 2-3 days and then start on fruit diet. 4) apply steam on the face once every day for first six days and then twice a week. The method for applying steam is as follows: 5) take a vessel (topia or pateela or bhagona) of about 2 kg capacity. Fill it half by water and put it to full boil. When water starts to boil cover the vessel and put it on a table. The patient sits on a chair and covers his head, shoulders, upper back and the vessel by a thick multi folded bed cover. It should be large enough to not to let the steam escape from sides. Open the vessel cover a little at a time, keeping the face close to the vessel. Inhale steam through mouth and exhale through nose. Continue opening the vessel a little more at a time till it is completely open and the flow of steam stops. Wash the face with cold water. 6) come back to regular food but completely avoid spicy, fried foods. Eat lots of salads (not less than 200 gms with every meal) and fruits. Avoid fried foods, sugar and maida. 7) if you continue this way not only the pimples will go, the general health will also improve. The patients will experience reduced bouts of cold and cough. Sinus congestion will also be removed.

Dark circles are because of lack of nutrients....sleep and weakness...so take proper nutrients and drink plenty of juices and sleep for atleast 7 hours a day...drink 7-8 glasses of water every day

I don't feel hungry at all and even feel lazy to eat anything. I skip meals on regular basis. I even tried eating tonics to increase my hunger but it only effect me for 1 or 2 days and than it also stop working. Honestly, I'm not so regular in eating medicines or tonics. Now I'm 19 and slowly all my body parts are getting weaken. Like my eyes they recently got specs of about -0.5 and my teeth started aching due to lack of calcium. In short, all the energy which my body has saved is now vanished resulting me in a poor health condition. N even though I know the reason, I can't tackle it. For me eating food is like the biggest responsibility. Need help please and I look very thin.Please tell.

There are 4 pillar for good health. First is healthy nutritious diet- include all colors in your diet. Second is exercise. Do some sort of physical exercise at least 20-30 min daily. It could be walking, cycling, jogging, swimming, skipping, yoga etc. Third is adequate rest. Sleeping as per urr individual requirement which may be 6-10 hours a day. Meditation provide excellent relaxation and many other benefits. Fourth is a positive mental attitude. A positive expectancy and outlook towards life. All the best. Work on all four and I am sure you will regain your appetite.

What is the connection with this erection problem and suicide? You are simply getting worked up and may develop OCD either for this reason or for reasons originating from some childhood experiences. You must meet with a counselor and discuss your problems. If your orientation has suddenly changed, it may be due to some factors which you need to explore with a counselor. If you have enjoyed the company and relationship of girls, there may be nothing to this experience, especially due to your age. At this time in your life your sex hormone, testosterone, is going through a spurt in production and a lot of sexual feelings will happen only because of the chemical. Do not be alarmed but visit a counselor​ soon.

Beetroot juice to stop hair fall This is the finest kitchen remedy to stop hair loss and promotes hair regrowth. Beetroot is rich in phosphorous, calcium, protein, potassium, carbohydrates, vitamin B and C. These are very essential nutrients for hair growth. Drink beetroot juice daily or include it in your regular diet for fast and healthy hair growth. Alternatively you can also use beetroot leaves to your scalp and hairs. Boil the beetroot leaves in water and make a paste. Apply this thick paste to scalp and leave it on for 30 minutes. Rinse off with water. For what purpose Tab. Rexipra 5 mg is used. I came to know that it is used depression and generalised anxiety. But I do not feel like depressed or anxiety. Dear user. I can understand. Some anti anxiety and depression medicines are usually prescribed by doctors after or during medical therapy or surgical treatment. these are prescribed to avoid the ill effects of possible anxiety or depression. These prescription are normal and there is nothing to worry about that. Over and above, you will be asked to continue the dose for a period of 7 days or 15 days. then doctor will not compel you to continue it. Consult your doctor. Take care.
