Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Report after 5 days.

Had faced facing cervical spondylosis in 2005/06. Once in 2 years I face the problem but I have to rush for traction. Till then I have severe pain in left hand, left porting of chest (as if some nerve has been blocked). Now I dont have MRI reports also. Please Help.

Dear, anger and aggression are emotions. Anger comes when you become irritated. Irritation happens when you don't like something, or when something is repeated. As anger is an emotion, it should be vent out. You should be able to throw anger out instead of controlling it. But more perfect will be, know the frustrating situations and stop being emotional. If practiced properly, you will not get irritated at those circumstances at all. Those techniques are much easier to understand. Please consult a psychologist online or in person for further advice. Dear lybrate-user donot worry. You are right. Masturbation has many benefits. Side effect is wastage of time and guilty conciousness. Diet use leafy vegetables ,salad and all fruits including juicy type. Do kegel exercises.

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Hello- slight bend in penis is due to the positioning to the penis in the under pants. It does not create any problem during sex but if the angle of the bend increases it might need medical attention.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15 minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Do it for in morning everyday to get in shape in short period. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories.

There is nothing like 'Fat Cutter' These are all fake medicines and you can avoid spending money and time over such ventures. When you go to gym try to spend 40 minutes only on Cardio equipment like Treadmill / Crosstrainer / Cycle. That is where max weight loss will take place. - Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. - Double your water intake. One glass every hour. - Cut down Oils/Sugar/Maida/Ghee from your diet. - Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. - Eat slowly and mindfully. Take 1600 calorie diet daily. - Reduce portion size. Usually during pregnancy food rich in fibre and folic acid i. E. Green leafy vegetable, protein like chicken, fish, pulses and more fruits and dry fruit should comprise of healthy diet. In first 3 months there is increase chance of vomiting, so better to avoid more spicy and oily food.

Hello! one of the best ways to lose belly fat is to follow a fixed exercise routine. Crunches and skipping greatly help in reducing belly fat! 30 minutes of brisk walking per day will keep you fit as well as boost your metabolism. What you need to do is aerobic exercises which will help increase your metabolism thus helping in the breakdown of fats. One of the best thing to do for belly fat is to make the consumption of brown rice a habit. It is always better to have brown rice over white polished rice as brown rice contains a lot of fibre thus helping to maintain a slim waistline. Also, I suggest you that for 1 week, try avoiding milk and milk products as well as all food items which contain gluten like biscuits and roti as gluten is a major contributor to weight gain. You can instead have rice rotis, bajra rotis, jowar rotis, etc. Try having green tea 3 times a day instead of milk tea. Green tea is known to speed up your metabolism. A plant based diet is the best thing you can follow to lose weight. Avoiding refined sugars, processed and packaged food will also help in the long run.
