I get my both legs itch very badly only in the night. In the day, it never happens. I work night shifts too and things go crazy for me when the itching starts while being in the office and am working and this continues when back to home. While am in deep sleep, I tend to itch so severely that I itch without knowing sometimes and few times I wake up due to the damage I do due to extensive itching. Could you please let me know what could be the reason? I did search the internet for some info but nothing seems to be justifying. This problem of mine has started recently and its kind of 10 days.
