Hi Doctor, is Thuja medicine good for moles in underarms as well? Also, is it safe to take this without physically showing the moles to any Homeopathic doctor?

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hello, yes you can take it and also apply Topi Thuja on the moles. But do not take it continuously for a long period of time. In case you do not get relief then consult a Homoeopathic physician . Thanks.

Take homeo pills lith 30 six pills four times a day. Your diet must include a glass of juice (any juice), fresh fruits and a full serving of salads at every meal: cucumber, tomato, carrot, beetroot, radish, onion slices or spring onion, raw cauliflower, cabbage leaf, sprouted seeds etc. All this is essential to give you a balanced nutrient boost. Cut out any junk food and aerated drinks totally. Generally foods that come out of a packet, or can, or bottle shud be avoided. Exercise to increase circulation:- 2 mins of hard exercise then 1 min rest - do this four times a day. You can either do it all in one go or split it into sessions through the day. In total it is only 12 mins a day so should not be a big issue. A very useful exercise is to jump in one place simulating skipping. Build up your time to 2 mins. Of jumping. The benefits of this is ungaugeable, and cannot be explained medically as yet, it effects the entire body. In conclusion, live and eat healthy and you will develop energy, a glowing skin and a healthy'go' in life -regardless of age.

Endometriosis: It's the Reason You Get Abnormal Lower Abdomen Pain

Endometriosis: It's the Reason You Get Abnormal Lower Abdomen Pain

Endometriosis: causes and treatment

Endometriosis is a chronic disorder that occurs when tissues, which form the inner lining of the uterus - known as the endometrium - are found outside the uterus. This abnormal growth of endometrial tissue can take place on any part of the pelvic and abdominal regions such as the ovaries, fallopian tubes, cervix, vagina, vulva, bladder, etc. Rare occurrences of endometriosis can also happen in the lungs, on the arms, and thighs among others.

There is tremendous research underway with regard to the causes of endometriosis in women as the exact root of its occurrence has not been determined.

The most plausible explanations for the development of this disease are as follows:

1. Retrograde menstruation: the most likely cause of endometriosis, this happens when menstrual blood and tissue backs up into the fallopian tubes and pelvis instead or getting expelled from the body. These displaced endometrial tissues then stick to the pelvic walls and grow on other organs in the region.

2. Endometrial cell transport: endometrial cells and tissues are often transported through blood and lymph vessels to various parts of the body where they start to thrive.

3. Embryonic cell growth: embryonic cells that line the walls of the pelvic and abdominal cavities often turn into endometrial tissue, which causes endometriosis.

4. Surgical scars: endometrial cells often get surgically transplanted to scars in the abdomen and pelvis during surgical procedures such as c-sections or hysterectomies.

5. Immune system disorder: dysfunction of the immune system prohibits the elimination of endometrial tissue outside the uterus.

6. Foetal development: endometriosis can occur in a foetus that retains endometrial tissue, which develops into the disease later in life when triggered by pubertal hormones (hormones that trigger puberty).

7. Hormones: endometriosis is stimulated by the hormone oestrogen, which leads to the disease when it reaches abnormal levels.

Endometriosis is a curable condition. The common treatments include:

1. Pain medicines: over-the-counter painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs help relieve the agony of endometriosis and burning menstruation.

2. Hormone therapy: the administration of certain hormones such as birth-control pills and other hormonal contraceptives, as well as drugs that block stimulation of the ovaries are effective in suppressing the development of endometriosis.

3. Surgery: this resorts to only when all other methods of treatment have failed. The initial surgical approach is to remove the extra-uterine endometrial growth. However, some cases might require a hysterectomy with complete removal of the uterus and ovaries.

We normally lose about fifty to hundred hair each day, more than this is a cause of concern. Hair growth has its own cycle, which normally lasts between two to six years. It grows, take rest, and falls out. Hair is made up of protein. Baldness refers to excessive hair loss from your scalp. Causes of Hair Loss * Over-exposure to sun * Excess application of shampoos or colourants * Unhealthy diet - inadequate protein or iron in your diet * Physical or emotional stress * Unclean scalp * Hormonal changes * Pollution * Heredity * Aging Home Remedies for Hair Loss * Grind Amla(Indian Gooseberry), shikakai and dry neem leaves together and apply this paste on the hair. * Mix egg white with curd and henna. Apply this on hair to prevent hair fall. * Boil some leaves of henna with mustard oil. Massage of this oil is very effective to treat hair loss. * Mix honey with few drops of kanta karika juice and apply this mixture on your scalp. * Boil fenugreek seeds with olive oil, fill it in a bottle. Massage your hair with this oil to reduce the hair loss. * Mix 1 tablespoon of cumin to 1/2 a cup of olive oil and rub into the scalp, leave for half an hour and wash off. * Eat amla daily, it helps in preventing hair fall. * Massage your scalp with Aloe Vera gel or coconut oil, three times a week. * Boil neem leaves in water. Let it cool and rise your hair with this water. Hair Loss Prevention/Advice * Drink plenty of water everyday * Use mild shampoos and condition your hair daily * Include protein, zinc and iron in your diet * Avoid using hair dryers * Avoid using colourants * Avoid twisting, rubbing or pulling your hair * Keep your scalp clean * Eat green and leafy vegetables

I am having hairfall from the past 2 months. Could you please help me to stop the hairfall.
1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash.

Hot liquids generally cause scalds and are less severe because the hot fluid runs away immediately as soon as it falls on skin. Moreover if clothes are in between the skin and fluid, some heat is taken away by them. The injury produced is mostly superficial epithelial in nature and generally heals within 7 to 10 days without leaving any scar. Otherwise also the area affected in your child's case is thigh which is covered mostly so there is no fear of cosmetic disfigurement. You need not worry. The blisters which have formed if burst open will need cleaning and application of antibacterial creams and will heal normally.

Hi, I’m a 26 years old woman, married for the last three months. I have had a love marriage and my husband and I love each other immensely. (Though just immediately post marriage we have had some adjustment issues and I had suffered an emotional turmoil, which is now almost gone). Nevertheless, what I wanted to share is that right from the time of my wedding till today I’m mostly averse to physical intimacy. I have just pretended to be aroused and enjoying (in most of the cases) during our physical interactions and we have not have penetration or intercourse, as yet. (We have tried to but as I had experienced excruciating pain, we have not been successful, as yet. To add here, I have never had intercourse, ever in my life). To add on, most of the time I feel lethargic and sleepy and at the same time I’m also having mood swings. I get angry and irritated at the drop of a hat, Additionally, I’m also experiencing hair fall at an alarming rate, and if this continues I will soon become bald. I used to have lustrous, thick mane previously. This is also to inform you that before marriage I was never averse to physical closeness, and this been a recent development. Please help!

Hello lybrate-user first of all do not stress yourself much. Discuss with your partner about your feeling, discuss with him about the pain, I am sure he ll understand you. Tell him what you like n what you dislike, indulge in foreplay mainly, that way you ll feel aroused n can have pleasurable time with your partner. If you feel pain use jelly or some aroma oil. Check your thyroid n haemoglobin levels for your mood swings, lethargy n hair fall. For hair fall use minotress solution 5% two times per day hair 4 you shampoo regular basis tab ener c 1000 mg, dissolve in a glass of water n hv early morning tab nutricap-s once a day after food. Do 45 min exercise daily, mainly yoga or brisk walk. Hv lots of green vegetables n fresh fruits n juices, include protein rich food in. Your diet. Develop some hobby, n spend your free time in it with your partner to develop emotional bond together. Be happy n enjoy your life thanx.

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. Neither can you stop the over-production of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always use an antiseptic soap while bathing take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifoium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.
