Hi, Underweight Causes- 1.Nutritional-Deficienciesof essential vitamins, minerals,proteins, carbohydrates fats. 2.Harmonal-deficiency of growth harmone, hyperactive thyroid etc 3.Apetite-Lack of appetite like anorexia liver problems like hepatitis 4.Indigestion-like dyspepsia etc 5.intestinal malabsorption syndrome like ibs, mas etc 6.Metabolic-Imbalance between anabilism (construction) and catabolism (destruction). 7.Prologed illness-TB ,Diabetes etc 8.Stress-Physical and mental stress 9.Genetics. 10. I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga, i can give you address of rajyoga meditation center near your house (this is free of cost) One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 5-6 hour and you will feel fresh and active 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can wash your face and feet at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes Consult me if symptom persist

Sir actually I'm done my Gynecomastia operation before two years and that time I know I'm taking antibiotics table and injunction too much, at that time of operation I'm 63 kgs now I'm 76 kgs and having in diet now also but no use. Some how in empty stomach also occupied gas, and if I'm taking water to my convince after not possible to take food. Also too tired at sleeping nyt time. Some time if I'm taking food on delay ,my stomach occupied gassy and feel like ulcer pain. Pls tell me a prescription without any side effects. And also I have doubts to take apple cider vinegar, is it good to take now or not?

Do following 1.no alcohol 2. Reduce body wt 3. No smoking/ tobacco 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice 5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. Meditation daily for 10 mts. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night 8. Expose your body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d. 9. Take more water for medicine contact on private chat.

Hi. It's normal to loose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg., eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, Vitamin B12, iron, zinc and Omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin) , different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) Take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! Cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use Rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you FIT and YOUNG!! Medication: Take homoeopathic Rx - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa Tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica Hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take Follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. daily once for 1 month. Investigations advised: Get your blood tested for (empty stomach) - CBC, S. Iron, S. Folic acid, S. Ferritin, S. Calcium, S. Vitamin D3, S. Vitamin B12. If there is any family history of Thyroid dysfunction, get Thyroid function test done as well.

Use Warm water for drinking, Take dinner in half quantity of lunch,Walk for 45 minutes in the morning, Do regular exercise. Avoid- foods kept in fridge,sleeping immediately after taking food,oily,spicy,fast food,bakery products,excessive tea,coffee,cold drinks,overeating.

Up to 100 hairs fall per day normally. But if you are facing with too much falling of hairs then concentrate on your diet to provide proper nutrition to hairs. Wash your hairs twice a week. Apply hair oil a night previous of washing the hairs. Do not comb in wet hairs. Avoid using strong products on scalp. Take homeopathic medicine cri-regan drop.
