A glass of warm water mixed with the juice of half a lemon. A teaspoonful of honey can be added have it early in the morning. Do regular exercise like brisk walking (at least), running, swimming etc. Avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle.

Lemon contains citric acid which decreases the acidity of urine; this prevents the formation of calcium oxalate and uric acid stones. Lemon juice helps break up kidney stones and dissolves them so they can pass easily from the Kidney to the bladder through urination. Too much intake of lemon juice in a day is not good. Normal water you can drink. Daily 3-4 litres of normal water intake is recommended. Boiled and then properly cooled or Luke warm water is preferable to drink. Homoeopathic medicine like berberis, Lycopodium, Hydrangea, etc which helps to dissolve stones easily and eject out through urine. No side effects in HOMOEOPATHIC MEDICINES. I am nesakumar 42 year. From my childhood and upto apxmately 14 or 15 years frequently cold trouble I had faced (nose cold) after that nose cold gradually reduced but still some intervals I am getting cold and sinus also (Not severely but sinus I have). My question is I am very much desired to have cool drinks. If I have cool drinks the next day I am getting cold trouble. Hi lybrate-user 55 kgs for a 5ft 2 inch height is not that overweight. Kapalbhati, ab crunches, cycling and walking you can do. Follow a 1200 kcal balanced diet plan. Avoid juices instead take whole fruit. Take dinner early, go to bed roughly 3 hrs after dinner. Drink green tea/coffee. Loose 2 kilos /month max. I think 50 kgs will be fine for you. Hope this helps.

I am suffering from Hypothyroidism, hypertension, fatty liver and a bit high cholesterol. The test report dated 13.04. 2016 is as under: FT3: 3.26, FT4: 1.17, TSH: 0.183, TRIGLYCERIDES: 195, cholesterol: 200, HDL: 40, LDL: 121, VLDL: 39. I am taking Telma 40 and Electroxin 75 mg. Incidentally I had been to apollo Pharmacy and purchased Omega 3-6-9 (Flaxseed Oil 1000 mg. Whenever I take this medicine in night, I feel headache next day morning and a bit uneasy. Kindly guide why this is so and whether I should take this capsule further.

You can reduce your eltroxin dose as tsh is low. Continue telma, if your blood pressure is in normal range. Start lifestyle changes like dietary measures and exercise, if not already and ask your doctor who has prescribed you the omega 3 supplement, to change the brand and see. If you are non-veg then increase your fish consumption. Scientists all around the globe have found fish oil to be superior to omega 3 from other sources.

There are methods by which you can gain some centemetres of height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. * firststand bare foot on flat surface, now move your heels upwards and raise your arms up. Start walk on the front part of feet with heels upwards. Walkatleast 8-10 steps. Repeat this exercise for 2-3 times in a day. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. You can also adopt the surgical techniques which helps you gaining desired height. 6. You can take 1/2 teaspoon of dhatuposhtik churn of baidyanath daily with milk once a day.

I've acid reflux all the time even on empty stomach. When I use restroom my stomach it's not completely empty. I get to go use the rest room again very soon. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ store water in plastic bottles. 10.relax and walk for 30 mts daily 11. Take enough rest- do not lie down immediately after eating 11.
