Tk a soft pillow for back support and tk break between long sitting. Do stretching exercise of spine and legs and do hot fermentation and rest if it work then ok otherwise physiotherapy treatment.

Hello, * go for aerobic exercise under the guidance of physiotherapist. Take homoeo-medicine** @ ruta 1000-6 pills, once a wk @ arnica mont 200-6 pills, thrice a day. @ bellis pernice q -20 drops + olive- oil- take a massage on your shoulder in circulatory movement. Report fortnightly. Stay-fit.

Do regular exercise, daily massage your affected body part with oil, take proper diet, milk,cows ghee in regularly, fresh fruits, dry fruits, green vegetables, protein rich food, proper sleep, avoid late night work, overexertion,excessive tea, coffee,cold drinks, chilled water, foods kept in friedge, fast food, bakery food.

food doesn't have any effect on cartilage tears. if you have pain while bending your name then you may require an arthroscopic menisectomy

I am 65 years old having diabetes for last 10 years. Sugar levels fasting 110 and after meals 150 range. Taking glynase mf - one morning and one-night. Bp normal. My left shoulder is heavily paining . I am unable to lift the left hand upwards. Specially during nights it is troubling much. Pse suggest me any remedy or medicine.

You should take acupressure therapy and take biochemic kali phos 12x +nat mur 12x, 4 tab each thrice a day with warm water and take it 5 days.

Well I think its bcos of weak muscle how much exercise you did. If you take physio session n do not do strengthening exercise it will not go.

I am having low back ache since April 2015. I have got the MRI done and the diagnosis is Disc bulge. I got treatment for 5 months of Lyrica 75 mg, calcium, D3 and nurokind gold. I became quite o.k but lately I am having severe burning in my legs. I can not stand for more than 5 mins. My legs pain a lot. I can not walk properly if I sit on floor. Kindly suggest some medicines. If I do exercises it aggravates.

Madam you are having radiculopathy associated to your posterior herniated disc. If the condition is not improving with medication you might need further help as with injections at spine or surgery for removing the herniated disc which can be decided on the basis of your examination and Mri scans. It is better to avoid exercises in acute painful stage. Hot bag and local gel application will provide you relief. Thanks take care.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Kindly take biod3 max 1 tab dailyx10 paracetamol 250mg od & sos x5days do back (spine)/shoulder/knee exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do not ignore it. It may have to be further investigated. It could be beginning of a serious problem. If no relief in 4_5 days, then inform again.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Ruta 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines. *take rest or move about once in 1-2 hours in case of working in a constant position. *maintain a good posture while reading or working with computers. *take a high fibre content diet like vegetables, fruits, etc.

Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on affected part and massage then give hot fomentation. Take maha yograj guggul 1-1 twice a day. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid spicy food, Junk food, Fermented food, Tea, Coffee. Do pranayama early morning. Do exercise. 1-1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils at night time.

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch. Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises hamstring stretching calf muscles stretching contrast bath.

Hi = relax and stay positive. = increase fluid intake. = eat seasonal fruits for natural vitamins = do streching of hamstring, quadriceps, and calf muscles. = if you are overweight, reduce weight by cycling or swimming as it gives low impact on joints. = do check your calcium and vit. D = apply moist heat pad to affected joint and muscles. If still you dont get relief consult physiotherapist as there are various causes for leg/ joint pain and some test may be required for further investigation. Best wishes.
