Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 1 wk, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

My right hand shoulder gave me pain. I meet with various orthopedic doctors. But still not get relief, what can I do....
Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatment.

To find out the exact reason for the back pain needs radiological findings, blood examination, etc generally it may be due to sciatic or muscular cause.

Finger Painyour finger pain can be due to various reasons our suggestion would be to do warm water bath to relieve from pain. If the pain doesn't subside please do ice therapy to reduce the inflammation from the finger.

Ok avoid painkillers tk calcium supplements in oral ya medicine form and physiotherapy treatment tens therapy to reduce leg pain bcoz it last 2 month after this do only stretching exercise.

Apart from taking symptomatic treatment Avoid pickles and papads in his diet and to eat freshly prepared food and also start with Tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and tablet vitamin D3 60000iu once a week for six months

I have a pain in knees. When I work continuously in office with chair I feel so much pain and I also feel pain in neck.  Sometimes I take pain killers but it gives me a temporary relief. According your age tk calcium supplements and avoid strain for neck pain do heat fermentation and stretching exercise and avoid long sitting and toward bending. For knee pain. Tk heat fermentation and rest avoid long standing and put a towel under knee and press for 10 sec and release. For both pain tk muscle relaxant medicine.
