Take Vitamin C tablets daily. Also use some kind of sun protection like umbrella always because sun exposure can worsen the pigmentation. You are on the right treatment but melasma treatment takes time and you need to have patience.

I have serious hair fall problem. I want a solution for this problem. Tell me what should I do to reduce my hairfall.
Follow these best methods for treatment of hair fall • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • Stress is one of the main cause of hair fall. To reduce hairfall, Practice Yogasana like SHIRSHASANA and SARWANGASANA only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use MAHABHRINGRAJ TEL of BAIDYANATH COMPANY and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo as they cause destruction of hair follicles. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth.

Stop using every chemical. Start using fuller's earth for face and no soap. At night apply pure, fresh aloevera pulp on face. Keep overnight. Wash in the morning. Repeat for a week. Then add raktachandan, daruhridra, haridra, manjishtha etc'varnya' herbal powders of pure quality raw herbs to this aloe vera. Keep applying for two weeks at least. Like before. Oral'raktashodhak' should be added. Avoid deep fries. If you do not get these herbs there, get chosen herbs from us from rajasthan. In this state people take very rich oils and face heat of weather but pimples do not occur. Get that wisdom of rajasthan for applying as a herbal combo. Instructions would be provided.

Hello,White patches on your skin are a common type of depigmented skin lesion associated with an infection, allergy, or autoimmune disorder. One common cause of white spots, or hypopigmentation, is a fungal infection of the skin known as tinea versicolor (associated with other symptoms, such as itching or dryness on or around the white patches). This fungal infection is not contagious and can be treated easily with over-the-counter medications. Please tell me other symptoms like about sensation on the area, since how long do you have this patch, any family history of white patch, etc. In the mean time you can take cal phos 6x, 4 tabs twice daily. Do send me a clear photo of the affected area. Thanks

Acne and Homeopathy

Acne and Homeopathy

One of the most frequent and stubborn skin complaint is that of acnes. Acnes not only blemish the smoothness of the skin, but also cause unnecessary irritation. Certain kinds of acnes are also known to be painful. It's a fairly common phenomenon among teenagers and in some cases, they prevail even in the subsequent years. Acnes have been the cause of anxiety of a large number of people. While the markets are deluged in products that claim to cure acnes, a lot of them don't deliver on their claims. Consequently, a large number of people have resorted to natural therapies for acnes. Among the other remedies, homeopathy is one of the most warranted avenue for acnes. Homeopathy has emerged as a popular antidote to acnes because not only are they largely effective but also they usually have no side-effects on the skin or the body whatsoever.

  1. Pulsatilla: Acne has a more rampant incidence in girls in comparison to boys. One of the reasons behind this is menstrual irregularities. In such cases, pulsatilla works wonders. They also reduce the acnes, which are triggered by the intake of oily food.
  2. Hepar Sulphur: Certain abscesses are more painful than the others. While the basic cause of their occurrence remains the same as the less painful ones, excessive perspiration is one of the salient factors in this case. Hepar Sulphur aids in abating the irritations caused by painful eruptions.
  3. Silicea: Certain skin types are more delicate than the others. In such cases, acne formation is always accompanied with suppuration. In order to tackle the pus formation, homeopathy recommends Silicea. Silicea is effective in cases where the patient is susceptible to cold temperature.
  4. Natrum Mur: Certain acnes occur due to surplus secretion of oils. Immediate health consequences are weakness and anemia. The face consistently feels greasy in such cases. Natrum Mur has been assumed to have remedial impacts on such acnes.
  5. Nux Vomica: Sometimes acnes occur due to gastric agitations. Spicy food and caffeine work as stimulants for such digestion disorders. Accordingly, Nux Vomica helps to cure acnes to a large extent.

3. Cucumbers:

It is a fact that cucumber is made of 95 percent water. It has anti-oxidant properties and rehydrates the skin. It has a cooling effect on the skin and helps you achieve clean, fresh-looking healthy skin. For the best effect on your skin, try eating them raw.

4.Grapefruit

Grapefruit is rich in fiber and water content. It is also rich in Vitamin C which helps in flushing out the toxins from your body. For best results, eat grapefruit or the juice without sugar.

5. Omega 3 Fatty acids:

Hi, what are foods mostly fruits and most important tasty, which will help my hair. Cause of a weird type of dandruff...
Hello. Getting your hair shaved off again and again doesn't makes much difference rather diet, homoeopathic medicine will help you to retain your already existing hair! the causes of dandruff are many, first get it diagnosed and then share the reports with me. As it could be some other medical problem! - spinach: spinach is a great source of iron, vitamin a and c and protein. Iron deficiency is the main cause of hair fall and spinach is not only iron-rich, it also contains sebum which acts as a natural conditioner for hair. It also provides us with omega-3 acid, magnesium, potassium, calcium and iron. These help in maintaining a healthy scalp and lustrous hair. - carrots and sweet potatoes: sneak carrots in your diet for those long and lustrous locks. Known to be good for the eyes, carrots contain vitamin a that also improves hair growth. Sweet potatoes are also packed with beta-carotene that converts to vitamin a in our body. A deficiency of vitamin a may lead to dry and itchy scalp. - eggs and dairy products: milk, yogurt, cheese, eggs etc. Are loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids. Dairy products are also a great source of biotin (vitamin b7) that is known to fight hair loss. - oats: include a big bowl of oats in your morning meal to bid goodbye to hair fall. Oats are rich in fibre, zinc, iron, omega-6 fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids (pufas) that stimulate hair growth and will make your hair thick and healthy. - walnuts: add walnuts to your diet to prevent hair loss. It is the only known nut to contain biotin, b vitamins (b1, b6 and b9), vitamin e, plenty of protein and magnesium, all of which strengthen hair cuticles and nourish the scalp. It helps protect your cells from dna damage which may be caused due to sun exposure. - lentils: lentils are loaded with protein, iron, zinc, and biotin. Besides this, lentils are full of folic acid which is necessary for restoring the health of red blood cells that supply skin and scalp with the much-needed oxygen. - chicken: poultry meat is rich in high quality protein which strengthens fragile hair and prevents breakage. Since hair and nails are composed of proteins, one should include them in their daily diet. - strawberry: strawberries contain high levels of silica. Silica is a trace mineral vital for hair strength and hair growth. Other silica rich foods include rice, oats, onion, cabbage, cucumber and cauliflower. - yogurt: yogurt is packed with vitamin b5 and vitamin d that are known to promote hair follicle health. Alternatively, you can also use yogurt to make a hair mask every once in a while. - yogurt: yogurt is packed with vitamin b5 and vitamin d that are known to promote hair follicle health. Alternatively, you can also use yogurt to make a hair mask every once in a while. - foods rich in vitamin-c: vitamin c supports the absorption of iron in our body, the deficiency of which may lead to hair loss. Vitamin c is also known for its antioxidant properties which reduces the damage caused by free radicals that may make your hair brittle and weak. Add fruits like oranges, papaya, blueberries, lime and kiwi to your diet. Vitamin c also helps in the production of an essential protein called collagen which strengthens blood vessels that supports the hair. Homoeopathic medication: take homoeopathic rx - schwabe's wiesbaden 200 & alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Also, use schwabe's anti-dandruff shampoo and anti-dandruff oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, take follihair tablets (multivitamin) - 1 tab. Daily once for 1 month.
