I am a student with skinny body. And I want to put on some 5-10 kgs of weight in less time. please help me by some of your valuable suggestions. Also suggest about gym for gaining weight? I took sleep of 5 to 6 hours daily and wake up early in the morning. I am a non alcoholic person. Thankyou in advance.

i suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2.take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3.triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating ......

Hi, The meaning of Spermatorrhea is the flow of semen with urine. In such cases, semen passes either while passing urine or while passing stool when straining due to constipation. In few cases, the semen passes even before urination or also mixed with urine. Management: Regular exercising keeps you fit and healthy, so don't forget to do it. Practice pranayam regularly for half an hour preferably in a garden early in the morning. Not to do these exercises within 4 hours after meals. One can have meals not within 15 minutes after finishing these exercises. These exercises are good for gaining and maintaining good health. Also, practice Pelvic floor exercise or Kegel exercise, consists of repeatedly contracting and relaxing the muscles that form part of the pelvic floor. It makes the muscles of pelvis toned and strengthened! In order to locate your pelvic muscles try to stop and begin the flow of urine as using the bathroom. You can perform Kegel exercises with the empty bladder as exercising pelvic muscle with the full bladder might result in urinary tract infections. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine – Selenium 30/ 3 times a day for 1month. Revert.

I am serving in army. My height 5 ft 10 inch. Weight 82kg. Age-32, I just married one month before. My penis size smaller than normal. No problem in intercourse and I have no alcohol addicted. But I want to increase my penis size. Can it possible?

If no problem in intercourse it is fine. Penis size cannot be increased, unless you have hormonal problems size of penis varies from person to person, like other physical features like height etc. On an average, it ranges from 3.5 inches to 5.5 inches on erection. If your penis is within this range on erection, then don't worry. If your penis is smaller then you can do hormone tests. In pornographic films they show big penis by injecting drugs etc. Which is harmful, so most people have wrong ideas about penis size.

Symptoms are chills, fever and sweating, usually occurring a few weeks after being bitten. Take sanjeevani ras vati twice a day with warm water. Take pranacharya jwar nigraha capsule and punarnavadi mandoor 1-1 twice a day with warm water. Avoid salt as more as possible. Drink luke warm water. Wipe your body with clean towel.

Fairness diet carrot salmon spinach lemons HERE ARE THE BEAUTY TIPS FOR QUICK FAIRNESS: 1. Application of lemon juice on your face can give you quick fairness. Lemon juice is acidic. Hence it naturally bleaches your skin. However don’t apply it undiluted. You might find the sting of undiluted lemon juice unbearable. So mingle it with few drops of water. You can also use a face mask made out of lemon juice and other ingredients like chickpea flour and almond. You need to soak about 5-6 almonds overnight in water. Next morning peel off the almond skins, crush almonds to a smooth paste, adding lemon juice and 2 tbsp chickpea flour to your mixture. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and apply the mask all over face and neck. Keep for about 20 minutes and then rinse with cold water. Repeat thrice a week. 2. Dry out the orange rinds. Ground those into a fine powder. Mingle the powder with curd and honey and apply it all over your face. Massage in a circular pattern for about 10-15 minutes and wash off with cold water. Repeat this remedy too thrice a week. Inform Mr. progress.

I am 19 years old and I am constantly 4-5 kg's underweight though I have taken many medicines and various treatments to increase my weight but no use . I don't have a particular fixed appetite program or type. Sometimes I eat regular proper and sufficient food. But sometimes there is not at all feeling of hunger. Many times it lasts for full day. I suggest you to have 3 -4 spoons of honey after having breakfast, lunch and dinner. I also suggst you to have dryfruits like almonds, cashews. Please do not skip breakfast. Its must to have food at the right time. Wet dates. Whole milk avocado nuts boiled egg rice-which is rich in carbohydrates contains good amount of calories. By following above said diet. You can find considerable change in your weight. Along with these please do yoga. So that there will be improvement in your appetite.

Hi Feeling very fatigue and stress. Last week was very tiring making reports and presentation. Water intake was reduced. Having motions 2-3 times a day. Tight stomach. Boils are occurring on my forehead n neck. Today morning I had a soar throat, did ghargal use betadine. Could you please advice some medication for having proper motions.
