if a tooth is broken. Either you can get it rebuild by a dentist or get it capped, also if it is damaged very badly, then you an go for extraction of teeth. And get an implant over that area.

Yeah you can temporarily relieve it by taking any painkiller, but consult your nearest dentist for permanant treatment like root canal.

There are many causes of yellow or discolored teeth. A few of the most common: 1.Drinks: Coffee and red wine cause major damage to teeth.. But other drinks with high acidity, such as soda, juices and even sports drinks can cause staining on the teeth. Even white wine is not far behind in staining our teeth yellow, because its tannins and acidic nature wear away at the tooth enamel. These Acidic drinks lowers the Ph of teeth below 6 thus causing corrosive wear and tear of teeths. 2.Certain Foods: Colored candies, popsicles and other bright foods can cause staining over time. Think of it this way – if your tongue turns a bright shade of blue, chances are your teeth are getting some of that discoloration, too. Even healthy foods such as berries (blueberries, cranberries, raspberries) can stain teeth. Ketchup, curry and other sauces can cause staining problems over time, too. 3,Natural Aging Process: Quite simply, teeth yellow over time. It’s a natural part of the aging process that the white protective coatings wear down over time. So the longer you have your teeth, the more likely they are to become yellow or discolored. 4.Most of us are guilty of at least some of the above (and none of us can stop time). But the good news is that even if red wine is one of your vices and your teeth look yellower lately, there are things you can do to bring back the white. 5.How to make Teeth white (a)Avoid Certain Foods/Drinks When Possible: We’re not asking you to give up your morning coffee, just to reduce the intake of the above foods as much as possible. Sometimes simply being aware can help us make better choices. (b)Drink Water: After you’ve consumed a tooth-staining food or drink try to immediately follow it with a glass of water. Swirling water around your mouth can drastically help clear away the acids or staining. This simple step is free and easy, and can drastically help reduce tooth discoloration. (c)Proper Dental Hygiene: Proper brushing, flossing and regular dental checkups help keep teeth healthy for a lifetime. Develop these habits early and you’re less likely to have dental problems down the line. (d)Teeth Whitening: The good news is that there are many options available to whiten teeth. Some can be done at home while others can take help of Homoeopathic medicines. Homoeopathic medicine HEKLA LAVA TOOTH POWDER ( WHEEZAL) Scrub teeth daily night RINSEOUT ( SBL) Gargles 20 drops in 20 ml luke warm water.Gargles 3 times daily while holding water for 20 seconds in mouth esp.after meals.

Patients with an identifiable cause of bad breath e.g., periodontal (gum) disease, gingivitis, postnasal drip, systemic illness can be treated for these conditions.
Many cases of bad breath may be readily alleviated by:
Proper dental care and oral hygiene, including daily flossing.
Gentle cleaning of the posterior portion of the dorsum of tongue (e.g., with a plastic tongue cleaner).
Rinsing and deep gargling with an effective mouthwash (in order to get the liquid as far back as possible without swallowing it, one can extend the tongue while gargling). This is most effective when done at bedtime.
Eating fibrous foods (a healthy breakfast is recommended).
Chewing gum briefly (5 minutes is often sufficient) if the mouth is dry, or after meals, especially with high protein intake. Sugar-free gum is preferable.
Sufficient water intake.
Decreasing alcohol and coffee intake.

Professional cleaning along with few medicines will surely help you. There is no natural way as such. But your home care will be able to maintain health throughout life. Can't say its dangerous but its very harmful to your teeth, sooner or later it will cause mobility in your teeth. So better the earlier, consult the dentist.

Hello doctor. Very genuine question sir. The fracture of the front tooth or teeth are more prone if the teeth are placed more front than usual making it more susceptible for the impact. This has to be corrected by repositioning the upper front teeth slightly behind than the current position, which is more harmonious to the rest I the complement of the teeth. The treatment usually us orthodontics (braces). But in any case of the trauma has already occurred then the best option wud be combination of braces as well as cosmetic recontouring of the teeth. I hope I answers your doubt sir. If anymore please feel free to contact

If there is any sharp points in the denture that is impinging on the gums and causing problem then you need to go the dentist and he will make the surface smooth. It will hardly take 10mins. But for new denture users it will always take time to adapt to it. Initially you will hav difficulties but gradually you will become habituated. Thank you.

Hi there are various reasons of bad breath, like impurities in blood, inefficient digestive system, dry mouth (lack of saliva production), gum disease, cavities, plaque and tartar formation around teeth and gums, kind of diet, improper brushing / cleaning of mouth etc. I would advise you to get a thorough physical and dental examination to rule out the cause of bad breath and to solve it permanently. Kindly get scaling done. Apply gum paint for 15 days twice daily. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique. Bleeding of gums is due to deposits in your mouth and improper brushing. So the gums become swollen and tend to bleed. This condition is called gingivitis. It' s a common condition but needs to be treated otherwise the gums are affected more.
