Hello Lybrate user .u might have developed shin pain because maximum load on fascia, muscle sum time up to bone level .stop running for few day, start calf stretches, apply ice packs for 20 min, do myofascial rel for all surrounding muscles of leg, don't run on hard surface, wear sports shoes .ths will help u.thanks.

Hi. Breast lump should not be ignored. In case it is cancerous and detected early, it can be treated and cured. So show it to surgeon and get a biopsy done. Depending upon finding, rest of the investigation and treatment can be started.

U have to be consistent with bitter medicines for some time. Put anu tel in both nostrils every morning. Take suwamla 2 tsp bd for a month. Get our anti allergic / anti cold package by reading carefully.

You might have accidentally injured your floor of the mouth - area under the tongue while chewing or eating or you might be having ulcers! do you have swelling or redness! do check for these signs as without any details it's difficult to know the cause! alternatively you should consult a dentist!

Hi, Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M. After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M, drops, single dose , morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL, 2-2 tabs , two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily , two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. Take a healthy and balanced diet. *Do yoga (especially TADASAN) and stretching exercises regularly. *Revert after 1 month.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Silicea 30 ( 4 drops in little amount of water) every morning empty stomach only one dose in a day for a week. 2.Berberis Aquifolium Q ( 10 drops in little amount of water) thrice a day for a week and revert. *clean your skin gently with a mild face wash removing all dirt or make-up. Wash many times a day with plain water. *Get an adequate amount of sleep. *Avoid touching your face with your hands or try to squeeze pimples,it may leave permanent scars and spread the infection. *Ensure that you drink10-12 glasses of water daily. *Avoid fried and spicy food. *Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *Avoid harsh skin products.

Just a single test is not sufficient to determine if you have a kidney problem and your values are also not a cause for concern. During fever our metabolism changes as per the cause of the fever. I would suggest you to not get into a self diagnosis and consult a doctor for your problem and he would be able to ascertain the cause of the fever and corelate it with your blood test.

Need to know about some testosterone increasing food . Also want to know about the estrogen decreasing foods. Some websites film to show that egg yolks and brown lentils (masur daal) contain estrogen. Is this true ? does milk contains estrogen or testosterone ? My breakfast contains milk and egg. You have to consult a dietician for food knowledge. Gynecomastia can be due to many reasons - drug intake, endocrinal (hormonal) problems, metabolic causes or pubertal gynecomastia. Here there is enlargement of breast due to fatty or glandular component of breast. Get serum testosterone, prolactin and thyroid profile done. Medicines can correct gynecomastia only in cases of hormonal problems otherwise they are not effective. Surgical correction of gynecomastia can be done by liposuction and sos gland excision. It's a safe and near scarless procedure. Consult a plastic surgeon for that. You can go in for private consultation where you can share your problems in more details along with the photographs also.

Hello, I would suggest that you take medication for a short time. That will help you control your symptoms. And while you are on medication, try other things I am suggesting and take proactive your to modify your life style and take charge of your life. Once you follow through regularly you will see positive changes in about 4 to 6 weeks. Once that happens you may consult your doctor again and explain him all that you are doing and try to stop medicine. It will work in your best interest. Both anxiety and panic attacks are manifestation of chronic stress in your daily life. Stress has become part of our daily life now. Due to being in this chronic stress there is lot of negative energy and thinking as well as behavior processes are triggered. The good news is that our mind could be wired to switch back to positive things and resilience building. When things does not happen as we wish or people do not behave as we expect that is when out of disappointment, frustration, loneliness, anger, sadness. Etc we react and our mind starts thinking negative thoughts. Changing this pattern of responding to stressful situation requires both persistence and patience. Also you will only be able to work on this out of love and kindness towards you. Strong motivation will go a long way. Writing a statement about how would you want to respond in a similar situation and how will your life and your happiness will change if you do learn to manage your stress and how to respond to it. Once that is clear. Try following things to learn relaxation response which leads to better coping mechanism on a daily basis. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You could google and download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. This will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Along with this also increase consumption of raw vegetables in the form of salad in both the meals of your day.

Hi, the skin after a wound seems like plastic. But slowly it get the normal skin color. Avoid scratching at that place and don't apply scar removal creams. If the irritation is more apply coconut oil. Take arnica 30 4pills to be sucked thrice a day for 15 days revert back.

At 20 year menses are meant to be irregular. So do not worry the menses bleeding happens due to shedding of the lining of the uterus. If the lining formed is small, then bleeding is small amount. Having less bleeding does not mean that the blood is being accumulated in the tummy. This is a myth. Generally your body is maturing till 21, so give it some time. Even among elder women menses is rarely regular. Your tummy may appear huge due to many reasons like gaseous distension constipation lax tummy wall or tumor in the tummy. A good examination and ultrasound can help in identifying the cause. If these are normal, just improve your tone of the tummy muscles by regular exercises. Even if you take medicines to improve the flow, the effect will be temporary, so why take them. As your body matures, the menses will change its pattern and become regular.

Food has to be broken into pieces in the mouth itself by teeth and it is not the reason for you being under weight
