You should take Acupressure therapy and take Biochemic Mag phos 200x + Nat mur 200x, 4 tab each thrice a day with warm water and take it 5 days than consult private online.

Hi dear friend, apply ayurvedic oil on your knee joint and do yoga exercises for knee. Do knee cap tightening by proper synchronization wd breathing inhale & tight your knee cap exhale & relax your knee cap you can feel it by putting your hands on your knee joints. Dear lybrate-user, to get relief from your problem you need to go for panch karma treatment, which will increase you joint and muscle flexibility and also make them stronger. Advised below; 1. Ayurvedic oil massage and steam 2. Janu basti - the knee joint is called janu sandhi in sanskrit; hence the name janu basti is given to the procedure done on knee joints. Hi . You are very young to actually have persistent back pains. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation.

This may be due to muscles weakness, do some strengthening exercise, so better to consult to your nearest physio who can guide you exercises.

Hello, Kindly follow advises given below 1.Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered Trainer) 3. you can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained 4.Maintain proper posture of body while watching TV/ studying Kindly go for cervical X ray AP and lateral and review with reports consult Orthopedician for further management

Lower back pain is a common cause for visits to the doctor. Causes of lower back pain include muscle pulls and spasms, nerve irritation, and spinal abnormalities such as a slipped disk or spinal stenosis. Treatment options for lower back pain range widely according to the cause of the condition. Rest your back. Lying on your back with a pillow under your knees helps keep your back in a neutral position. You might also find some relief by lying on the floor with your knees bent at a 90 degree angle and propped on a chair. However, don’t rest for too long — many cases of lower back pain resolve themselves within a couple of days. Treat lower back pain with a hot or cold compress, this can reduce pain and increase your mobility. Over-the-counter pain killers are a non-invasive treatment option for back pain. Medications such as ibuprofen is most effective in reducing pain and swelling associated with muscle-related lower back pain. Meet an orthopedic surgeon (bone doctor) if your back does not feel better after a few days of rest, hot or cold compresses, and over-the-counter pain killers. If your back pain doesn’t respond to conventional treatments, you may need to consider alternative options. Traction uses a system of weights to align your spine and possibly help slipped disks move back into place. Ultrasound involves massaging the soft tissues around your back injury with sound waves that warm the muscles, causing them to relax and heal more quickly. Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) is electronic stimulation of the nerves through electrodes placed on your skin. Ask a orthopedic doctor about these treatment methods.
