There are alot of medicine to increase the height in market. Is it effective and bad effect free for a man of the age of 23 or more. please suggest me the right way to increase the height on/after attaining the age of 23 yrs.

Dear. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight. * body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soup or salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Avoid stress do proper exercise. So take high protein diet, milk, juice, fruit. And take proper rest. There are many medicine for menses problem but depends on the type and stage. Of disease. I advice same test cbc, vdrl, widal, urine r/e.

I am 57 years age suffering from Diabetic and BP but both are under control. I have this problem since last 5 years. As I contacted Dentist regarding lower jaw. They suggest me remove all for implant of 06 tooth is it ok the cost is worrying me Is it ok for Diabetic and BP patient.

The purpose of the present study was twofold: (1) to investigate how many diabetic patients and types of cases that are treated with dental implants in our clinic; and (2) assess the outcome of such treatment. Medical records from 782 patients were examined in patients treated by the Brånemark method for partial or total edentulism with implant supported bridges. From these records, 25 patients (3.2%) with diabetes before implant treatment (136 implants) were identified and further studied with respect to age, gender, type of diabetes, treated jaw, degree of edentulism, bone graft, implant survival, periimplant inflammation, bleeding on probing, and radiographic bone loss. Furthermore, the patients' opinion about the outcome of the treatment was registered. The implant success rate was 96.3% during the healing period and 94.1% 1 year after surgery. Of all 38 bridges, one was lost. Few complications occurred and all patients, except for one, were satisfied with the treatment. Today, diabetic patients are being treated successfully for all types of edentulism, including bone-grafting treatment. Diabetics that undergo dental implant treatment do not encounter a higher failure rate than the normal population, if the diabetics' plasma glucose level is normal or close to normal as assessed by personal interviews.

At night when I feel sleepy and go to bed the sleep just go away, I thought it might be because my body doesn't get tired but nowadays I play football but still can't get sleep, also I get irritated by small things, are these signs of depression? I am becoming weaker day by day also my face looks dull, are these things related to each other?

Don't worry . Sleeplessness has many causes . Depression is just one of them . If you have a stressful lifestyle , stress is the major cause . Relax and try having warm milk before sleeping and keep your cell phone away from you during sleep hours

From last 10 days while wake up in morning I feel like heaviness in my head and feeling like vertigo. Further from last 10 days I also started to sleep in AC room.

It's cervicogenic vertigo (Cervical). Don't use pillow under your head. A/C may also cause cervical vertigo as muscles get contracted and stiff sue to cold air. Do regular neck exercises. Go to physiotherapist for few days.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Hello. Gently move the razor on these areas. 4 common habits that damage your heart

Certain habits can cause damage to your heart even if you maintain a healthy diet and exercise regularly. According to researchers, working people having who have a desk job are more prone to suffer from heart conditions due to stress in their work life, lack of proper rest, limited movement, etc. Most of the times you tend to ignore your bad habits as the side effects do not occur immediately but can cause serious damage to your heart. Following are the common bad habits that you should avoid for a healthier heart-

1. Sitting all day
Something as seemingly trivial as it is, sitting all day can have an adverse effect on your heart. According to studies, if your job involves sitting on a desk for more than five hours then you have double the risk of suffering a heart failure compared to a person who has an active lifestyle. Make sure you take at least a five minute walk in an hour to reduce chances of hardening the arteries. A sedentary lifestyle has serious side effects on your overall health too.

2. Stress too much
Stress causes the body to release adrenaline which influences the way your body functions. In that case there might be an increase in heart rate or your blood pressure level. Over time, stress can cause damage to the blood vessels in your heart and increase your risk of sudden stroke or heart attack.

3. Overdoing it on salt
Excessive sodium can spike your blood pressure thereby making your more vulnerable to heart conditions. Processed foods like potato chips, canned vegetables, frozen meals and meats contain a fair amount of sodium which can have an adverse effect on your heart. It is important to take the nutritional value of these foods in account before purchasing it so that you get the ones with lowest amount of sodium.

4. Not getting enough sleep
The heart rate dips when you sleep and goes up and down as a response to your dreams in various stages of your sleep. It is important for your heart to rest as it actively works in your waking hours. Sleep deprivation has similar effects on your heart like stress and can wreck your cardiovascular health. It is of utmost importance to sleep for at 7 hours to keep your heart healthy.

If being vegetarian helps in controlling the cholesterol. Benefits in uplifting the mood, keeps your heart good then why every gym person is suggested to take chicken and fish. Why doctors advise to a patient who is weak to start taking near soup, eggs and also to ear chicken. I am asking this question because I just read an article on encouraging people to ear only vegetarian food. No body builder, athlete, boxer, actors can survive without non vegetarian food. So much do, in West you hardly see vegetarian people. It is strange to see the quiz where they emphasized to being vegetarian.Please tell.

Hi, being vegetarian doesn't means you are sparing yourself from nutrients! there are so many people in this earth who are purely vegetarian but still are in good shape and health both! they also do have strong immunity and stamina. Except one vitamin - vitamin b12 which is found in animal products or non-vegetarian food, each and every nutrient can be obtained from a vegan diet! the motto should be having a healthy, nutritious and a balanced diet throughout the day which contains all the nutrients in a right proportion.
