Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Lie down on bed on your back without pillow. Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

I am 29 year old. For the past 1 year, I have been loosing my hair quickly. I consult to dermatologist and used Mintop forte 5% for 6 months in the morning and evening. No hair oil, and used Dove shampoo twice a week. My hair fall stopped but no new hair growth. After 6 months when I left it, My scalp is itching in night and morning and hair fall started again. Gaining weight is as difficult as losing it, if you are naturally thin. Skinny people complain that they can't put on any weight.If you want to build up weight, don't just eat high-calorie junk foods and rely on unnecessary supplements. Choose foods that are energy-dense and nutrient-dense whenever possible. Following are some tips to follow to increase your weight. You will take some time to gain the weight you need, but be patient. 1. If you have a rapid metabolism, then you must increase your daily intake of healthy foods (increase your intake of carbohydrates) to compensate for the rate at which you burn energy. Eat six smaller meals a day You should also eat more energy dense foods like healthy oils, dry fruits, seeds, nuts, pulses, etc. along with some starchy foods like potatoes, cereals, bread, pasta, rice, etc. 2. Consume more calories than you burn. Choose healthy calorie-dense food to add calories. Drink healthy beverages to add calories. Mangoes are rich in calories and carbohydrates, include them in your diet. 3. Eat healthy food frequently, 5-6 times a day - 3 larger meals and 3 smaller meals alternately. Separate them by at least 3 hours so you can digest each meal fully. Don't go without food for 5-6 hours after having a major meal. For example, if you wish to consume 3000 calories a day, you may eat 3 larger meals of about 650 calories and 3 smaller meals of about 450 calories. 4. Have a balanced diet. 5. Exercise regularly for putting on weight. Some thin people think that exercise is not good for them. This is not true, it keeps the metabolism high. Remember that eating alone is not sufficient. You don't want to gain fat but lean mass, so exercise is important. Resistance training exercises will help to increase your muscle mass, which in turn will increase metabolism. Learn to distinguish between weight gaining exercises and weight loss exercises. Note that if you do not get enough amino acids during exercise, the existing muscle may break down. Amino acids come from protein foods so you should eat such foods after exercise. Keep in mind that excessive exercise without putting back the energy you have used will not help you to put on weight.

The pain described could also be due to food impaction which is a very common finding if the crown fabricated has not taken the proper contact points and embrasures. Please provide photographs and radiographs so that a suitable diagnosis and treatment plan can be advised.

How Tracking Your Menstrual Cycles Can Be Beneficial For Your Reproductive Health?

With an upsurge in the number of women suffering from dysfunctional reproductive systems and a myriad of gynecological problems, resulting in irregular periods, infertility and several other complications, it is of paramount importance to keep a record of the dates and duration of your monthly cycles. This is not only useful for future reference when you visit a gynecologist, but it also helps you to understand if there are delays in period or excess of bleeding in any particular month. 

Why is tracking your menstrual cycles important?

Keeping a track of the menstrual cycles is a mandatory exercise for women who are thinking about pregnancy or those trying to avoid it. It is advisable to abstain from intercourse for a few days before and after the period, which is the prime time for ovulation. Keeping track of your periods gives you a clear indicator of whether you have become pregnant because delay in the menstrual onset implies pregnancy. The reverse is also true; if you are trying to get pregnant, conception is usually fruitful on these days of maximum ovulation, which you can easily calculate based on your well maintained menstrual record.

How should you go about keeping track of your menstruation?

While it not possible to note down every possible aspect of the menstruation in a notebook, the easiest way of maintaining a planner is to mark the first day of each period on the calendar. The difference between two consecutive periods will give you your cycle lengths.

In addition you can choose to make a note of how heavy the bleeding is, or if there are changes in mood and appetite on those days. You will then be well prepared for your next visit to the gynecologist.

Please Wake up early go for morning walk in greenery daily with relaxed mind Do pranayam and yoga daily Do meditation regularly Take salads and fruits more Avoid high salty diet Avoid oily spicy and fast food, non veg food, processed food, maida containing items like biscuits toast bread khari etc Try to stay relaxed These points will help you to reduce your antihypertensive doses Measure your blood pressure regularly and ask your physician to maintain the doses.

To prevent hair fall, you can follow some simple steps as listed below: 1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home). 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea.

Hello! only a qualified expert can help to solve any of our problem without any complication. And medication or pills or supplement for weight gain is not at all a good solution for any one. One might lose or gain weight for that particular period but once you stop supplement many complication can take place. So I must advice go for small n frequent healthy meals with some activity. You can take good quality protein in your diet. Like- milk n products, egg, chicken, dal & products. N visit a dietitian. It will help. The 1st thing you need to take care of is good quality protein, complex carbohydrate n good quality fat. N what you are taking before n after work out is also matter. If any medical issue is there visit a doctor.

If you have permanent problem of cough, you should precautions. Some tips for you * take ginger & turmeric mix with honey before food * take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp each after each meal * take hot water only * eat less then of your hunger. Take fast. You will need a evaluation for a depressive/ anxiety spectrum disorder. If this occurs once in a while it is okay, but if it is a regular feature an evaluation will be needed. I think there is no harm in getting a consultation because there is much to lose if it turns out that you do have a problem. So, please do not delay and meet an expert in your town. Take care!

For healthy weight gain, 1. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hrs intervals containing foods rich in nutrient & calorie density (concentrated food low in volume) like paneer paratha, cheese-potato sandwich, dates-almonds milkshake, peanut chikki, til ladoo, banana kheer, atta halwa/gond ladoo, thicker atta-maida rotis with ghee, rice with ghee, cow/buffalo milk with skim milk powder, homemade cereal malt with milk & sugar, premix with soup, fruit juice, sugarcane juice, dry fruits, soyabean cutlet/roll, fruit lassi, egg curry/omlette/egg scramble/french toast, fatty fish, thick creamy chicken soup 2. Drink 2-3 litres water daily (but not with or just before meal) 3. Avoid junk foods & empty calorie snacks 4. Enjoy meals in a peaceful environment without distractions 5. Eat fast & in bigger utensils 6. Practice strength exercises-bench press, squats, push up, etc daily to increase lean mass only not causing any weight loss. 7. Get a thyroid profile test done to rule out hyperthyroidism.

Menses can come early after childbith. That means she might be ovulating and she can get pregnant. So you should use some form of contraception to avoid pregnancy for at least 2 years. Copper t or tab cerazette are the two option other than condoms.
