Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine alfalfa tonic (sbl) (1tbs) twice a day for 15 days and revert. *avoid fried and spicy food *avoid stress and anger. *take a sound sleep. *take milk twice a day *include fruits, vegetables in your diet. *take small meals.

there is in ayurveda mention pinda swed ..it is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner .. 1.boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2.apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night .. by doing above thing you will get good result

I am taking acitrom 4 mg for pulmonary embolism. My PT INR before fasting was 1.46 I did Lemon honey juice fasting for 9 days during which time I discontinued Acitrom for 12 days . After fasting I started taking food for 3 days and checked PT INR without medication was 1.09. Have I improved my health ? Please tell me this Lemon honey Juice fasting has helped me ?

Hello, pe, is is a condition in which one of the arteries of lungs is blocked causing obstruction in proper functioning of lungs, apart from medication, you need to go for natural way of treatment to get relief of your present problem. * go for meditation to clean your air pipe to lungs and the blocked arteries, as well. 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Follow health advises given below: Measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. 4. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths. Get CBC checked and review with reports consult physician/me for further management and let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever.

Hi,Male-pattern hair loss, also known as androgenic alopecia.Men typically present with hairline recession at the temples and vertex balding. So they can try Homoeopathic medication that is based on constitution and work wonders. 1. Now a days childers are getting used to fast food that affects overall growth and equally affects oral tissues and teeth. Junk food are sticky that gets embeded on tooth surface donot get cleaned easily. These food gets fermented by bacteria present in saliva and produce high amount of lactic acid that dissovles enamel and dentine and causes cavity in tooth. Food with high level of complex carbohydrate and sugars are responsible for cavitation. Balance and high nutritional diet is a very important part of childern life as it directly affects overall growth and health of kids. Restrict intake of junk food to once or twice a week. Soft drinks and airated drinks should be avoided too. Twice daily brushing in parents supervision. After intake of any sticky food gargle with warm water or brushing should be done. Regular visit to dentist can also help reduce dental problems in childern.

1. Do steam inhalation by steam inhaler 2-3 times daily with karvol plus inhalant capsule. 2. Put otrivin nasal drop 1 drop thrice daily 3. Take one tablet of sinarest 2-3 times daily after food 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Take rest 6. If no relief, consult doctor for further advice.

All problems are actually solvable although we may not have as yet found the solution. You are both in it together and life will continue to throw challenges at you, again and again. Each time you overcome a particular situation you will indeed feel proud. In order to face a problem of any kind, unity is essential and if you two bicker with each other you will not be able to tackle this financial situation at all. Your strength lies in your togetherness. So please do meet with a marriage counselor and get help about being together and facing life. You will need a third person's involvement. Love is the key to any relationship. Your love looks like it has been shattered by monetary considerations. You cannot give into this in place of love. Please renew your love for each other. I am also certain that faith and spirituality is not an integral part of your life: therefore the struggle. In the bargain it is a good opportunity to renew your faith in the one above. If you are a christian, I am really shocked by your desperation. I have always said this in some sermons I have given: that the person who reads the bible daily and prays daily will never contemplate suicide. This is an absolute truth: the bible is life-giving. Go meet a pastor too and build your faith with renewed vigor: god is always waiting to help you, if you have faith and are obedient to him.

Hello, -you should have boiled eggs with wheat bread/cereal with fruits/wheat bread vegetable sandwich/poha/upma/oats/dailya. -eat small portions and eat frequently. -drink warm water as much as you can. -never over eat to treat yourself for covering 12 kms. -walking fast/brisk walking or jogging will bring fitness faster.

Whenever I eat some tough food like mutton or chicken for continuously 2-3 times, both sides of my molar teeth starts paining. It automatically lasts if I take normal food for 2-3 days. This condition starts from last 2 months. However, I brush my teeth twice daily and I didn't see any cavities in my teeth. What is the reason behind this. please suggest.

teeth pain can be due to decay or fractured teeth, gum infection or sensitivity. get your teeth x-rayed n go for needful treatment. for decay, you might require rct n cap or removal n replacement by implants or bridge. for gum infection, go for scaling and polishing of teeth. for sensitivity, use desensitizing toothpaste twice daily.

The following tips help one to avoid sleep disturbance: a) have bath regularly in evening after coming from work or before going to bed. Early to bed and early to rise (awake) is a nice process for natural sleep cycle. B) do not engage mind in active work or stressful talking at night before bed time. C) do not engage mind in too much of computer work in night before bed time (for example, do not do stock market work in night). D) do not take heavy meals in night. Best is to have heavy breakfast, lighter lunch and lightest dinner to maintain stomach rhythm which affects sleep. Vegetarian diet is best for good sleep. F) do not over engage mind in television in night. H) do not smoke cigarette, chew tobacco, tobacco containing masala, or similar intoxicants (If u Consume it)which can disturb rhythm of mind and disturb sleep cycle. I) no tea or coffee in night (preferably cocoa and caffeine containing drinks should be totally avoided for best results). J) listen to relaxing music and even then if you do not get sleep, then hear soothing stories or nice talks. K) read books which not only calm the mind but also nourish the thinking process.
