Sir I want to get my skin tone brighter what should I do please give me some name of medicines and home base treatments.

Sir I want to get my skin tone brighter what should I do please give me some name of medicines and home base treatments.
Everyone has a favourite face cream or treatment, but beautiful skin starts with nourishment from within. Older cells are constantly shed and replaced by younger ones and a steady supply of micronutrients is essential to support this rapid growth. Eat the correct balance of foods and you'll feed your skin the vital nutrients it needs to help it stay soft, supple, glowing and blemish-free. HOMOEOPATHIC TREATMENT AUCARE COMPLEXION DROPS (WOLFE DIETRI) Drink 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily. GLOW-AID (ADVEN) Apply in circular fashion in morning nd at night BLOOME-203 SOAP (BIOFORCE) Wassh face with this face wash before applying whitening cream SUNCARE CREAM (BAKSON) Apply 30 minutes before going outsside nd again reapply after 3-4 hrss after washing with whitening soap Lemon juice is a natural astringent and has natural bleaching properties. Thus, if you have an oily skin and if you want to lighten your skin color, lemon juice is just right for you. Its astringent property will tighten your pores reducing the sebum secretion and its natural acidic composition will bleach your skin to whiten it. As lemon juice is also rich in vitamin C, it leads to production of new skin cells so that you get rid of all dullness and have bright skin. Ways to use lemon juice for skin lightening 1.Take a lemon and squeeze out its juice. Dip a cotton ball in this lemon juice and apply it on your face or dark skin anywhere else. Leave it for 20-30 minutes and then wash off with water. Repeat daily. 2.If you want to save yourself from the hassle of squeezing out the lemon juice, just cut a lemon in two halves and rub one of the lemon half gently on your face for 10-15 minutes. Then leave the juice on your face for another 10-15 minutes before washing it off. 3.For oily skin, make this face mask which will also lighten your skin. Mix 1 tsp of lemon juice with 2 tsp of rosewater and 1 tsp of Fuller’s earth. Make a paste by mixing them and apply to your face. Leave for 15-20 minutes and then wash off. 4.If your skin is dry, mix a tsp each of lemon juice, honey and olive oil. Now apply this to your skin. Massage gently for a couple of minutes. Now leave this on your skin for 10-15 minutes. Wash off with lukewarm water. Precaution: Never go out in sun after applying lemon juice to your skin. Lemon juice makes your skin ultra sensitive to sunrays that can, I n fact, lead to more discoloration of skin. Also do not use lemon juice if you have open wounds on your skin.

You lack self-confidence, which can make you believe that anything you do is not good enough and will never meet your own standards. The catch in it is that you will always set some very high standards and so naturally you will never meet it to your satisfaction and therefore you can become very discouraged. I recommend that you meet with a counselor to moderate your levels of expectations or at least check it out with that person to see how close to normal it really is and, if necessary bring it to the standard level. Do a personality development course, join a gym and build your physical self-image, and build up your confidence by participating in many competitions of various kinds. Learn to accept failure, and discover your real worth and where exactly your strengths lie. The best is to set realistic targets but take baby steps to achieve little milestones and gradually progress to the best you can. Then you will know your true levels and, if you want to go beyond that, you are clear where more work and improvement has to be done and focused up on.

This could be due to lumbar Spondylosis with nerve root compression. Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS You will need other supportive medicines also. Do back (spine) exercises Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take You may have to use lumbosacral support for some time. Avoid painful act/activities. Take medicines as prescribed It may have to be further investigated. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I have started smoking. And lose my stamina. What should I do to build again my stamina? Please help and answer fast.

Reparenting Technique, BA, BEd
Psychologist, Bangalore
You need to quit smoking because it is one of the actions of carbon monoxide: it reduces the oxygen carrying capacity of haemoglobin so that you will feel early exhaustion. Secondly, tobacco tar forms patches on the lungs and lessens the area for exchange of oxygen for carbon dioxide, again making you feel tired easily. Besides quitting smoking you need to do aerobic exercise and do a lot of diaphragmatic breathing to increase lung capacity and oxygen absorption. Yoga is excellent for this too.

I am 74 years. I had long history of uncontrooled diabetes and it is under control with allopathic medication for 2 years. I am unable to slep at night due to tingling in both legs-caugh and thighs. When I have gas due to constipation even during day I have the tingling pain in both legs. I feel comfort when I massage in back of hip at sciatic nerve centre. I need advise how to have naturopathic or alternate medicine cure. I am afraid of neuro surgeons as the medication will spoil my health.

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
You apparently have peripheral neuropathy due to diabetes. There are good vitamin tablets which will control your tinging. Obviously naturopathy will not help. Diabetes affects food toe to head all or organs. Read my article in health tips. Take neurobion forte tab 1-0-1 and dulcolax for constipation. It is not as easy task to control blood sugar in the desired normal range. Whatever we eat is metabolised to sugar in the body to provide energy for our daily activities. For the absolute control, one has to monitor his / her blood sugar at regular intervals (self-monitoring of blood glucose? smbg). Though difficult, this can be done by a glucometer and keep a record. Get an idea of fasting sugar (fbs) and 2 hours after food (ppbs) and check before dinner and after every major food. The basic idea is to reduce the food intake to 1/3 of what you take now. The dictum of sugar control is diet, exercise, diet + medicine and at later stage medicine+ insulin will be needed. For sugar control there is the need for regular advice and follow up. Just one time consultation or advice is not enough to guide a diabetic in scientifically & medically correct manner. For giving you regular follow up you ask me privately with all details like your daily eating pattern and medicines you take. I assure you a proper guidance. If you keep in touch.
