Sir/mam I am a NCC cadet n excellent in every performance related to army but at the time of selection I always rejected due to my height. I am only 5'8" but the requirement us 5'9"+ .my next and last selection date is on October. I have only 3 months. Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

I am 59 years old male and my wife is 47. During sex my wife complaints of burning sensation in her vagina and also smells very bad due to which I could not do oral sex. Kindly suggest some measures. Is it due to urinary tract infection.

It may be due to hygiene or infection. If she is diabetic, she may be having fungal infecton. Let her clean herself well before and after sex.

You might have cavity in your teeth. Kindly get it checked and do get an xray done to check for the depth of cavity. And get it filled. Or else get root canal treatment done.

It is a bit difficult to increase your height after the Age of 21 years. Hi, mostly teeth get stained because of tobacco, gutka, pan alcohol and smoking. And some medications like tetracycline. Extrinsic stains can be removed by professional cleaning and bleaching.

There are multiple treatment measures for crps but what was the initiating factor in your case? also since crps is a complicated entity it is best managed by a physician in person as it requires physical therapy to prevent joint stiffness and contractures, medications to deal with osteoporosis, sympathetic blockers or sometimes surgical sympathectomy, and other medications for pain relief as well. Cultivate allies at work. Just knowing you have one or more co-workers who are willing to assist you in times of stress will reduce your stress level. Just remember to reciprocate and help them when they are in need

Kindly explain me - Is it happening for the first time? Since how long you have been suffering from this problem? Is there history of the same in your past as well? Any associated symptoms or complaints? Any medical condition do you have? Have you done any kind of investigations (if yes, do share the reports with me)? Answer all these questions for proper diagnosis and proper treatment. Any nutritional deficiency can also lead to delayed menses. Meantime, suggesting you general tonics which will supply your body with calcium and iron - Five Phos. and Alfaalfa Tonic - take both the medicines thrice a day daily for 1 month.

First and foremost Hydrate your body. Drink lots of water at least 10 to 12 glasses of water. Water is a natural drink with no sugars in it. Keep sipping water in intervals even if you are not thirsty. If you are feeling thirsty it is an indication of dehydration. Carry a bottle of water when you go out from home. Wear loose fitting, cotton clothes. Wear loose and full sleeved clothes to protect the body from the scorching sun. If you are working indoor then you can opt for short sleeve clothes. Use an umbrella when you go out in the sun. You can avoid the hot sun by selecting light color clothes and umbrella. Light colors reflect heat. Dark colors absorbs heat. Use a cap or hat to avoid the heat. Possible cover the back of your neck. This is the area if neglected can cause disturbance to your health. Women these days are covering their faceupto nose completely to avoid the heat. How to overcome heat this summerHave fruits , fresh fruit juice. Have fresh slices of cucumber, it is cooling. Do not skip breakfast or lunch in summer when your schedule demands you going outdoors. Eat healthy food and maintain good diet. Wear sunglasses, helmets and women can wear gloves to prevent sun tan. Use prickly heat powder to avoid sudden burst of rashes. Use a sunscreen lotion to prevent redness, itchy feeling and sunburns. Take bath twice daily to remove all the salts settled due to sweating. Your skin becomes clear and you will feel relaxed. Avoid liquids that contain caffeine, alcohol, or large amounts of sugar. Preferably avoid outdoor activities if possible and try to complete the tasks before 10.30 am and proceed after 5.30 pm. Sweating is a way to keep body cool. Sweating leads to pungent odors. You can keep away the bad odor by using deodorants. Indoors use light color bedsheets. Keep the windows open to allow fresh air coming in.

These are the causes of hair fall: •Acute illness (Typhoid, Malaria, Viral Fever) • Stress • Due to medicines (Anticancer drugs, Radiation therapy) • Due to under nutrition • Use of chemical products (Hair dyes, Hair gels, Bleaching) • Due to pollution For prevention of hair fall follow these instructions: • Do not take A lot of stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation to destress yourself. You can do Pranayams or take long deep breaths whlie closing your eyes I a peaceful environment for at least 8-10 minutes. • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • To reduce hairfall and whitening of hairs, Practice Yogasana like Shirshasana and Sarwangasana only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. * Avoid intake of any medicines because they cause toxicity & hairfall. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * Take 1/2 teaspoon of Amla powder with water once a day. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week.
